This week it's back to the '70s for John Carpenter's student film Dark Star. The film that sort of inspired Alien, its a film that is not for everyone, but is very much for us. Alien beachballs, sentient bombs, and lots of nothing, it's the film that's got everything! Actually no, it really isn't.
Next week we start getting festive with nostalgic xmas blockbuster Superman, the 1978 one!
