012: My Theme for 2014 + 12 Lessons Relearned

With the New Year on the horizon, getting caught up remembering all of the bad stuff is usually what happens, right? And then you toast to a bigger, brighter, happier New Year and find yourself feeling depressed again within a week because you missed a couple of days at the gym. It's no secret that you can only feel misery if you allow misery into your life, so how exactly can you turn everything around so that your new year actually goes as successfully as you want it to? What should you reflect on from the previous year? What did you learn? Here are 12 things I learned and relearned in 2014 and how I plan on transitioning them into the new year!
