6. Work permits and driver's licenses
7. Local Control Focus ( #1)
8. Stop doing state made testing in secondary
9. State graduation standards for CTE diploma and College Ready Diploma
10. All public employees in the same health insurance program
11. Allow a European style of college to exist
12. Set a % cap on special education, encourage 504
