And why did Juan gain 40 pounds in just 2 months?? People want to know this stuff. Granted, the spartan discipline that ball players must endure for 6 months, in season, in diet and endless workouts is very onerous. We can’t blame a guy that was just in the World Series in October for ordering some pizzas and cracking open some Ben and Jerry’s ice cream in the off season. Right? We’d be hypocrites. But can a 26 year old drop that kind of weight in the next 2 months? Guess we’ll see.
