The goal of this practice of affirmations is to help build a healthy mindset so that you can apply the concept of health and well being to the three pillars of health; mental, spiritual and physical. To be healthy is a way of life, your mindset and thus choices will predict the outcomes of your health. Journal prompt: What am I doing on a daily basis to work on the 3 pillars of health? Consider your mental, physical and spiritual health and how you can better nurture those areas each day.
