What is going on? Y'all, Robert Sykes, Keto, savage.com. And today I've got my wife back on the line. If you can recall, the last time I had her on the podcast, it was kind of a recap of the competitions from her perspective. And we got cut short because Rigel had woken up from a nap and that we kind of just wanted to finish out that podcast and talk about all the things that we're excited about going forward now that the show season is done.
So this is going to be a little, little, little conversation around what all we've got in the pipeline outside the competitions and Rigel is again napping. So we'll see how long he lets us record. But before we dive into that, let's roll the intro and we we are live. Crystal, how are you, my dear? I am doing wonderfully well as you would say.
Wonderfully well. We're sipping on some electrolyte Coco as you record this at the kitchen table, so hopefully the sound of our slurping doesn't sound. Too bad, let. Me try and take a sip real quick, see how loud it is on on audio. You can definitely hear them. You are a slurper, though you like. Well, I just drink things super hot, so you have to like, prepare yourself.
Anyways, we're going to kind of dive into some of the things that we're excited about going forward post competition season. I thought the last conversation we had was really good because it kind of gave people an idea of what the show season was like from your perspective. So I'm excited to talk about everything going forward that you and I are both excited about, which today we're recording this on December 3rd, which we both just realized coincidentally is our dating
anniversary. So we started dating on this day. Eight. Was it 8 years ago? Eight years ago? That's kind of crazy. My happy dating anniversary, baby. Happy. Dating anniversary. It was one of the best days of my life. I know we got we're going to be talking about things that we're excited about now. If you were to rewind 8 years ago or any of the things that we are now excited about even on your wavelength, like were you thinking about those same things eight years ago or is it totally
different? I. Think yes, in my mind and the things that are going on in my world, I think they're things that I always wanted. So I think I will. Yeah, I think, yeah. But there's also a lot of things that are that were never on my mind. Like I would never have assumed we'd be doing now. Yeah, I think we've kept it interesting for sure. So when it comes to today's conversation and the things we're excited about coming, you know, going forward, how do you want structures?
I was thinking we could kind of mirror the five pillar thing that we have with Liv Savage and just kind of flesh that out in greater detail. So for those of you that are unaware, we've got another brand slash business that is Liv Savage. And we have not really put out much content on it yet, but we're going to be ramping that up significantly and going into 2024.
And Liv Savage from a very high level view is kind of basically the five primary pillars that encompass the things in our lives that we feel are of great significance. So we have got health, we've got wealth, we've got relationships, we've got self development, we've got spirituality.
So in no particular order, those five things pretty much comprise what we value and want to emphasize and place importance in. So the, the leg of the, the five legs of those five, Y'all definitely see more of the health centric content from us like we're constantly putting that stuff around the ketogenic diet, training, fitness,
nutrition, etcetera, etcetera. But there's other, there's four other pillars that we're also very excited about and one doesn't necessarily take precedence over the other, but we want to you know focus on those and create value around those and and leverage those to enrich our lives and others. So when it comes to dissecting those five pillars, where do you see things going forward now that the competition is over?
Because like we've talked about before as well, that we don't really subscribe to this idea of work life balance. Because by definition, if something is balanced, it's not really moving up or down, it's just simply in maintenance, which is not really something that I would suggest striving for. I want to either be getting better, I don't, I really want to get any worse, but I just
want to be getting better. And you can't do that if everything in life is perfectly balanced out and the scale is 0, so to speak. So I like this philosophy of tensegrity, which I've talked about before, which is tensional integrity. Basically all things are interconnected and tension creates more resilience and strength on these opposing forces that work together in some form of symbiotic relationship that strengthens
the whole. So I like that philosophy much more so than a work life balance teeter totter philosophy. So when we look at the past several months of this competition prep of those five pillars, the health portion has definitely been giving the focus, you know, like the the bodybuilding, the nutrition, just the training. Like all that's gone into that from a health standpoint has
definitely been the focus. But we've got those four other pillars that we now get to kind of allocate some time and resources to. So that said, what are you excited about going for Babe? Like which of those five pillars are you going to be doubling down on? What do you what do you think the changes are going to consist of now that we're not traveling and doing crazy competition scheduling? I don't know. I mean, I feel like there's growth in every aspect of
things. So like, I feel like we're about to like dive into every single one of them more. So it's hard for me to say like this one's going to take off, you know, I just feel like, like they're all going to change. I think kind of for me, I'm going to go, I'm going into this new year and now that we're back from your our travels and stuff, just really taking in the moments and trying to be really present and joyful through it all.
And so I think everything, every single one of them is going to grow. We have like we have long lists of all the things that we're excited about. So it kind of just seems it seems wrong to just point out one because there's so many. Well, you've talked a little bit about you know like we've kind of gone through our schedule and we you and I are both very regimented people like we like
to have structure in our lives. We both use Google Calendar and we kind of like structure our day so that we have allocated times for you know, self reflection work, business calls, training, etcetera, etcetera. How do you think we'll structure our day? Let's just kind of talk about how we're going to structure our day going into 2024 as it pertains to being able to allocate more time and resources
towards these other endeavors. I don't like you for instance, have sacrificed a ton on the training and nutrition front. Yeah, because the competition. So I would think that that component of your life is about to see some pretty significant improvement. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Now that we're back home, it's easier for me to track my nutrition. Like before it was just like, I was just kind of like buying stuff at the Grove, at the grocery store when we were there.
But I was like, never, I never was eating like, enough. And then there was some days where I was eating more. And then there it was just like kind of all over the place. And then I'd come home and I'd finally get things settled back again, and then we'd leave again. So I'm excited to actually, like, start tracking my food again. It's been a little while since I've like successfully tracked my food.
So I'm going to track my food and I just got a gym membership at a local gym here and they have child care and I'm my, I'm super anxious about leaving him because I don't know the people. And well it's just a different type of situation for me. But I really, really really need some time to myself, but also to work on my body and myself, like my my whole being mentally but also physically. And there's like even things like I just signed up to work with a physical therapist, like
a pelvic floor therapist. And not that anything is like crazy wrong since after having Rigel, but there's some things that I would like to fix and adjust and I need time to actually be able to work on those things and I can do that in the gym. So yeah, like with that aspect of things, it's all going to start getting better and better just because I have more time and I don't know, just I have more ability to actually get those things done now with a
more regimented routine. Yeah, I feel like whenever I'm going through a prep, like all your time, focus, resources, everything goes towards that. Like there's not any room for distractions. And it's always like a transformative experience. But when I come out of the prep and I don't have to allocate that much bandwidth towards that specific thing, I don't necessarily want to stop
doubling down on the intensity. I just like to redistribute that focus and intensity towards other things in my life that would benefit from it. So one of the things that I'm really excited about as it pertains to you, I mean, I've seen how much you sacrificed throughout this prep from watching Rigel and, you know, foregoing your own training and
whatnot. I'm excited to take more of an active role in watching Rigel, But then like just taking him so that you can go train and that you can have a moment to yourself and focus on your own health because you're super healthy as a baseline anyways. Like you're not deviating from a ketogenic diet. But I know you would benefit from, you know, having a more consistent training schedule, you know, being more consistent with meal prepping.
And that's one thing that you and I are going to be doing a lot of like we're going to because I'm still in the reverse that. So we're going to be tracking all my intake and prepping on my foods. I did just have a single pork rind that was out of the plan, but I did just add it in my tracker. So I tracked my single pork rind .7 grams of fat and .5. Grams, what did I say? Like .2. So that's my first deviation in the past 3434 weeks.
Darn. But the ability for us to just not be traveling, not be focused on a competition and then just excitingly work on our our nutrition and training because we want to, not because there's a specific event in the pipeline. So you know, you've been kind of going through your macros figuring out what your goals are going to be. I'm doing the same for mine with like regards to a building phase.
And we're going to just ensure that we're eating the right foods in the right quantities and meal prepping. And what what we're really excited about is most of the food that we're going to be consuming is going to come from quality sources that we either have procured our self through hunting like we've got a we're filling the freezers right now. I'm going to be hunting all next week to try and fill the freezer with venison. I literally just got done
butchering. A friend of ours, lamb went over there yesterday and slaughtered that lamb. He's splitting it with me. So we're going to have a, you know, and I know what he's been feeding those lambs. So their quality and we've got our own garden. If we want to incorporate more veggies, we've got our own chickens for eggs, we're going to get our own meat chickens, we're going to get some pigs, we're going to get more lamb for ourselves that we're going to then raise.
Like the homesteading front is really about to take priority a lot going into 2024, like we're going to finish the fence and just get the homesteading component dialed in. So all of this food that we're meal prepping for ourselves to optimize our nutrition is going to be coming from sources that we know what they were fed and we can take more pride in you know consuming it. So I'm, I'm super excited about
that. I feel like that's one of the the main things that's going to be of the five pillars, that's going to be one of the health components, but also one of the self development components because homesteading and all the the things that we're going to have to learn through that aspect is going to be interesting for sure. Yeah, yeah. I'm super excited about all the home setting, homesteading stuff. And I mean, I think I'm excited because it it makes me have to
be at our home base. Like it makes me have to be at home. But also like we have looked forward to this for so long. Like we were living in the warehouse and we were like someday we'll have land with animals and all the things and like we're actually here going to be doing all the things this year. It's going to be a little crazy, a little chaotic, especially when we have to travel and such, but I'm excited about it.
If all goes as planned, like right now we've just got the 10 chickens, but we're hunting a lot for food. Or, you know, like I said, get the lamb from my neighbor who might have butched the lamb. From our neighbor. Yeah, we have half a cow from another one of our neighbors, but we're going to get the pigs tentatively in the spring. Yeah, we have to find a breeder first. I got to. Turn these notifications off. This is crazy. Actually.
It's funny that the text I just got was from the guy that our neighbors tell us about that can sources quality meat, Bird chickens. Don't. Want the notifications popping up here, but it's actually kind of relevant timing. So yeah, we found somebody that's doing all pasture raised chicken so we can get some meat chickens from him until we start raising our own.
And I'm excited to cook because I've been so deprived of eating for the past 30-4 weeks that I'm excited to incorporate all these unique cooking methods on foods that we've raised ourselves or harvested locally. So there's just a lot of exciting things. We're going to have a lot more Keto Savage Kitchen recipes coming in because we'll be doing
some really exciting recipes. So the the business side from a content standpoint is going to flourish because we're going to be putting out a lot more content, a lot more homesteading type content, a lot more nutrition and business style content. So that will be good. One of the things that I'm incredibly excited about and Crystal's incredibly excited about because she's going to hear me stop talking about as much, is the launch of this course that I've been working. On Oh, yes.
You you just talk about the course for a second, babe. The course you guys it is. It's been a long time coming. Robert has put in so much work, so many hours. Same thing with Chip. Chip has been awesome, getting all the videos and audio and all of that. It has been a very, very long time coming though. Like, I'm I am, I cannot wait for the course to be launched because I can't tell you how many times I said, oh, we should do this or we can do that or we can, can we, you know, whatever.
One thing or the other. And he's like, oh, I got to work on the course. I'm like, Oh my God, what is? The course babe for anybody that doesn't know. Oh, I should probably explain that part. OK, so the course is the most detailed course on ketogenic bodybuilding of anyone who wants to go through a prep or a very significant weight loss of some sort. But it is primarily toward people who are planning to
compete. But it's like a super duper in depth, detailed, all in If you guys haven't read Robert's book, it's like his book but like broken down. With video format, with examples, with illustrations, with, you know, real live video content that actually illustrates it from a visual standpoint like this, this course is going to be the one stop shop for anybody that wants to do a massive composition change. Leveraging A ketogenic diet. Like, full stop, no questions
asked, period. Like this is the resource for leaning out, preserving muscle, competing with a ketogenic diet. And it's been a long time coming for sure. I've been working on it for a very long time and it's still seemingly a long ways out. Like, I've still got so much more to do with it, but we are hoping to launch that very soon. It's going to be really great once it's launched. It's going to be so great. It's going to be so helpful for
so many different people. But I will tell you that there has been sacrifices that have come with making this course for sure. Yeah, but it's that's exciting. So that from like a. It is exciting. A five pillar standpoint, that is definitely the business leg of the pillar that is getting a lot of attention going into 2024. That in tandem with everything else we've got going on, like we're really going to start ramping up the apparel. I keep, I feel like we keep
saying that about the apparel. I know I'm so tired of saying it about the apparel and then not seeing it. But you guys, it's things like the course. Yeah, for sure, like have distracted our minds and not allowed us to have creativity on the other aspect of things. But we are really excited about it. Bryson is kind of going to take his take that on a little bit more and hopefully allow us to do more launches and different different fun ideas and different things.
And I have, I have actually sent out several ideas. I just I have not personally done any of the work to make it happen other than like here's a really fun idea. We've also got a lot more, a lot more structure that's going to be coming into play with regard to the keto brick business.
So it is December 2023, but we have literally gotten the entire year of Keto Brick planned out from like a new flavor launch standpoint, promotional giveaway standpoint, just all kinds of we're like we're trying to be proactive with everything and just plan ahead and and get some forward momentum. So I'm super excited about that because Keto Brick is like we love Keto Brick. We live and breathe Keto Brick like the the I can't say enough good things about it.
I mean it, it gives our life purpose. It's awesome seeing people eat the bricks, talk you know, positively about them. And I'm really trying to focus a lot on just improving that as a business. So better leadership towards our crew, better leadership towards the community, better value added, more value added. And I think for so long we've been always just trying to you know, stay above water, keep our heads above water.
We've been just having to react to so many things that have come at us because we've just like we we we didn't know what we didn't know, whereas now we're we're we've got the compound, we've got a great team, we've got structure. So we're just trying to leverage that stability and foundation and be more proactive instead of reactive.
So yeah, we've already got 2024 all planned down and we get some pretty exciting things from a flavour standpoint, from a promotional standpoint, from a business standpoint. So Keto Brick is going to be rocking and rolling in 2024. Yeah, I'm super excited about that. Like, like we were saying, like you and I are just so structured. Like we are very structured people like we like our daily routines.
We like all that. And I love having the next year of stuff just planned out, even if it doesn't go exactly as as we have it planned because something always goes crazy. I'm excited to at least have the outline of exactly what we would like to have happen. What about relationships? What what can we talk about with regard to the relationships in 2024 that we're excited about? I've got 1 go. Ahead. So my grandparents, my granny
and pop, are getting pretty old. They are starting to show signs of that age for sure and that is a relationship that I value very highly and we're going to make a plan to go down there and spend a couple days with them every every month or two, certainly not more, certainly not less than on a quarterly basis, but just go down there. I want them to spend more time with Rigel while they still have some good years left.
So we're going to really be proactive about going down there and just spending a couple nights with him. Like we we when we moved back to Arkansas from Washington, we stayed with migranium pump for like a week as we were getting things situated. And that was how many years ago, now 5-6 years ago. And that's all she talks about. And it's like that was a great time, but you got to have some things now in your life that you're excited about.
So we're going to go there and just spend the night. There, she always tells us, oh, I loved it so much when you guys came to stay with us. And I'm like, that was so many years ago, yeah. So we're going to do that. We're going to, you know, be very proactive about trying to foster that relationship and let her spend some quality time. Let him spend some quality time with Rigel, you know, their
great grandson. Yeah, because I mean, how cool is that they get to even know their great grandson. A lot of families can't say that. So I don't want to take that opportunity for granted. We're going to let that happen for sure, I thought. Was a good one. What's some other relationship stuff? What about our relationship? What are we going to do for our relationship in 2024? Oh gosh, I don't know. What are we going to do? I feel like we're. Going to take you on a date more
often. I can take you on a date. You guys see how this works here. Yeah, no, we should definitely. We might actually do a date night this year. We didn't do a date night at all last year without Rigel, and that might actually be something that we try to do this year. I don't know. I haven't really. We haven't really let anyone watch him. I did ask, you know, a couple times, but just timing didn't work out really well for us. So Rigel has literally never been left.
We left him with Ellen one time and we went, oh, he did go on a date. We went out. We were like halfway freaking out the whole time, though. Literally 1/4 mile. Down the road, like that doesn't really count I think. But but it was like our first time leaving him and we left him with Ellen and Ellen's like the only person that's ever watched him without one of us being around. And yeah, we just, we just haven't. I never really wanted Slash
needed anyone to watch him. I enjoy having him around and I'm his mom, so we're kind of connected at the hip. Yeah, I'm excited to spend more time with him. Like, I'm excited as he ages. I feel like as he ages I'll be able to kind of shine more as a dad. Yeah, like being able to take him out fishing, take him out hunting, take him out hiking. I mean, just like do things that are kind of dangerous for him to do at this current state and. It's going to be a good thing that Mom's not there.
Yeah, we'll get some father son time in for sure. Yeah, I think he's he is definitely getting to the point where he can start doing those fun things now. Like he likes those things. Like he likes tractors, he likes 4 Wheelers. He likes all the same things that I like. Yeah, I bet you if you went fishing like he would think the fish are really cool. Yeah, I want. I want. I want to catch a fish and just let him see it flop and touch it. And yeah, I'm excited.
I'm excited for those moments. I'm excited to like take him camping, all that good stuff. So I want that relationship to flourish and also just focus on our inner group of friends. Circle relationships too, like we get, and I think we're all guilty of this. We get so caught up in the responsibilities of Dame. We have, you know, friends, but we often take that relationship for granted because we just assume they're always going to be there. And I'm certainly guilty of that.
And there's not a whole lot of people that I let into my inner circle. I'm pretty protective. I'm very open to everybody and I'll give everybody the time of Dame, but I don't really let a whole lot of people into my inner inner circle, so I really want to focus on adding a ton of value to those that are in my inner circle. I will say this last little bit has been really hard on me with like missing my family and my my best friends are my family.
Like, it's like my siblings, like my brother and my sister, my sister-in-law, my cousins. Like those people are my best friends and they live on the other side of the US, so I don't get to see them often enough. And that has made me really sad, especially with having, you know, a family, like you're raising a baby and you want, you know what? You want them to be around their cousins and all that kind of
stuff. So I've been a little sad with that, but I think I do, and I do have some other really great friends, but almost none of them are local. I have like 1 long term local friend. And so I think that that's something I would really like to work on is getting local friends to like. Not that, not that it's going to make me missing my family any easier, but at least I will have my, my, I will have a a little
tribe here. A little, a little made family, you know, like other than our crew, which is like our family, like we are so grateful for them and like we are all very close. I would like to have some additional just friends. Like we don't do business together, we don't do this together, we don't do it like just be my friend, you know. So I'm I would really like to dive into more of those relationships that are close, close locally to us, because I think I really need that in my life.
I think the more we dive into the homesteading and really kind of doubling down the local community of homesteaders, opportunities for that will also start to open up. Yeah, I agree. And with us being home now, like, I can get Rigel involved in like, I really want to go to that little gymnastics. There's like a toddler gymnastics class, and you like, they do it with their parents. I think it's so cute. So I really want to do that with
him. But I'm like, you know, there's got bound to be moms there or dads. That would be cool for you to have a relationship or whatever or like library or like reading story time or whatever. You know, just it'd be nice to have other people who have kids around the same age that, like, get it that, like, yeah, my toddler is wild. And then they could say, yeah, mine too. Let's hang out. Yeah, and I think that's good. I mean, like all of my friends
are also not local. And there there's something to be said for having somebody that you can literally just call up and have them come to you or you go to them and like on an unannounced visit, y'all have dinner together, sit by a campfire and then just shoot the breeze. And like, we don't really have that. And I think we would definitely benefit from having that.
Yeah. So I need to find somebody here close to. I am the worst at like picking my skin and I just did it and Robert can't stop staring at it. Yeah, she's the worst. You like? I don't know. Is it like a nervous tick? So I don't know but. You pick the skin underneath your ear right now. You picked your chin. Your chin's bleeding right now. It's. Like, what are you doing? I don't know why I do that like I do. I pick what's. That drug that people take that make them.
But like, Heather's the same way, Heather's the same way. It's like, it's like AI. Don't know, maybe there's a nervous tick. I don't know. I guess that's better than it being a cocaine habit. Yeah. I don't think it's cocaine though. It's like heroin or something. Right. Oh, yeah. I mean. There's a lot for a. Bad. Yeah. I don't want to say worse because they're all not great, but, you know, at. Least you're not doing that.
Yeah, at least I'm not. Would not be good for the breast milk anyways what other let's let's talk about the the self development state. So that's going to kind of tie in really close to what the homesteading I think. What are some other things outside of homesteading that you and I want to work on from a self development standpoint? Just like building ourselves up in in different ways.
I like, I have AI, have a thing that I'm diving really deeply into which I'm not going to talk about, but it's taking a lot of my time, energy and effort and I'm really excited about it. And I think that that helps me, that helps me have like an open mind, creative mind, a excitement for different things. And so I like to me it might be like a short term thing, but like I'm that like I think that is what I want to focus my energy on right now. Do I know what you're talking about? He's.
Awake, he should, I think. I know what you're talking about. Yeah. I think from a self development standpoint for me standpoint for me outside of the home setting is I really love, I love woodworking. I've always loved woodworking. Like half of the furniture in our house is things that I've built with my pop over the years and I haven't done that in years because I've been so focused on the business.
So I would like to get our shop built and then like on the weekends, on Sunday afternoons or something, just go out there, turn up some music, have Rigel out there with me and like build a table. You know, just like little things like that would be therapeutic for me. Yeah, I'm going fishing, going camping, just things like that. Outside, I really, really love. I I think also for me is like
being a parent. I don't know, like I feel like I'm constantly learning and looking up different things and you can easily be a parent and not look up different ways of schooling or. Sleeping. Or eating. Or whatever. Or even, like, gentle parenting versus not gentle parenting. Or, you know, like all those things. There's so many people who just don't look and they just follow
their gut. And then there's also some really great data out there for different aspects of things and like how to talk to your toddler, how to 'cause the least amount of trauma and this and that by, you know, one thing or the next. Like should I spank? Should I not Like that's that takes a lot of bandwidth as well. Like to be in search of that as
you're living it? Yeah, the parenting aspect is going to be a massive focus of attention for us, and that kind of falls into the relationship category as well, 'cause. It does kind of like goes between the two because you're learning, but you're also living it. Yeah, but, like, it's easy for people to be moms and dads. You know, like, it's a pretty simple process. You'll probably know how it works, but it is not as easy to be a parent. Like, being a parent takes
sacrifice. It takes discipline. It takes consistency. It takes hard work. It takes it takes so much and so many people default to what is easier or less less intensive. But being a good parent should be like the pinnacle of where you strive to focus your efforts. Because not being a good parent is an incredibly selfish thing. You brought somebody into this world, you know, without their saying. Like they they they just kind of came by by way of your doing.
And you owe it to them to give them the best foundation possible so that they can become self-sufficient, A contributing member to society, a good quality person with good quality moral code of ethics and integrity. And that doesn't just come randomly like you have to. Sometimes it does. Come randomly because some people have really terrible set up and they become an amazing human. But yeah, most of the time. As a parent, you need to really focus on that, Yeah.
And that's something that I'm excited to focus on. Like I want to read books on how to be a better dad. I want to read. I want, I want to talk to people that I view as being great dads and and tease out what they have found to work exceedingly well and things that they have found to not work so well. And there's no playbook for
proper parenthood. Like there's no checklist of like this is the way to do it. Trying and true, because every child's going to be a little bit different, but really taking initiative and action and focusing on being the best you can be with the resources you have is an endeavor that I'm incredibly excited to partake on. What's really cool is that like no matter where you are financially, you can always be a really great parent. Like that is a really cool thing.
You don't have to have the things and the money and the this and the that that some people have and people who may maybe even in poverty, they may not have as much time because they're they're that hard, hard at work, not the people who have any. Don't you know what I mean? But it's it. It takes a lot of just being AI don't even know how to word it. I takes a lot of just like, yeah, effort. Yeah, that's good effort to be a good parent, but anyone can do it.
Yeah, and I feel like it's very easy as a parent to tell your kid what to do, But those words of what to do fall flat if you're not living them yourself and showing them what to do. Like they need to see you living out the messages you're trying to impart on them. So being really intentional about how I want to raise my son, what character traits I want him to have, and then making sure that I'm not being hypocritical and actually living those same traits myself is key.
So like, if I want him to be an honest individual, I need to be honest. If I want him to, you know, conduct himself professionally, I need to conduct myself professionally. He he needs to see me living and breathing what I'm trying to teach him. So being a parent is going to make me a better person, and I'm excited about that. But I'm very excited about just raising a son. Maybe multiple kids in the future will see. Everybody's always asking us
when the next one's coming. Don't ask us when the next one's coming. At least you want me to flip my lid. Yeah, is that that's like an understood thing to be pretty rude, or is that not? I don't think people get it. Like, I think some people really get it and some people really don't get it. But like people ask me all the time and it's like whether you're they're close to us or random people on the Internet, Like, I get asked and it's just weird.
I think it's weird. I think it's a weird, like, I don't know, would you like me to call you the night that it happens? Like it's is he? Crying right now he's wake up is. He crying. Yeah, we got one more leg to talk about. You want to try and put him back down? He's probably not going to lay down again, but I can. Right. We'll see. All right.
Rigel did not go back to sleep, so Crystal is tending to him and rather than rushing through the fifth leg of the Liv Savage pillars, which is spirituality, I really want to give that the time and attention it deserves because that has been one of the biggest changes. Transformational moments, awakenings, so to speak that came in light of this
competition prep. So I really want to just allocate a good deal of time and dive deeply into that because I know a lot of people have asked that I made an Instagram post after the competition or before the competition. Actually this last competition that kind of alluded to that a little bit. So there's been a lot of interest around what that spiritual component for me has consisted of as of late, and I really want to just flesh that
out in great detail for you all. So I'm going to make that its own standalone podcast, which I'll record at some point in the not too distant future. So sorry to keep y'all waiting for the fifth leg of the live savage pillars there, but hopefully this conversation with Crystal provided some insight, some entertainment, some value in some form or fashion. Always a pleasure chatting with y'all and I will talk to you next time.
