Hello y'all, Robert Sykes, Keto savage.com, but I'm going to be changing that to ketobodybuilding.com for this one because we're talking about the new Keto bodybuilding website, Keto Bodybuilding course, which I have coined as the Savage System. I'm incredibly excited about
this. This is the the course that I've been working on tirelessly for the past four plus years and is a culmination of all that I've learned in the past 15 years as a bodybuilder, past nine years as a ketogenic adapted athletes. And this is the embodiment of all that and more. So I'm incredibly excited about it. I've got my brother Greg on here. We're talking about it in detail. So sit back, relax TuneIn, take notes and get ready for the
Savage system. And we are live Greg Mahler in the flesh at the Keto Brick compound. How you doing brother? I'm good, good. You like a little podcast studio set up? Yeah. Yeah, it's pretty sweet. I I'm excited about this. We're going to do a lot more in person podcasts. We shopped for all this furniture at at home together and it was an interesting scene. We look a little out of place. Two bodybuilders strolling through at home looking for throw pillows in tables.
But we made it work. Yeah, that was pretty. I can only imagine what the other shoppers were thinking. Yeah, yeah. But we looked confident while we did it, so we rocked it, man. Yeah, we did. So I'm excited because you are here full time in person, lots of things cooking. We got a whole bunch of stuff with keto brick underway, whole bunch of stuff with the apparel
underway. But this podcast is largely going to pertain to the big unveiling launch Rigamaru of the Keto Bodybuilding course website, Savage system, online coaching, tribe AI workout app, like all of that in its entirety. And I'm super excited to talk about that, so. Too. So the culmination of how many years, how many years have you been working near Heineoff on this?
So I, I'm trying to think because I started bodybuilding when I was a junior in high school, that would have been 2009. How many years ago is that? 15161515 years. I've been keto for nine years. You've been keto for Tim. I wrote the book and launched the book in 2020 or 21 I can't remember. I think it may have been 20/20 was. It 21 or. It may have been. 21 It was somewhere in there. It was like. January, but it may have been 21. My first bodybuilding prep with keto was in 2017.
That's when I went pro in the first federation, and then I went pro this past year. But I've been working on this course specifically since pretty much right when I was writing the book, 'cause I was writing the book and working on this course in tandem. But the course, I mean, they both kind of peel the curtain back on my seven phase protocol. But the course is like everything of the book is plus so much more, all in video format and real time updates.
So much much more information. Yeah, they overlap a little bit, but the course is exponentially way more inclusive. Yeah, and I feel like like it's funny because I need to have a podcast. We're coming up on like 700 episodes, the Keto Savage podcast. So I always bring Crystal on for the 100th episode. So we'll talk about the course on that. But it's funny because we were going to originally delay having our first kit until after the course was launched.
So like she was wanting to get pregnant and I'm like, wait until the course is launched. Wait until the course is launched. And obviously she won that battle because we have a 2 year old now and the course just launched. So yeah, a lot of my life has been on hold as this course has been taking precedence, but I've been working on it for four or five years pretty strictly now, which is crazy. That's pretty wild. Yeah, there's a lot of, lot of information in this course.
Yeah, lots of information and I'm just like excited to keep pouring into it because this is one of those things where it's got my seven phase protocol, it's got 150 plus actual course video lessons, but then it's got a whole bunch of appendix videos that'll be real time that I'm updating on a regular basis. Plus it's got multiple companion courses that document my 2020 prep week by week, my 2023 prep week by week, reverse diets now building phase. Like all that content is getting
uploaded real time. So as I'm experimenting and going through things, people could follow that along, you know, week to week. So like literally any questions that they have that I might be experiencing, they can get real time responses to pretty much indefinitely. Awesome. So are you planning on continuing to upload new content?
Like every prep you go through, every reverse you go through, the more you learn if something new comes to light, if you tweak things, you're just going to keep feeding that thing. Yeah, this is going to be like my life's work for sure. As far as anything ketogenic bodybuilding is concerned. Every prep I do will be added to the course. Everything I learned will be added to the course.
Everything will be in there, which is pretty cool because, you know, a lot of things are not Evergreen like a lot of things, a lot of books are not Evergreen. A lot of things, like as soon as they're published, it's pretty much like relevant at that moment, and then within a year it's no longer relevant. Whereas with this, it will continue to evolve and grow as I evolve and grow and learn. So it's never dying, always relevant, always Evergreen, basically. That's awesome.
So it would be beneficial for people to get involved with it earlier on and then stay plugged into it. That is the hope, yeah. That is the goal. Because like everything in there is super solid. And I know like it's on keto bodybuilding, the content is predominantly catering towards those that are bodybuilders, but it's the exact same prep protocol and process that I use for all my non competitive clients.
So the you know, 54 year old, you know, woman that wants to lose 30 lbs, like it's the exact same protocol I'd use for her as I would someone that is about to step on stage sub 5% body fat. Obviously the tanning, the posing isn't as relevant to the 54 woman trying to lose 30 lbs, but the actual dietary manipulations, macro nutrient tweaks, refeeds, reverse, like all that stuff is still totally relevant. Cool, that's pretty awesome. Yeah, I'm stoked about it.
So what what is the I guess the course that's launching? What's all included? Like walk me through it. So, and I thought this would be cool to have you on board because you're going to bring an unbiased perspective even though you're rocking the keto bodybuilding shirt. But basically the course as it sits currently, the Savage system is comprised of 150 plus actual course module lesson videos that will soon be over the 200 count very quickly.
But 150 plus lessons of the actual just course infrastructure. And then a ton of appendix videos such as appendix. I mean, there's a, there's a dedicated appendix towards supplementation, dedicated appendix towards posing and judging criteria, towards training techniques and programming, towards miscellaneous things like obviously more competition related stuff like tanning, hair, makeup, all that stuff. And then an appendix dedicated towards there's five appendixes.
What's the other one? Recipes. Yeah, yeah, nutrition. So like whole bunch of recipes, grocery list things of that nature. So 5 dedicated appendix sections that will continually get content added to them. So it's going to be well over 200 videos, you know, in that in and of itself with continual videos being added. But then there's also I think 75 plus companion course videos of my preps throughout the past. And then that's the the lesson infrastructure.
But then it's got like its own workout app. So I got frustrated with all the different workout apps on the market. I've pretty much trained intuitively my whole life. I used to use pen and paper, but then I want to start tracking things. I tracked my nutrition super concisely. So I wanted to kind of emulate that with my training. So I built my own workout app so you can track, you know, training volume metrics over time with them. And then it's got this AI, which I'm super excited about.
South AI is at the hot new thing right now that everybody's talking about. And I don't know a thing about AI. So it's a bunch of aliens as far as I'm concerned. But I partnered up with a team that are developers and they're making my own Keto Savage AI basically, which is pulling information from my book, my 700 podcast episodes, my YouTube videos, of which there's over 1000 done now. And it's basically taking all that information and creating a database there the AI is pulling
from. So it's not like it's pulling from just a bunch of random stuff on on the Internet. It's pulling from my content. And then you can basically make it super highly individualized. Like it pulls information about the seven phases. People can ask specifics about them. It pulls information about like if somebody has a specific criteria for programming, exercise programming, they want maybe they've got limiting factors like the equipment they have available to them.
They can tell the AI that and they can generate a training program based off of that equipment. And then it can also take like their nutritional macro goals. And you could say, OK, I want it to be, you know, this many calories, this macro distribution breakdown, rock'n'roll, make me a plan based off of that criteria. And then it makes you sample meal plans that are individualized to you based off of the criteria that you put in.
It gives you a grocery list. It tells you everything you need to know and basically just takes the guesswork and the time and trying to like figure all this out your own self out of the equation. So there's just no room for excuses. So that'd be like being able to text you or text someone, a coach, personal trainer or anybody questions 24/7 pretty much. So you can you can type out a question, it'll pull its answer
from already approved sources. Yeah, I mean, it's basically, I mean like I stopped thinking about it. It's like I've worked with over 600 clients at this point and that the, the content that I've put out, the book, the, the, the videos, all stuff, you know, gleans the information that I've learned to work with 600 plus people. The AI is all of that bundled in a nice little package with a bow. So somebody could ask it based off of, you know, all that I've learned over the years.
And it can give them a highly individualized response based off of their criteria and their situation. And it's basically like having a version of me in your pocket on speed dial whenever you want it. That's pretty awesome, which is pretty cool. And then they're building out this dashboard section now. So any of that's follow my content. They know that I've got like a Google spreadsheet that I use and I work with my clients. We can like plot their weight, their macro goals, things like
that. There's a dashboard that's getting built into this AI, which is live now where you can pretty much say, OK, this week I want my macros to be, you know, 250 grams of fat, 130 grams of protein, 20 grams total carbs. And then I want it, I'm in a building phase or cutting phase or whatever. And then you can have the AI generate a sample meal plan based off of that specific macro goal for the day. And you can do that daily adding check insurance with your weight, your body fat, all that
stuff. And then you can basically just have all that dialed in so that you can have that information at your fingertips visually in a graphical representation whenever you want it. That's pretty sweet. What if somebody, what if they're allergic to a certain food choice, you know, peanuts or one of their common allergens or they have specifics that they want to incorporate into their
meal? You can tell the AI then and then it'll generate regenerate the sample meal plan based off of whatever inputs you request of it. So if you say hey I'm allergic to nuts, it removes all the nuts. If you say, hey, I want to include a keto brick, 1/2 a heater brick and includes that in the meal plan. So it's like like literally one of the most questions I get asked as a coach is I'll give them my macros, their macros for the week and they're like, this
is great. I'm having a hard time finding fats to hit these numbers. Can you make me a sample meal plan? And yes, I can, but I'm trying to teach people how to fish as opposed to giving them a fish. So like they can just simply use the AI and then it can spit them out of sample meal plan that is perfectly in line with their macro goals for the day, and then I don't have to do it and it would pretty much be the exact meal plan that I would create for them. That's genius.
So super excited about them. So that's also included in the system. And then the the tribe is like this community functionality. So I'm super excited about that because I've always done one-on-one coaching up to this point and I love the one-on-one coaching.
But it would be nice if there was some camaraderie involved, some accountability, some just group setting atmosphere, because I think a lot of people play on that back and forth and just, you know, it's better to suffer alongside someone and suffer alone, so to speak. So the, the community that the private membership, the tribe is what I'm calling it is basically a place to do that. And I hate Facebook, not even going to lie. Facebook is not my jam.
So this is all built on its own separate platform through the same platform that I'm hosting the website on. So it's got like a, so like there's groups that are called circles. So we've got different topics for each, you know, topic of discussion, like there's a circle topic for nutrition, for different phases, for training, for whatever, general Q&A, stuff like that. And people can just dive into those circle topics, ask whatever questions, get whatever feedback they want, which is
super cool. And they're going to be hosting challenges in there. We're going to be hosting. We do a live call every single week. So you've been in on that. So every Tuesday at 6:00 PM is the current time. We've been jumping on there and doing an hour Long live call every single week, which is kind of crazy because you know, if I don't do calls, one off calls, I
just do the one-on-one coaching. But if I was to offer a one off call, that would probably be a stand alone price of, I don't know, one 5200 bucks for a one hour call I would think. And people that are on this community, they're getting that as a bonus every single week. So pretty slick. Yeah, those lab calls that I've been in have been awesome. Super good content, super superintendents.
I mean, the interactivity and the people that chime in and have questions and comments and they want to share their experiences or they bounce ideas off us or each other, it's perfect. You know, they just kind of fuel themselves. Yeah, and not everybody can jump on at that time, but all the recordings or, or all the the live calls are recorded. So anybody can watch them whenever it's convenient for them. But I think having that's going to be awesome.
Nothing that I'm super excited about as it pertains to the tribe, the community. So we got the live calls, I mentioned the challenges. So we're going to make these challenges, we're going to make them legit. So there's so many freaking, you know, transformation challenges out there. Like they're really condensed like 8 weeks or 30 days. And you and I are both
bodybuilders. Like, you know, I know we all should know that transformational change, like you can't really condense it into a 30 day window, not for it to be like healthy, sustainable and effective long term. So we're going to be launching like smaller challenges that are not so much transformational based on probably a monthly basis. And that'll be stuff like a month with tracking everything super detailed, a month without tracking anything and focusing on eating intuitionally, eating
intuitively, things like that. But then we're going to have like these bigger underlying 6 month challenges or something like that, that is sustainable, it is healthy. So we're going to be kicking off with our first six month challenge. Probably we got to work the details on that later today, but I'm planning on it being deadline to register the end of this month. So end of June. It's starting officially in July and running through the end of the year.
It will be a legitimate transformation challenge, but over a six month span. And I want to make it like super solid, like they're going to be obviously the, the support of the community itself, support the tribe, but then we're going to have like challenges and prizes in there. So like we're going to have a, a male and female winner. And I'm kind of working through this on the fly here, but we've got male and female winner for the transformation challenge.
The winner will be voted on by the, the community as a whole. It's not going to be me picking the winner. It's going to be like a community voted winner. And then we'll probably have like monthly check insurance, like submitting progress pictures or something like that just to make sure people are on on point stand accountable and then like help if they need it. But I'm probably going to do like $10,000 in prizes, 5000 for the female, 5000 for the male.
And then obviously a bunch of other prizes like, you know, hooking them up with bricks, things like that. Other, you know, things like things of that nature, things that are value added. But then it'd be like a legit transformational experience that lasts 6 months instead of 30 days with all of the support from the tribe.
So that will probably kick off submission or application will be at the end of this month, end of June, officially starting in July and the conclusion at the end of the year December 31st. That way instead of everybody like starting January 1st, it's trying to lean out. It's like, look, if you want this bad enough, you're on point throughout the holidays. Yes, I was just going to say, yeah, routing it through the holiday season is key because that'll make or break with some
people. I mean, most of the preps I've done have been during like throughout Thanksgiving to Christmas. Like I'm bringing Tupperware to Thanksgiving, Christmas and rocking that, you know? So I think that's good. I think that's healthy. I think it improves people's relationship with food as opposed to just being a slave to these, you know, familial settings where it's like all around privatizing food.
So that will be good. But yeah, I think transformation challenges like that is something I'm excited to roll out with this, with this tribe and, you know, having the prize, the cash prize on there. But then just like the accountability and the help from the tribe and the weekly live calls, like I think that's going to be good.
Yeah, and making it six months versus like these four weeks to summer shred programs and get ripped quick and all that kind of garbage, I think making it six months is going to make it much more sustainable, much more healthy, much more doable for a lot of people. And hopefully they'll pick up some habits along the way that'll carry them many years down the road. So when you say transformation challenge, are you talking recomposition?
So maybe someone has £100 to lose or are you going to consider transformation of somebody who would like to gain weight? With the first one, that's a good question. With the first one, it'll probably be more so a fat loss transformation, but then I think it would make sense to follow it up with a legitimate reverse diet transformation. So like, you know, we, we may have like ongoing 6 month rotational challenges.
So like this first six months from July to in December might be a fat loss phase, but in the next six months might be a legitimate, you know, reverse diet phase and how to do so with the health relationship with food and make sure that you're, you know, doing it properly. I think that would be totally relevant. Or maybe like a strength gaining phase or something like that. But make it like legit, make it
real. Make it something that you and I do on a regular basis anyways, with bodybuilding being the underlying root motivation for it all. Like these are the same principle whether you're a bodybuilder or not. These are the same concepts that anybody would benefit from having legitimate building phase, having legitimate cutting phase, focusing on building more lean tissue, having a healthy relationship with food, improving hormonal and metabolic functional.
These are all things that people need to do whether they ever plan on stepping on stage or not. So making this accessible to them and giving them the road map and the framework to do it correctly is key. Yeah, it's huge. Yep. So super excited about them. And then we're also going to be hosting a bunch of like private VIP meetups. So you and I have kind of talked about this vaguely. I like this but this is going to be super cool so I'm just spitting all the beans right now but I didn't.
Realize we were going to talk about. This one, we're talking about all of it, man. So there's a lot of conferences out there, right? Which I'm a big fan of. I love the conferences. We just got back from Hack Your Health. Freaking love the conferences. I love interacting face to face. The only thing is when there's like 3000 people there, it's hard to really maintain an intimate setting.
And what I want to do is have these, you know, one off Savage summits or Savage seminars, whatever you want to call them, whatever you wind up calling them. But I'll bring in like one or two expert speakers and then we'll have these in like pop up locations like all over the US. So like if you're in, you know, Colorado, maybe it's not conducive for you to come to Northwest Arkansas, but maybe we host one in Colorado for the people that are in that region.
But we do like one of these on a quarterly basis or something like that. And we pick different locations each time. And I'll have like one or two expert speakers that go there. And I just booked out a Taj Mahal Airbnb and it'd just be like capped at 20 people or so, 20-30 people. We have like a whole bunch of BBQ or like legit really good food. And we have one or two expert speakers.
It'd be like 20-30 people tops. We're all cooking together, we're all training together, we're all sitting around a bonfire chit chatting together. But it'd be like a more intimate setting that, you know, we all have access to. And I'll probably make, you know that available to anybody that wants it because it will be a higher price point for sure. Because I mean, I'm going to have to pay for the Airbnb, have
to pay for the speakers airfare. Like, I mean, it's going to be expensive for me to make it happen, but I'm excited about it. And everybody that's in the tribe, in the community, like they're going to get first dibs on that and they're going to get a significantly discounted ticket price for that. But I think being able to offer that rather than like these massive conferences, I think is kind of more in line with my style.
Totally agree. Like a mini private retreat, you know, and if like if it's something where you can spend the weekend kind of intimately in a close knit setting with some awesome people, you get to know them, you get to chit chat, you get to sit around a fire together, whatever you guys are doing, that's going to be awesome. Yeah, so that will be good. I'm super excited about that. What are some other exciting things with with regards to the
tribe, the community itself? I'm just excited to have a community. I think having that in and of itself is going to be awesome because like, you know, we're getting, I mean, you're a coach, I'm a coach, we're getting all kinds of constant questions. So we're going to be doing a private podcast. We can talk about them. So I've got the Keto Savage podcast and this is technically going to be a Keto Savage podcast episode introducing the course, the Savage system, all that.
But then you and I are going to be doing these private podcasts probably on a weekly basis or something like that cadence and that content is going to be just for the members of the course as well. So we're going to have a private podcast with very, you know, specific type episodes related to questions that we're receiving as coaches on a
regular basis. So I'm excited about that, hence the reason for this kind of new studio set up, playing around with it. So let us know what y'all think of the studio set up, if it sounds good, if it looks good. But yeah, super excited about that as well because I love the podcast game and I think if we're doing like, very deep dive, you know, topics on specific topics, yeah.
For sure, like I like popping into the tribe because that's where everybody hangs out and they're rattling off questions with each other and they're kind of they're they've got nice threads going in there, you know, back and forth. Somebody will have a question, somebody else will chime in with their solution, what they've found works for them or what doesn't work. Somebody will think of a new idea, somebody will add new thoughts.
And those are the exact kind of things that we can sit down here and chat about. So if somebody pops into one of the circles on the tribe and they say, hey, I'm having a hard time doing whatever AB or C, we can take that. If it's a topic of valuable discussion, we could sit down here and talk about it for twenty, 30-40 minutes and put it out as an episode. The cool thing about this is like, this is the stuff I love talking about.
This is the stuff I love doing. I'm super passionate about the ketogenic diet, about bodybuilding, about nutrition, fitness training, the mindset component, all that. So like, this is something that I'm just going to continue to add content to for the rest of my life. So we'll be able to generate podcasts and just unique content specific to this indefinitely. Like my whole goal with this is, is just to make it like so much value that people would literally feel stupid saying no to it.
Like, I want it to be so blatantly clear that this is the most value they've ever gotten anywhere that they can't, they can't say no to it. Like, like, it's just gonna be so much better than everything else out there. That's my goal with it. Sure. And there's so much conflicting information out there surrounding ketogenic, bodybuilding, nutrition, I mean just all of it. So if we can shed a little bit of light on some of those things and maybe help some people out.
Yeah, and I think, you know, I mean, I'd be curious to get your thoughts on this, but like, you know, I'm a bodybuilder. You're a bodybuilder and I've generated a lot of this coarse content for bodybuilders, like obviously the hair, makeup, tanning, posing, that's very good bodybuilding specific. But I would say there's probably 2 primary demographics that would benefit from this type of content.
One being people that are currently bodybuilders that are following traditional base dietary protocols, high carb, low fat, and all the negatives that come along with that carb cycling, which is what you and I both used to do.
And as you and I both can describe, you know, like the negative relationship with food, you know, all the GI distress, the dehydration prior to stepping on stage, like just the stupid stuff we did with like, like I don't know about you, but I would slam, you know, sour patch kid candy after a workout in attempts to increase insulin and blood sugar levels to gain more size and and build muscle. I stand a protein shake 20 minutes after I worked out, just like all this stupid stuff you
hear in bro science. Chicken. Broccoli rice? Yeah. Unseasoned tilapia. Asparagus Spears. 30 grams of dietary fat a day, wrecking hormonal habit 7. Meals a day. Yeah, I yeah, I remember all. That, yeah, all that nonsense. So like the people that are doing that currently well. Totally. And not to interrupt you, but I've had a couple of coaching clients who have done several traditional conventional preps in their past and they worked with me just to see kind of what
the other side of the scale was. And they did a ketogenic prep and they're like holy, totally different, 100% more sustainable. You don't get hangry. There's just so many different aspects to it. They can eat one meal a day and be totally content for the rest of the 23 hours a day. It's wild like. And not to, not to toot my own horn, but like there's so much ignorance around what ketogenic bodybuilding actually is.
Like people that are in the traditional bodybuilding sense, they assume keto is simply removing the carbs. So they'll have super high protein, super low fat still and just cut out the carbs. And like, Oh yeah, I'm doing a keto prep, but they're not doing a keto prep at all. Like they're not fat adapted. Their metabolism is not upregulated to metabolize ketone bodies for fuel. Like they're doing that all wrong. They're going to feel miserable doing that.
It's just not good. So that demographic, people that are currently bodybuilders that want to adopt A ketogenic approach because it's honestly healthier and better in my opinion. But then the other demographic I think that would benefit is people that are doing a ketogenic diet, that are well versed in keto, well versed in low carb carnivore to some extent, but they've like plateaued or they've, they've been fun, more of an intuitive approach and they want to take it to the next level.
They want to start tracking their macros. They want to start getting things dialed in. They want to do the proper macronutrient manipulation. They want to like actually know what their body composition's doing as opposed to just their weight. I think that demographic would be a perfect candidate as well. Yeah, for sure. Because there's a lot of people out there that that really go towards keto or carnivore or where they overlap and call it ketovore.
And they really don't know how much protein they should be getting. They don't know how much fat they should be getting. They're not quite sure how to manipulate things. They don't know how to lose weight or gain weight or go the direction they want to go. They only really know the basic overview. So that'd be huge. Yeah, and, and to be fair, I know carnivore's super popular right now, but like the, I mean, this course could just as easily be called carnivore
bodybuilding. Like it's it's literally the same principles because carnivore, the end of the day is another subset of the ketogenic diet. It's just. A little honed in keto. Yeah. Like if you're following a carnivore diet, your body's metabolizing fat for the primary fuel substrate. So you could easily do this with the carnivore approach for people that want to go that route. No problem. So that's super exciting. I'm excited about all of that.
And just where I can hopefully answer and add value for people from those two demographics who would this course not be for in your opinion? Who'd not be for somebody who isn't coachable? Like every now and then you, you come across somebody who wants to make a change, but they don't want to change. So that'd be somebody maybe, you know, you have to be ready to, to try something new. You have to be ready to, even if it goes against what you're used
to or what you understand. That'd be somebody that I could think of. I would also add anybody that wants quick fixes. Quick fix, yeah. Yeah, like I'm like, I'm intentionally like most of the weight loss courses out there and most of the fat loss courses out there and most of the get shredded quick courses out there are like promising all these quick results and like effortless activities. Like I'm, I'm telling y'all straight up right now, if you are lazy, I don't want your
money. Keep it. Don't subscribe to this course. Don't be part of this tribe. I don't want that to, you know, negatively impact the ethos that I'm trying to build amongst the members of this community. And like, I just like so much of my success is mindset related, like bodybuilding is a vehicle for improving mindset. I've always said that. And I feel like any benefit that I've ever gleaned in life has come from periods of incredible disciplined work ethic and effort.
If someone is not willing to put forth effort and truly pull out the stops, they would not be a good candidate for. This course true? Yep, totally understood. So that's something there. What else? What else? I don't want to get too deep into the weeds because it's just kind of like a high level introductory version of it. But I'm super excited on all the fronts we got. And I'm redoing my coaching too. So I've got like my one-on-one coaching. I've got two tiers for that. That's all now on
ketobodybuilding.com. But I definitely want to just focus on and highlight the course as a stand alone, the community as a stand alone, you know, the AI, all that stuff. One other thing we could talk about is in an attempt to make this, this the most value added potential I possibly can, I've partnered up with a bunch of other companies that I use and enjoy and, you know, recommend. So like upgraded formulas, just meats for meal prep, keto brains, nootropic cream room, MD
labs for blood tests. And like all these different companies that I personally use and recommend, I'm the worst with affiliates. Like I have affiliate codes. I never talk about them on my newsletters. I never promote them. I, I just don't ever.
It's not who I am. But what I've done with the course is like, rather than me getting a Commission on these affiliate partnership deals, I basically just waived my Commission and applied that to a greater discount for the people that use that have access to the course. So like, for instance, what's a good example?
So like upgraded formulas, for instance, you know, I use their electrolytes every single day rather than me getting a Commission on any recommended, you know, sales that come through my link, I've waived that added my what would be my for the Commission to a greater discount for the customers. So anybody that's in the course has access to all those company, you know, private discount codes basically. And you and I were crunching numbers the other day.
And if somebody was to use like a third of those companies for a few months, that would pay for the price of the course right there. And you, you forgot the best one. Keto brick there is there is a. They get a discount code for keto brick and there are no discounts. There are no discounts for keto brick, but yeah, there is one for the course.
And I honestly don't know if I can keep that one because like the margins of the bricks are terrible, but I do want to just make this the most valuable I think I possibly can. And what were the numbers that we crunched on the bricks? We'll just use that as an example. So like I. Think it was like 1000 wasn't it? Like we were guesstimating somebody might eat half a brick a day.
If somebody ate half a brick a day and use this code, yeah and use this code to get those bricks, it would pay for the course in like a few months or. A year? Yeah, it was. It was like $1000 in less than a year. Yeah. And like, who makes half? Like I eat a full brick a day. So like, yeah, that's just what I eat sometimes. Eating two or three of your bricks. Yeah, I've been guilty of that as well.
And I don't want to ever be sales or anything, but like my whole goal with this is just to make it unmistakably the most value added thing on the Internet. Anybody that's interested in optimizing performance with a ketogenic approach, optimizing fat loss, building muscle, preserving link tissue, getting insanely shredded can do so with this system 100% no questions asked.
Like I feel 100% confident then I want this to be people's solution that have been met with frustration and frustration working with other coaches. I mean they just simply follow what I've laid out here and they will see the success period. This is exactly what I did when I was going through my prep. Won my pro card, got down to 3.9% body fat. This is the exact protocol I've used with you when you got your
pro card. This is the exact protocol I used with my client that just competed the other day that's 61 years old and got the leanest he's ever been before. This is literally everything anyone ever needed to know to get in the best shape of their life in the most healthy, sustainable fashion possible, and it's right there for grabsketobodybuilding.com. You got it. I don't. Know what else to say, man?
That's pretty much it. I want to be, like I said, I don't want to be too over the top with it, but I mean, I'm excited. I'm super excited like this is this is the most intricate, thorough, self-guided body transformation lifestyle. I mean, it's just all in one, all-encompassing everything you need. That's the goal, man. And it's just going to keep getting better. Like there's going to be bugs. I'm not even going to like, say there's not going to be bugs.
There's going to be bugs. There's going to be little things that we learn. You know, the AI is all new, so there's going to be little things that we got to tweak with that. But I'm excited to keep adding to it. Like this is literally my life's work. So there's no reason why I wouldn't keep adding to this. There's no reason why you wouldn't keep adding to this. Like this is just going to become a bigger behemoth than it already is.
So yeah, I'm stoked. Yeah, that's actually one of the best things about it because people will chime in like in the tribe in those little chat circles and they'll say, hey, how about we add such and such an option to the AI? Or how about we consider doing this to your bodybuilding app?
Or maybe you, you might want to add this as a extra little spin off video and you're listening to that like you're taking their feedback and actually turning it into something they can use and other people will be able to use from that point forward. So like the AI has evolved a ton, the tribe has evolved a ton, your course has evolved a ton.
And people are saying what kind of videos they might want to see you doing exercise movements of so that they can better understand the form and how to do things. So kudos you, because a lot of other people who develop things like this, they put it out there and then it just sits stagnant. You know, it's not dynamic. This is totally dynamic.
And to be fair, that's exactly what I did with Deeper State Keto. You know, like when I partnered up with Matt and Mega from Keto Connect to put them through a prep, we built the Deeper State Keto course together. Like it was great. It still is great. A lot of people still use it and benefit from it. But like, I haven't had anything new to that since 2017, you know, because. You've been busy, obviously on this, yeah. I've been busy on this, but like
this is my thing. Like that was like a partnership, you know, Co branded thing. I still vouch for it 100%. But like this is that to the NTH degree compounded exponentially, you know, like there's just no comparison. But without that, there wouldn't have been this. Yeah, yeah. So it's all built on stepping stone for sure. But yeah, I'm, I'm super excited about this. And again, don't wanna be over salesy, but for people that want more information, they can go to ketobodybuilding.com.
People have the option of getting the AI as a stand alone, the tribe subscription as a stand alone, which includes the AI, or they can get the Savage system, which includes lifetime access to all current and future content, lifetime access to the tribe, and one year free access to the AI. So that's obviously the better deal and that's just kind of what I want to to really build up the most cuz I think the more people we've got in there, the better.
And all the discounts, all the exclusive discounted stuff. Yeah, they get all the discounts there as well. Cool. So yeah, I'm stoked about it. I'm stoked to have you here on person Insight on site in person so we can just tag team this content creation and just keep adding value. And I'm just excited about everything in life, man. So this can begin. This is like the beginning of a whole new era. This is just getting started. This is the unveiling of a new
era for sure. So appreciate you all tuning in. Checking out ketobodybuilding.com. We will see y'all on the inside. Stay savage.
