Episode description

There’s a longing in all of us to open up and be in our hearts. It is our nature to be loving; but we also carry the habit of being closed and protected. In answering one of his disciples, Vasant Swaha reminds us, through Rumi’s words, how pain can be a door to vulnerability, and that only by being vulnerable can we truly experience life. Once a glimpse of the real happens, of living from our heart, the longing to be free is awakened and that is what brings us home.

Vasant Swaha is a modern mystic sharing his love, joy, and wisdom in retreats. This is an excerpt from a Satsang during the Sacred Silence Retreat at Dharma Mountain, in Norway, on the 26th of January 2024.
