Satellite Sisters Father's Day Remembrance

Happy Father's Day, Satellite Misters. Fathers, uncles, coaches, mentors - we hope you are all enjoying a wonderful celebration today.  Today's show is a special one from Father's Day 2012.  This was the last Father's Day we spent with our father and it was the end of a difficult week.  Our father's Alzheimer's had accelerated to the point where we decided as a family that he needed to live in a 24/7 care facility.  This was the week when we made that move.  It was an all-hands-on-deck situation in our family with brothers, sisters and family supporters all helping.  Liz starts off with a crazy cops-and-robbers story that had just occurred in the neighborhood.  Nice to have just a little bit of humor in an otherwise very sad and trying week.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
