Episode description

In this episode, Brian welcomes Greg from Washington, who shares his extensive experiences and sightings of Sasquatch (Bigfoot) over the years. Greg recounts his first encounter in Manitou Springs, Colorado, at age 10, and subsequent sightings including a mysterious incident involving missing time. He discusses his research and belief that Sasquatch are physical creatures with remarkable intelligence and adaptability, debunking theories of them being supernatural or alien beings.

Greg also describes how certain locations and methods, such as repeatedly visiting isolated areas and using specific types of music, have facilitated his numerous encounters. Additionally, Greg talks about his book 'Scion of Michael' which features Sasquatch characters in a fantasy narrative, and mentions his YouTube channels covering various interests.

Let's talk about this bigfoot thing?

Speaker 3

What guy you interested in the subject? To begin with, I'll tell you the truth. Back when I was a young boy, my dad took me to see Legend of Boggy Creek. Mostly you guys probably heard this movie or I've seen it if you've seen the second one where it was more of the thriller movie. But what really got me into saucequatch was my first sight that basically blew my mind. As I've stayed many times too many people. There's only a few ways you're going to deal with

seeing a saucequatcher the first time one. You're going to basically deny you have ever seen one. A friend of mine did. You're going to just say I'm never going back into the woods ever again another friend of mine did. Or you're gonna want to see them again and again. Each time I've seen them. Each time still blows my mind, still takes my breath away. The first one that was

like ten back in Colorado. All the sightings I've had, I did put on the Bigfoot Mapping project so people can actually go and look at them and see where exactly they are. Magnitud Springs is a great hub for saucequatching if you guys are heading to Colorado anytime soon. So I was ten years old in nineteen eighty. I'm living in Manitou Springs, Colorado, in the shadow of Pike's Peak. I am left to my whim because my mom was

working and single mom. I'm on in Williams Canyon, big canyon north of Manitou Springs, home of the cliff dwellings and the Cave of the Winds. A lot of the people probably seeing the terrordactyl swing rides. So when you see those people swinging across the way, that's the area I was at. I'm chucking big chunks of slate rock down onto the ground below me, just walking all over the place, right, So I decided to walk to one of the cliff areas and chuck some slate down onto

the trail below. As soon as the rock hit the ground, I wasn't really paying attention to anything, and tell that rock hit and then I seen something large and black move fast. I noticed it was slim. It literally looked like a thin gorilla, except with longer legs and not such a robust shoulder with And then I realized as I started looking at it that it was like a slender female and it had a small infant child toddler

sasquatch with it. It's looking up at me on the cliff and I'm only about one hundred feet away from it, and it's trying to push the toddler up into a cave to shield it from sight because the Williams King that's just filled with caves everywhere. I'm like, oh my gosh, what the heck is that? Then my brain realized what I'm actually seeing is a sasquatch. It would freaking me out a little bit. Then off to my right, the bushes were up to my waist slash chest, most of

its sage brush. All of a sudden, one about I guess twenty five feet from my right just start shaking violently, start like something is hiding behind or shaking it to scare the heck out of it or whoever is in front of you. Because I'm used to the wild animals of Colorado watched so many documentaries by this time that I knew that it wasn't lizards, coyotes, definitely not a puma or bear. So the only thing I could think of, which was get out of there, because I got scared, startled.

My brain was already a little frazzled from what I just saw, and ran off. But as time went by, I realized that it was probably another sasquatch that saw me come in and then dropped down on the ground. It turnd the rocks, smashing down on the trail below. Realizing it had family down there or something, shook the weeds really violently to try to scar me off, which it did. Then I guess it got up and left, because that was one of the last times I ever

went into that canyon. The second one was about three years later. Those two friends were actually with me. We had a multiple sighting. We decided to go camping. We are right at the base of Mount Manitud, south side of Mount Manitud, just off of Bar Trail or between the cog railway. That's a train that goes up to the top of Pike's Peak. And we found this stream that goes down a little crick but there was a little waterfall and then a little pond that you can

get in and soak in and cool yourself off. In the summer. It was a little level plane, so we decided to pitch our tent there. We were sitting there as teenage kids, joking around, having a good time. We decided it's probably about midnight, let's go to sleep, wake up in the morning, gets some breakfast, all that sort of. We had a fire pit that we made with a bunch of rocks. It was Pike's Peak granite. We were

laying on middle of the night. I woke up. Something had rekindled our fire and started up the fire again. The three of us aren't a pup tent. I'm in the middle. My friend Sean is on my left side. My friend Greg is on the other. Now, Sean and Greg are both from East Coast. I'm the only true born Colorado in this group of people, and our feet are at the entrance of the tent. Something had unzipped the tent because the tent was open, but it wasn't

splayed open. I noticed that the lights started getting into my eyes. I look up and I could see like when you're in a tent and the fire is going, you can see it lighting up your tent. But there was a shadow on the main central form of the tent, and I'm looking at directly up in the shadows above me. And as I panned down to where my feet are, I can see a shadow of legs, and then where the tent was opened, it was hair, thick furry sasquatch hair.

I'm just stunned that this thing is looking at our fire, and I think it was playing within stirring up the actual fire. I shook my friends awake and then put my hands over their mouths. When they said something, I pointed like this and right there, and then the sasquatch turned to face our tent. Now we were all laying down. The next thing I know is all three of us are sitting up with our backs on the back of the tent, and it is now morning, so there has

been several hours gone in our psyche. The only thing I could think of was sasquatch hook to tenth to take a look to see what's inside. We freaked out, and we all passed out. My friend Sean, he refused to get out of the tent. Literally, he was that terrified. He didn't want to get out of the tent. My friend Greg, he wanted us to just grab the tent and haul but Sean wouldn't get out. So they got in an argument and Greg dregged Sean out and we left.

The very next day, I go to see Sean to discuss what had happened, because Greg literally was refusing that anything happened. The day later when I try to talk to him, Sean moved back to Harlem, New York City, and his mom had moved him to Colorado to get him out of all the gang activity in Harlem in nineteen eighties, and he moved back there and telled his dad that it was safer in Harlem than in Colorado Mountains. So that was pretty crazy. He all mad at us,

and I had told him exactly what had happened. He was dumbfounded. There's no other logical reason why would he demand to move back to his mom's. After that, I stopped going into the mountains a lot. I moved down Arizona, then moved into the military, got deployed, then came back to Oregon. I moved into Lane County, which is the

area of Eugene, Oregon Springfield, Oregon. I did not realize this was a treasure trove for sasquatch because the eastern side of Oregon is basically desert until you get to Bend, and then you got all these pine trees and stuff, which I'm thinking there's probably a lot of sasquatches that live over in that area. But on the west side

of the Cascades is nothing but a temperate rainforest. That's when I started going out doing a lot of research, taking steps on out to go camping that sort of stuff. I remember him looking around. I was like, what's the matter. I'm afraid this bears are something out here that are going to eat us. It's like, trust me, what you're hearing is not a bear. Just feel safe because I was like, if there's a sauce squatch in the area, feel safe because most likely no other predator is going

to be around. Because this thing is an apex creature. Bears aren't going to want to be around it. Wolves won't go around it. Kuma's definitely don't want to be around. I started doing a lot more research, start compiling a map of sightings where I wanted to go. I took my son up to was at Dweierhouer tree farm growing up in Colorado. Who used to get close as I could to animals track them. I always felt this like weird sixth sense when animals were near me. I'm talking

to identifying plants and stuff. For him, I felt something around. All of a sudden, I hear a gun shot off to our left. I looked down to THEO and we started hearing it immediately. As soon as a gun shot, we have something's running away from us, and it was literally behind the tree we were standing in front. I looked at him for a split second. I did not know if I wanted to run after it, because I got my seven year old son with me and he's like,

now excited, Oh my god, what do we do? Shortly after that, I took him and his friend Russell up to Blue School Mountain area of Cottage Grove, teaching him about tracking all that sort of stuff. By this time, my son is a little older. I'd given him a super neat dagger, so he's like a sword. So I'm teaching them about tracking and stuff, and on our way back to the van, I felt there was something out here. Instead of carrying guns ninety five some time, I carry a sword with me in a stun gun.

Speaker 4

And stay tuned for more sasquatch out to sea. We'll be right back after these messages.

Speaker 3

Because I found that you just take a stun gun clack it into the air. Most of the predators I've had to deal with just kind of oh my god, what the heck was that? And they're all completely defensive and they run off, or if that doesn't work, I pull out this sword whack off a limb. Really fascillate

and they're like, other thing's got a big ass claw. Generally, I don't have to worry about predators that much, but this time I have two kids with me, so I was like, Okay, you guys, stay behind me about twenty yards so I can scout ahead. One of the things I tell everybody if you want to have a good sasquatch side is don't scream and point. Because sasquatches are loose of their shy creatures. They want to observe you to see if you're a danger to them and their families.

They're not going to immediately be hyper aggressive towards you unless they've had a lot of bad encounters with human beings. So that's what I told these kids. Don't scream in point. Russell forgot that one major fact. Apparently he was looking over his shoulder and he sees one peering out behind a tree at him. He screams my name right there,

and then my brain thought black bear. I just pulled out my sword instantly and started going right where he pointed, because nothing was going to get near my son or this other kid didn't realize it was a sasquatch. I'm just barreling through the woods because I saw something. As soon as I turned, I could see this big black mass going right through all the sapling trees. We're in pine trees, so it's just a curtain of little trees.

I'm just I am through these things. Then I realized that my son and his friend are behind me somewhere on the trail, and I look behind me, here's my little son. I had to stop because there was a big rain draw. It's like you got the road and where all the rain goes down. It's just basically like this, and it's a twenty foot span from where I was to the other area. I see what looked like something like if someone was doing a running long jump, and then you can see the footprints land. It was so

fresh that the rocks and stuff were still falling. This thing was gone. Prior to this, I was going up to the wirehouse tree farm constantly. This was one of the other most weirdest sightings.

Speaker 5

I had.

Speaker 3

I go up and now I have a Bronco two. I had it army camouflaged. I pulled over into this one area so I can actually check out the area. For some reason, I felt like I needed to be here also that I noticed that there was this big old pine tree that looked like it had just been felled, not lumberjack falling it, like something actually pushed it over. I pulled into the area, and I noticed that it

had really tall grass, about three feet tall. If that I see that, it looked like there was footsteps going to the tree that had been filled. It looked like something had broke out a lot of the branches underneath the bottom of the tree, almost so it could sleep or something and keep all the other branches to protect it. I'm six foot one and I'm having to jump from one step to the other step because I could not

reach them even with extending my legs. So I get there and I'm looking at it, and sure enough, it literally looks like something stepped in there started breaking the branches off and tossing them out so it can sleep in there. And I think that's what a lot of them will do, is they find broken trees or something like that and just make little nests and stuff. This is when I made astounding discovery about these creatures and how much they are a lot like gorillas, not because

of just the way they look. So I go back out of that area, and there's this two sets of cheese. I just forgot the name of the pine trees, but they're tall. They're like one hundred footers. There's a smaller pine tree that's just literally covered in moss, and there's a bunch of man's Anita bushes surrounding it like an arc almost. I'm seeing these two trees, and I'm thinking this will be a good place for an apple trap.

I always bring some oranges with me to help bake the apple trap, because what I'll do is I'll rub the oranges on the area around the trees because the citric oils is a really pungent smell, throw out some cinnamon sticks, and then hang the apple trap. So I'm going to over the area grab my stuff. I noticed that underneath the tree there's a lot of fresh pine nettle branches. Now they aren't the pine nettles for this tree,

because they're the wrong conifer. I'm looking at them, and these things are like bright green, very soft pine nettles. It literally looked like something had gathered them and laid a mattie of them underneath this tree, behind all the man's Anita bushes. Because the Man's inneda bushes if you don't know, are not really prickly, but you don't want to run through them. I don't know any animal that would want to eat them, tell you the truth. They

were laying there, and I started looking at it. I put my back against the tree, and I'm noticing that there was one large humanoid figure that if they slept in the fetal position. Then there was another one kind of right next to it about two feet away, and then two small ones, but one was like nestled really close to the middle large one. I'm thinking, I have

a family group area that I'm in. He you got an adult, you got a mom, you got the two kids, and then maybe the larger king is probably what made the tree little nap thing. I could be wrong. It could have been the dad just came back to that area. Because I do believe that they have patrol areas. They have their family zone, then they have their patrol zone where they're looking for food, making sure everything's safe. Now I know I have to put up an apple trap,

so I go get my stuff. I'm starting to set up the apple trap, and I hear stifled breathing above me. Now, like I said, and I know a lot about animals, bears, pumas. This is sounding like when you're playing hide and seek when you're a kid and you had that one kid who is like right next to you and you're trying to breathe but not wanting to let them hear you breathe. That's literally what this was, but larger. I'm like, Okay,

this thing's right about me. If I look up and scream or anything like, this thing could literally jump on me, pummeled me to oblivion, whatever, Okay, Because I'm not delusional. They can be hostile, extremely hostile. Through my research, there has been many these creatures killing the humans. So I'm like, you know what, I got this disposable cameras because I had one camera prior to that was like a digital camera that you just point and shoot horrible, horrible resolution.

And I'm looking at photos when I took these ones of a deer one time and I'm like, no, wonder, people see just nothing but blurry sasquatch. They're using this horror camera. So I decided to go with the disposable ones. Because I'm a young dad with the young wife and two kids. We didn't have a lot of money. To spend on sasquatch. So I went to go get my camera out of the bronco. Now when I'm also wearing is my cameo fatigues from when I was in the army.

I get my camera out. I'm not looking up at it because I know that when you look at a sasquatch, it's going to trip out, so I'm trying to keep it peaceful. I see this dough coming from my right, and she stops and she looks right at me, that looks down at my hands, and she realizes that I'm not a hunter. Now, I think deer realized when they see humans in camouflage gear and they're carrying long things

or a bo it's oh, I better run. And she just totally relaxed, and she starts prancing Peppi lepew from the cartoons. That's same going going. As she starts going around the trees, I just set my apple trap. I'm like, I got to get a picture so I can show my wife and my kids. Right when I'm about to take the picture, you got the two trees here, you got the one smaller conifer, you got the nest area. She's now passing this one tree. That the stifle breathings it.

It's not panting like a puma or anything like that. Just as I'm about to take the picture, she just looks up. Her ears dropped down on her head. She drops on her butt. She's instantly turning. Those front legs are just with and dirt. She's just coming straight at me. It was like I'm about to be ran over by a deer because she's not looking at me at all. She's looking up at what's in that tree. She's barreling straight at me. So I jump out of the way. I let her run past me, and that that's right.

When I hear it sounded like you dropped a seven hundred pounds log onto the ground. I turned, I can hear it running down the slope. That was only forty yards from where I was standing. So I barrel scrayed out that slow. Just as I was about to raise the camera up, there's the saplings. It's all clear until you hit the bottom of the slope. Because this is a tree farm, so they go and clear cut forests. There was a line massive trees, the majority of them

are saplings, about twelve to fifteen feet high. There was this big black mass just blasting in tool and it was as tall as the saplings were. It freaked me out really bad. I knew I had to start coming back more and more. But I also had other people that were contacting me to go check out sightings for them. By this time, I had met a couple of young twenty somethings actually I think they're like eighteen. They were interested in sasquatch, so I decided to take them under

my wing. Right before I started taking them out with me, this is where I had my most weirdest, strangest sighting of all. It was incredibly crazy. People when they hear me see it. Even a lot of the squatchers were just like, you have to be nuts. I think it was Autumn Williams from Oregon bifoot dot com. She contacted me to go investigate a sighting for from one of

her friends. That was an interesting sighting. It was one black bear running across the road on hind legs, supposedly black bear, one black bear larger chasing that one on all fours, and then two larger black bears is what the lady said, on hind legs, chasing the one behind the little one automatically. Bears don't run that fest on hind legs, So it was baby bear being chased by a black bear being chased by the bear. I was like, yeah, I'll go look at this because I've studied a lot

of primatology, I've studied anthropology. I'm on my way down to the Myrtle Creek area where this was. I had to go pee. I'm on a mountain road, the trees on one side clear. There was this viewpoint that you could pull off, and it was a round cliff that was like thirty feet wide, but it was like an arcing horseshoe cliff. This is the perfect time for me

to go, so I pull over. I walk over, start relieving myself and enjoying the view because of the area below me and all just been clearcutted like the year prior. Right you could see where the people had came in and planted the saplings because you can see the little one tubes everywhere. As soon as I started going, I looked down and there's this sasquatch who was apparently standing

with his back against the cliff. I think because he heard my bronco driving up the road and decided to hide or something, or he was just sitting there and joining the view and doing what I was going to do, or I started doing. He's looking at me like you just peed on me. I'm looking at him like, oh my god, I just peed on him. Then I realized at the same time he realized what we each were. So he slaps against the cliff side as much as

possible and shifts to his right a bit. So I shift over to see him, and he looks up against he's me looking at him, shifts over again to the other side. I gotta get my camera. Originally, when this incident happened, I thought there was just one sasquatch, But now, as the more I think about it, there was two sasquatches, because he starts doing the like that just a really loud, not like long drawn out ones, but this is short,

high pitched. Hey, I'm in trouble. I need help. And by this I was already going to my bronco to get my camp order. I heard something off to my left about forty yards moving fast. I look over and there's this five foot tall young female sasquatch looking directly at me, and she's just hauling up that hillside about the third woud hoop from this sasquatch on the base of the cliff. That's when I heard. I didn't know how large it was, but it sounded like King Kong

coming down that mountain side. I mean, the steps were so heavy. He watched the King Kong from the eighties, That's what it sounded like, but fast. It sounded like trees were just being crushed and smashed as it's coming along. Which studying primatology, that's one thing apes will do to make themselves a lot more imposing and threatening. I did even have time to zip up or anything. I just got in my bronco when I hauled.

Speaker 4

Ass and stay tuned for more sasquatch out to see. We'll be right back after these messages.

Speaker 3

Because the last thing I want to be is a smash pudd along the ground of the sausquatch. From there, I go and I meet these young twenties somethings. Will go out. We'll check out some sightings and stuff like this. I go to Myrtle Point with them. By this time I had already had people talk to me about where they had sightings. One guy had given me a great lead on an area in Myrtle Point area of Oregon

because him and his friends would go hunting. They had four saucequatches converging onto their area, and apparently these guys and their family lines have been hunting black bear there for generations. Apparently these guys stopped their truck and these things started yowling and hooping, and they were closing in to the point where their windows were rattling, and they drove off, never to go back. So I was talking to the guy about it. Can you please point this

area out? Come with me. You could take all your armaments you want. I'm usually armed myself. Please come with me. I'll pay for everything. Take me there. He says, I won't go there even with one hundred and first Damn airport. But he pointed out on a map that I had where it was. I'm like, thank you, sir. When someone states so they're not going there with the army, I was just like, I gotta go. I take my new

friends down there. We get up to the area, and this one irritates me about some saft squatches, especially the new ones. Is I told them make sure you have provisions, you have water. I carry first DAID equipment with me, I said, make sure you have all these items with you. They showed up with two sandwiches between the three people and one small bottle of water. Like, what if I die and my keys are on the bottom of a cliff and you can't drive my vehicle home. You're now

two days of walking through the woods. You know, what do you gonna do? After chastising up, we started walking around this area. This is a good area for us to just park the bronco. I looked at the land. I can get my bearings so we can do a nice circling. I'm looking around and they're all just saying blah blah blah blah, just mindlessly talking. I looked down behind one of the stumps on a steep slope. Apparently there had been a sasquatch. His head was probably this wide.

He had heard us chattering and chattering, was curious. Didn't think we see them. He popped up and peeked over the stump, and he sees us like forty five feet away from I didn't get to start filming the camera y because I was still messing with it when I saw them. Guys, don't look right now, but there's a sasquatch right in front of us. They all just turned and looked, and by this time he had already duck

behind the stump. The weird thing was the batteries I had that were completely charged instantly are now dead, which was the weirdest thing that's happened to me twice before to where I put full charge batteries in there hit turn on the batteries of die on me. Weird. So we go walk into hiking along we see something where this tree had been. There was like a mass area of BlackBerry bushes, probably twenty feet high. The way they had been pushed off and all the roots broken off

or made me think of the fortress almost. It was really strange. I've never seen it before in nature anywhere. There's this other tree that had been pushed over the BlackBerry bushes, almost like a bridge, and the BlackBerry bushes are moatd weirdest thing you could see where the moss had grown on the sides of that tree, but on the top where you'd be walking was completely bare and you could see a were trail. We get up on

this tree, climb over there. First thing I noticed there's three trees that had been broken off and formed in almost like a fortress. And then there's two trees that were almost like the guardian posts. Right. Because it's the rest of it's surrounded by BlackBerry bushes. All the large trees trunks that have been around are covered in deer hair. I thought that was really strange, and then I made this discovery that there is four deer in different stage

of the decomposition. You looked at the bones, they're like ripped cages, skulls, pelvis'es. They're not like arranged to where they're perfectly symmetrical. Is if something ripped something off, chewed on it, and they just threw it down onto the pile, right, And if you looked at the bones, you could see gouge marks on there, not like someone trying to skin the meat off of a bone, but like something sitting

there biting into it. Really are The one thing that made me think it wasn't a hunter at the base of one of the trunks was the full rack of antlers that was I think it was eight points on each side, which was oppressive. No deer hunter is going to leave those, so that really freaked me out. I gathered like three bones of the different deers took them with me.

Speaker 6

I made a.

Speaker 3

Rough sketch of what I saw, and then we started walking off the guys. The two young men decided they wanted to test my knowledge or play prank on me. I'm off with the female Nicole, and I'm pointing out different types of bushes to her because she wanted to know about them. They're like, Greg, come on over here, So I go over this area. The idiots decided to make like a little You see those people that say this is a sasquatch home and there's just a huge

lodgepole pines laying against each other. They try to do that with sticks about this high. The first thing I thought it was how when I was a kid and we'd set up teepees with my stepdad. It was a shy and rapa ho That's literally what it looked like, resting on a small branch. There was a handprint in there that obviously it was Noah's one of the guys doing this to make it look large? Is what could

this be? First of all, don't test me on a sasquatch or by or primatology, because you're going to look stupid. Two that's your hand. Three, why the hell would a sasquatch do that. They're just like, oh, we were just screwing with you. Okay, let's start heading back to the car because I'm starting to get a little warm with thin of these guys. The sun started coming down, So we got did about a one mile circle, and we're now on the road that we had drove up on.

On the right of us is about a twenty five foot high burn. We're walking along, I got a sky stop for a split second, we stop. The footsteps stop, Okay, go ahead, keep going the footsteps keep going, stop stop. We did that till we get to the car, but it never made its self known or seen. And I'm thinking that was probably the sasquatch we saw or that

I saw on the stalk. It just followed us around, and I'm thinking that we had found a own area or like an ome nesting area, not necessarily where they would sleep at night, but something where they would bring their kills to the eating whatever and then just walk off and go forards for other stuff. So we get back in the car go back home a little while later, but I'm taking them up towards Odell Lake is where I wanted to go up towards the Cascade mountains of

Mount Bachelor. I decided, hey, we going up there, and I see this one cool lake and I could see this road that goes up. I'm going to teach you guys a little bit about nature killing off a lot of the myths, like when people see horsetail moss that's turned black and they're like, look it's asquatch here. No, it's horsetow moss. We're up in an area, and it was perfect to talk to them about this stuff because one as when you see a tree has been snapped, right,

you see them in a line or a group. A lot of the times that's just weathering, where a lot of snow piles on and they just all snap. The thing that I had pointed out to him was like, now you look at these line of trees. You could see where these branches have been snapped on one side and the other. But they're like at twelve to fifteen feet height. It's just like, now you could see that

these weren't cut, these were snapped off. Something was running through this and making a whole lot of noise and smashing these limbs. Okay, most likely these are a sasquatch making an intimidation display. And then I pointed to the trees that are like fifty yards away where some of them had been snapped on the tops. You could tell this is where the snow had been doing. I'm showing on different types of rock. Now, see this big log is three four foot in diameter, about six feet long.

It is termite ridden. I'm showing them how they could tell an ape clean towards termites if they're following the chimp way, which is using sticks. I showed them like how a human could just put your hand in that wouldn't just pull out a chunk and its turmites. Now, bear will just rake it and break it apart, start licking all the termites up. All three of them are like looking right at me. All of a sudden, I hear this, oh behind me. I don't think the creature

actually meant to be heard. It was more like a sudden exclamation of what the hell. I look over my shoulder. There's this three foot tall young sasquatch. He standing behind these man's anita bushes. We're near the summit of this ridge line. Do you remember Land of the Loss from the nineteen seventies. Remember the Young Chaka That was pretty close to what this thing looked like, except make it dark ape skin, dark ape hair, more of a Muslim steve,

and actual nose. He's got these wide eyes. It's like, guys, don't look now, but look casually. There's a young saucewatch behind us. All three of them looked at the same time. Now, being a young saucequatch or any young kid being spotted by a bunch of people, he's spying on. The first thing he does, he ducks under the man's anita bushes. But he's only hiding like this so he could still see what's going on because his curiosity is just killing him.

The funny thing was and is The horrible thing was is Noah decides to show his stupidity and true colors at this time. Remember the original Ghostbusters, Remember the libraryan incident. Get her, that's literally what he said, get it. Soon as he did that, this little thing back pedaled about two feet and will start of letting out that same whoop that the one on the cliffs, but in a

terror fight shrill. I mean it's screaming. Actually, to remind me, was the t Rex and Jurassic Park coming at but really fast, and it's coming over this ridge line towards us. Now I'm realizing that I'm a guy who has three young adults with me. We're about to get killed by this creature because it's pissed off parent. It's coming after us. What would you do if your kids are screaming in the woods, You're gonna barrel out hurt whatever it's coming here.

We're like one hundred and fifty yards from my bronco. I started chucking him down the hill, say run now, one of them, the chubby guy, he's about four hundred and some odd pounds. He's probably about five ten, right, so he's a pretty wide, hefty guy. If I've made him back to my bronco before you, I believe in your ass. Here he outran everybody. We get back in the bronco and we drive back to my house. And they lived right across the street. All these people like,

oh my god, what happened? What happened. He's sitting there trying to describe how heavy these footsteps are coming at us. He's trying to jump up and they just try to like stomp down as he lands, and he's nowhere. Even the sounding of this thing. It's like a little thumb to oh oh. I explained what had happened. The people around us laugh giggled. The two guys and the girl they got pissed off. Now this one was pretty trippy. It's a few miles outside Marcola, a few miles outside

of Springfield. I'm driving from Marcola to Springfield to go back home. I'm all by myself. I'm driving along. It's twilight. There's this one house that had one little light. There's no street lights on this road. It's all rural land woods. I noticing in the twilight shadows you got all the silhou There's a telephone pole maybe thirty feet tall if that standing next to it was something half of its height, and at that angle, my brain thought, oh, they're fixing

the telephone pole that broke. As I'm driving by, that telephone pole is now something sticky on the side of the road waiting for me to pass by. As I do, it moves, I look behind me, because there was cars behind me a good distance. Everybody had their headlights on it. You could just see this thing literally block my rear window as it passes behind me. Are you familiar with the Paul Freeman footage. Yes, okay, how it was just

a large mass and it didn't move its arms. Just across the road and two steps there's a bob wire fence. It's the three foot high bob wire fence. It came up to its knee. It nonchalantly just steps over it like it was nothing. This was a large sasquatch. That one really freaked me out.

Speaker 4

I do have one more, and stay tuned for more sasquatch out to sea. We'll be right back after these messages.

Speaker 3

By this time, like I said, I had my Broncos camouflage. I'm going up to the wire Howard Trees Farm and I'm thinking this is like a few months later, me and my wife were actually arguing about how much money I was spending on this. We can't afford to you to constantly do all this sasquatch research and feed the kids. We got cars, we got bills, But I went up there that day. I'm driving up. Every part of my rig was camouflage paint, the grill, the mirrors, the hub caps, everything.

I'm cruising along. There's this male sasquatch, probably seventy eight feet tall he was. He wasn't really a robust and he's sitting there just squatting on his berm that's about three feet high by four. It's the road and there's the berm, and he's right there and he's just looking at the clearing to my right. I went there later on and there's a prominent deer trail. I stopped the bronco and I'm looking at him. He's only thirty yards away of fat It sees me. He looks over and

looks at me, doesn't really do anything. Then he's what the heck and he looks and he sees right inside the window and sees me staring at him. This happened before with a couple of deer on the roads where they're just sitting there, standing on the thing, and I just pull up and they're like, that's just a bush, and then they look in the windows see me and then run off. That's literally what he does is he

just turns and he bolts off. I got one fuzzy picture with that one horrible camera of him is the top part of his head. He cleared one hundred yards and six and a half seconds if that. He was incredibly fast as soon as he got up and started running, I punched it to where he was. I grabbed that camera and I took two shots, so one was with him in it, and then the second one he was gone. Those were my encounters. I still today trip out about him.

Always wanted to look for more, but I got really sick to the hazel nut trees, the grass pallen all that hit my allergy system so bad that my mini system was so compromised that I was bedridden shortly after, within two to three months, I was just beat red. I'm in bed, I can't do anything. So that was basically the ending of my actual saucequatching until he moved up to Washington. That's when I'm start to look for other groups to start going sasquatching with again.

Speaker 4

I want to go back and talk a little bit about the second encounter where you guys experience the missing time, because that's an interesting part of this. It's not the first time I've heard it in relation to these creatures. So I want to get a little bit of insight on how you approach your research and whether you're more in the flesh and blood camp or you do keep

an open mind to some of the high strangeness. Do you think it's a possibility, And obviously it's objective, I don't think, you know, But do you think it's a possibility that this missing time that you guys experienced collectively,

now you've got three people experiencing the same thing. Do you think it was something as physical as you guys passing out from fear or whatever and then waking up later or do you think there could have been more to it, meaning that this creature or these creatures were somehow involved in what happened to you physiologically to then lose the time.

Speaker 3

From all the research I've accumulated, I've read a lot of the books BFRO, I go through all of their sightings. Everything I learned was that these are ape creatures. Okay, they are not forest spirits. Like I said, I was raised Native American as well, so I know well about the lore. If you look through the lore, these were physical creatures. A lot of Native Americans viewed them as hostile giants, where some of them viewed them like the Sioux,

as their elder brothers species. I know they are not Zanu, as doctor Matthew calls him. He was the psychiatrist that saw him at the Oregon Caves. He now has a camp up here in Washington where he dopes and cons people into paying tons of money. They go and experience these zanu but they have to keep their eyes closed and he tickles them and stuff, and oh, they're right here. Oh, don't worry about Oh. Me and him have hashed it out several times. They are not alien. I will tell

you that right now. I discussed that with the guy who's part of the Flatbirst Society, saying that one of his friends saw an alien ship land and a sasquatch goes screaming out of that thing, just haul an ass. Now my understanding, if you're an alien and you're landing on a planet, you're not gonna go running screaming out of it. You're gonna walk out casual, kind of look

around and see what's going on. These are nothing more than physical creatures that can adapt very well into their environment, that can hide very well from my I understand this camouflaging ability. I don't really think they're telepathic. Me and doctor Melodram have discussed this over a good amount of time. When John Green was alive, I discussed this with him on the phone many times. They both debunked my theory that some humans may have duvall dot Belgiums like people

don't devolve, they just evolve. Me and him discussed about these sort of just species of ape that most likely had split off from a very small part of our family, a lineage right to where you got the Homo sapiens coming here, you got Africanists Robustus and the other ones going over there, you got the Heidelberg Man and these guys. I'm thinking these are more just an ape creature that's

pretty intelligent. I don't think the media does it justice because back in the seventies everybody wanted their five minutes of frame, so they debunked it. One thing I think is the human psyche, especially us in America, don't want to know that there is a large creature that can flip a bronco thirty feet through the air if it wanted to, has the intelligence to basically learn sign language, could open doors, literally open doors, and steal food out

of your refrigerator. These things are smart, intelligent creatures, just like apes chimpanzees, probably even a little bit more than both of them. I just don't think that the human mind really wants to know that these things are in their backyards until they're forced to confront them. I've discussed this with many other people who've come to me with their sidings. One guy was down in Florida. His family had these things looking in their second story window. That's

how tall. The one that was coming around his house was the first thing you need to most likely do if you're really afraid of your family of being hurt by this creature, because what I understand is not trying to harm them at all, is just curious and why it's there. Build yourself electrified fence, a couple of touches, and it'll know to go away. I'm thinking also it is their interactions with human beings that really shape the

fundamental relationship between sasquatches and humans. One guy fell down Mount Hood in Oregon, consigned himself to death, had broken limbs, broken ribs. He remembers that I'm about to die now. He feels something large pick him up in cradle. If he was an infant. He remembers that it was felt like he was being cuddled by a shag carpet. Right This thing took him down Mount Hood, put him on this person's doorstep and then took the person's house and

reward and then started running off. The people come running out, see this wounded dude on their doorstep and sees the soas watch running out into the woods. Then Sandy org I think it is like nineteen ninety seven or something. Guy hears gunshots on the edge of his property, so his wife goes running out to see what's going on and why he went to go get his gun. And he comes out and sees this lorde sawsquatch just huffing and puffing like it was the one being shot at.

Picks his wife up with one hand and throws her into a bunch of BlackBerry bushes and then runs off. Him and his friends had to cut through twenty five feet of BlackBerry bushes to get to her, and she had one hundred and thirty five stitches. They are ages. It's like us. Our interactions with other creatures will tell us how we're going to react to him in the future.

Speaker 4

I guess the last question before we get out of here is one that I've asked myself recently and other people obviously who've been on the show. These things are so elusive. It is the Flash of Beauty. It's a beautiful documentary that they put out a couple of years and it's the perfect name. I've referred to it so many times. It is a flash of beauty to get

to see one of these creatures. Yet you've had so many encounters where you've had the opportunity to see them seven I've counted at least, and that's nine individuals that you've gotten to see to the point where you literally pissed on one of.

Speaker 3

That one's by accident. That was by accident.

Speaker 4

So let me ask you this. The question on my mind is how is it that you're able to have

this many encounters with these things? Do you think it is something that's more high strangeness or the woo part of this, because I've talked to people who believe that these creatures show themselves to the people that they want to see them, or there's some sort of a connection basically they show themselves to whoever they want to see them, right, or is it just that you're putting yourself in a situation more often than other people who may not be paying attention to certain things.

Speaker 3

What do you think it is that's allowed you.

Speaker 4

To have this many encounters with them.

Speaker 3

I've actually discussed this with with multiple different people's loggers, avid hunters, hunters that are been hunting the ozarks for eighty five years and they were seen one before. Maybe it's because they recognize what a hunter is and stay well away from you your vision. I have literally put myself out there at least five six hundred times just going out in the woods. Jane Goodall, when she first started going out to look for the chips, she never saw one of them, so she would just sit there

day after day, go the same area. Once they felt comfortable, they'd come out to see her. I started doing the same thing, go to the same area over and over and over again. Also, the sheer factor is I know the mathematics for what you need to have a sasquatch kill. One is nowhere there should be humans within two three miles now, stating that in Marcola they routinely have a sasquatch walking through their creek that scares the pea out

of all their dogs. Two. You have to have ample good fresh water, a lot of trout, shellfish, little crawfish. You have to have a lot of vegetation that they can eat. Desert saucequatches are hard to really see because I don't think they want to eat cactin, and they have to have remote areas to where they will not be disturbed. If you're terrified of a creature that routinely visits your home area and you're terrified for you and your family, you're going to be moving out of that area.

If aliens came down to Earth and just kept coming to Wyoming into Yellowstone Park, people would good Yellowstone Park. I grew up in the Rocky mountains, been around tons of animals, and there has been so many times an elk in a deer, pumas all should have had me because I was just a kid, and I should have been eaten, goreg stalm whatever. None of them did that, which is really strange. Maybe there is something of an extra century perception that I have picked up or something

I don't know. I don't believe sasquatches are capable of mind speaking to people. That's straight off the bat. But I think the most of it is that I know where to go sasquatching going over there over and over again. One thing I was doing a lot was bringing up like a CD player boombox. I wasn't playing rock and roll or anything with drums, because drums, if you think

about with h smashing sounds, scare them. It's an intimidation display, right, So I would play didgeridobe music, aboriginal digeridubes, scottage bagpipes, cello music, flute music. I've had four deer come up. I'm playing long cillo. These deer just came out of the woodline. Their ears are all perked up, like what does that sound? What is that? And then they look at me and they're studying me. Then they realize, oh, it's hip, and then they leave. So that's also one

thing that works. One thing I can suggest for people if they want sightings and also for the research is go get yourself an Insta three sixty camera, put it on a pole, put it on your head, get the little microphones that plug in with the little wind socks on them. Then go back. Just walk along, do your talking, not yelling or anything. Just go do your research. Go do your hikes. When you hear stuff, take a point

on when how far it was in your filming. Then go back and look at that footage to zoom around to see you actually got a sasquatch.

Speaker 4

And stay tuned for more sasquatch out to see. We'll be right back after these.

Speaker 3

Messages because a lot of times I said, they don't want to be in your ice sight. They'd rather be out of the eye sight and looking at you and Heidi taking your cell phone and randomly slowly panning it here and there as you're looking ahead, you might catch one. But the bad thing about cell phones and digital cameras is they have an auto focused theatre, and when you're walking through a lot of brush, those cameras hate leaves. So that's where you get the lot of the whole.

Oh it's a cloaked thing.

Speaker 4

Very good advice before we get out of here. I know you wrote a book. Why don't you tell us a little bit about your book where people can find it? Anything else you want to tell us about?

Speaker 3

Okay? I do run a YouTube channel, actually two of them. One is Chaos Entertainment that has like space background in green and yellow letters, random entertainment stuff.

Speaker 6

I am a.

Speaker 3

Siliac, so I do gluten free YouTube channel with my wife called Goodbye Gluten, Good Dash by Gluten. So we do all sorts of reviews restaurants and recipes and stuff. Grew out a great glazed ham recipe. One of the novels I wrote with Sasquatching, it was called Scion of Michael for the people who don't know what a scion is. Means the children of or the descendants, and Michael is

the art angel. Michael, who comes to Earth, meets the new Mary, finds out that Satan is now hunting her down, sending all sorts of demons to get her, because if he impregnates her, he can open the gates of Heaven and start a new angelic war. Michael was sent down to stop it, ends up taking her from Colorado. The first creatures he meets on Earth again are a family of Sasquatches. He meets up with them. Their family helps

fight a gigantic sixty foot tall menotaur. All of them die except what Raw, so they actually helped with some other mythical beings. One of the guys I loosely based off myself was one of the people he first met as a human, was telling him about Earth and what's going on. He sees this news that his family are in danger right some gigantic lizard monsters chasing them down the road literally on the news, and he's freaking azed. Okay,

I'll tell you what, Michael. I will do whatever you want, but we got to get to Washington as fast as possible so I know my family's safe. Fate happens shows them the way through a lot of weird stuff that goes on. Mychael is injured. They go to an area where rawl had been there in Washington before, like almost a migratory process, meets of these other saucequatches and find out that the demons not only have been attacking humans,

but all sorts of creatures. So all the Sasquatches in the Pacific Northwest have been moving to this one valley, thousands of them. So Michael and the few humans with them and Mary are all now recovering. There's another angel that had showed up from a different solar system, risked persecution from the other angels to bring him one molecule of one of their elements that makes their armor, their

swords and shields and all that sort of stuff. Michael takes that one element, gathers all the fighting males that were in the valley, tells them what's going on that they are the key people to help stop these creatures from harming their families. Of course, you know how protective

males are for their families. They all agree. He takes this one molecule and creates armor for them, angelic armor, angelic weaponry, and then instantly with his mind trains them all how to do it, and they go on a march. Sasquatches can move pretty fast, so he marches them from Lake Shelan area to Seattle. They start unleashing battles and wars, and the US Army and Navy and all these guys have already been fighting in Seattle. Seattle's mostly been evacuated.

There's see four hundred and fifty foot giants coming out of the Puget Sathem. Sasquatches just run up and start climbing up these things as they're going. That's the one book. The other one is Knights of Eternity, where Elvin Prince comes to Earth to find his bride. He meets some sasquatches and he's going to kill him. Literally. He sees these things running off and he's about to blow him away because they look like the trolls that attack his people.

This one dragon that he's with no don't worry about it. They don't smell like the trolls. So that's the one incident of the Saucequatches that are in that book.

Speaker 4

We will link to that in the show notes so you guys can check them out.
