Today, I want to tell you about a journey that I've been on for most of my life. Ever since I was a kid, I've heard tales of bigfoot and wild men while spending time with my friends and family. As I grew older and read more about the paranormal, my
interest in encryptids and other things strange only deepened. That's why I'm so excited to share with you what I've personally become involved with. The Untold Radio Network. What a great podcast, Brian, You're doing a great job. Keep it rolling, brother either Welcome back to Sasquatch Odyssey. Thank you so much for being with us for the show. It is Friday. I hope you've had a great week. We have an amazing guest on the show today. But I want to
start as I always do. If you've had an encounter and you'd like to be on the show, shoot me an email you get me at Brian at Paranumberworldproductions dot com. Get head over to the website, check out the blog, become a member there and help support the show. I got to sit down and talk to Rick from right here in my home state of North Carolina. Rick is a BFRO investigator and he has been looking into Bigfoot for decades
and he's had tons of amazing experiences. This is actually a part one of two with Rick because we talked for over an hour and a half and I broke this up into like forty five minute blocks for you guys, so it's a little bit easier to digest. I'm probably going to have Rick back for another episode sometime in the future because there's so many stories and encounters that he has worked on as a BFRO investigator that we don't even get into during these
conversations. Make sure you're back here on Sunday for Part two of this. Towards the end of the conversation, Rick and I start talking about mimicry and some of the things that these creatures are alleged to be able to do, and talk a little bit about the mimicking car alarms, and if you guys have been listening to that Bigfoot podcast, I think I might have mentioned it
over here. Danny and I did a camp out here on the property a couple of months back, and we had a really weird situation with a car alarm. I'll get into that in part two of this, but I'm going to play the audio from that camp out because I had my recorders running, so you guys, get to hear that in real time and get to hear our response to it. Make sure you're back here on Sunday for part two of that. But enough of that. I know you guys are ready to
get into it. Rick is on the line and he's ready to go. All this left for you to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. I want to work up my guest of the show. It is Rick from my home state of North Carolina. Welcome to the show man. Thank you, Brian, appreciate it. Glad to be here. I'm glad to have you. I been looking forward to this. Let's get right into it. Let's talk about this bigfoot thing. What got you interested in
the subject to begin with? I was out looking for it, and I've always been fascinated in cryptosology and the possibilities of other things UFOs, ghosts, etc. But I wasn't an active researcher. I used to live in Wisconsin.
Was crossing the state with a business associate back in twenty ten. Latter part of the day, we saw something across the road and it was in between Walsaw and Green Bay on our way back, and we saw this thing across the road, two lanes of oncoming traffic and grass media and in front of us, and it leaped over a fence like a hurdler. Didn't know what it was, wasn't thinking bigfoot, but knew it was by pedal.
I knew the color. It was a rust or reddish wall burn colored brown that was striking to me, and I was sure it was by peedele. I was sure. When the thing went over that fence, it hurtled. I went back usurre to fence it and fences over five foot high. The guy I was with went into denial mode. Later it's an elk or a moose and all that kind of thing. I wasn't so sure, and that's
fine. Maybe he just didn't want to deal with it. But I started diving online research months later found a BFRORO report north at me in Sturgeon Bay area, and it described the same creature, not saying it was the same to me, though it validated what I saw couldn't have possibly been something I never thought of. Fast forward from then, I just chose to dive into the subject matter, learn as much as I could about it. Got affiliated
with the BFRORO, but on investigations expeditions. I've been out in the woods on this from Florida to British Columbia. I lead expeditions of research is saying figures. I had a research area in Wisconsin. I lived there for a number of years. I'd go into pretty much weekly. I've had all kinds of encounters experiences with these things. I investigate still actively. I've done that in Wisconsin. I did it in that kind of sea for a little while.
I do it here in western North Carolina, upstate of South Carolina. I get into the follow up with people who do reports and let them out, so I'm actively involved. I speak at conferences about subject matter. Just got back from two expeditions that I attended. One helped lead one and lead one take people out in the woods on a regular basis BFRO Expedition and I go out to people's properties when I have possible sightings that I investigate. I've
talked to a lot of people, been to lots of locations. I have right now three habituation sites I deal with on a regular basis. I've had visuals of these things. You trust your eyes more than anything else. I've seen these things, experience them in multitude of ways. I like to talk about some of that today too. I know these things are real. I've passed all that clearly evidence turtle myself too, So I know these things. I don't know everything about them, but I know they are real and these
things do exist. And then I have a just refine. I go to a lot of conferences and things. But I'm part of an LLC called I Know Squatch, and we sell merchandise, T shirts, hats, tu challenge coins. We're at different shows, we have an Etsy store, We're on Instagram and Facebook. But we do original artwork. I have a partner in the business and he's a creative director, and we do original artwork on this creature, not just the standard old black silhouette. I believe that's stuff,
but really we do original artwork the way people describe it. So we've got one of the things we call the peak. Everybody's looking around a tree and I can't tell you how many hunters that have told me that I've seen that kind of thing. That's where we're coming from with that. And we've got a number of trademarks. Curiously, I own the word whoop, have trademark that word in this area of retailer as this area of merchandise, if you will. I've had some fun with it two over the years. That's what
it's all about, is fun. And I am not as far down the rabbit hole in believing about these things as you are. I'm almost there. I've had experiences I can't explain. I've found things on our property here I can't explain, but I haven't seen one. So let's talk a little bit about your encounters. You got out, you started investigating these things. You said you'd had encounters and experiences and see them. Talk about some of that, and let us know where you were, what you were doing, and
tell us what happened to you. Yeah, sure, glad too. As I said to one in twenty ten, I didn't know what I was seeing, but looking back at it, knowing more about it physically, anatomy, the way it travels, moves, locomotes, be sure that's what I saw. A Class A and the BFO classifies Class A. You can distinguish it's not a bear, not a person, and you physically see it. Class B is like step off of that. Maybe you hear it and distinguish what
you're listening to. Like the Ohio Ho. It's something that's it's not again, not a group of coyotes or a buck in the woods sort of things end. Class C is a little less evident, but I've had I would call three class as a couple more I would call class b's. In twenty sixteen, I was on an expedition in Colorado, northwestern part of Colorado web in the mountains, and I was with a group of folks in a canyon.
We had scotted out during the day. Five of us we had activity around us, And what do you do these when you're on a expedition do things for provocations and I'm not a fan of doing antagonizing provocation. If you suspect they're around you, hear some of the subtleties when they approach, you should put yourself in a position to be viewed. I do a whole talk on this at conferences, how to put yourself in the best position to have
an encounter. So you do scouting during the day. I always look to give them the high ground, find ways that they can get to you or get above you and watch you, observe you. They're great observers, that's characteristic of VIC But they love to observe, get yourself in a position, and do things to entertain and be comfortable. If you're in a position somewhere in the forest at one thirty in the morning, several people and you're not
a hunter, then I wouldn't behave like a hunter. I don't think that helps at all. But you're talking laughing. We'll play Native American music, flute music. Talk works great for me. Maybe do some visuals with a laser light or a pattern of green laser lights in the woods. We'll turn on tea like dandles. Lead them on trails. Again, mild provocation, nothing that's antagonistic, and you make yourself curious. We had done this in Colorado, in this canyon, we'd done some of that. We heard approaches
around us, pretty sure they were around. And here's where it gets Bucky. Five of us. We saw a white boorb elevate above the trail ahead of us. But we're observing this thing now. It's only this is August. It's ten electric tens. It's too pretty bright up. But we see this thing and it elevates above the trail and it's moving like it's observing us. Five of us are all We go from laughing and talking to looking at this thing. It's all you're doing as long enough was taught me look the
other way. So I tapped on the shoulder of the person next to me, a woman. She's a sheriff from New Mexico. She and I both turned and looked down the trail, and standing in the middle of the trail, it was a six and a half foot tall black bigfoot and it stepped out on the trail. Was it ninety feet? We have back and measured the next day, and it went into oh, I've been seeing mode and started to do that. This is another people observed this motion of a big
foot when they were spied upon, if you will. But it started to go side to side, like a second basement or a short step in baseball, and it went back and forth several times. I decided we're staring at it, and then it took off and I checked from where I was standing in the middle of the trail, and I could have one stepped into the bushes, but we saw it take about three steps, so it went at an angle, so I think it went towards something, and if it was
a juvenile, maybe it went towards a parent. Or someone that was leading the group, and there's never one of These things were always in groups. But I took off to the side. That was a good visual for me because I clearly saw the physical characteristics of it. The arms out of proportion with human long down to the hands out like the knees, thighs were short or no neck. The head kind of slowed straight down to the edge of
the shoulders. You couldn't see the neck in between. Face was and it wasn't hair in the face black, darkish face, all dark the eyes and a sclare and the white. It was just the dark in the eyes. I remember seeing that. And the face was flatish accentuated features hair, but the hair was around the face with some hair I could see on the neck and on the arms and things. And again this is a few second encounter, but clearly a visual I could still see in my mind, but was
able to distinguish even the way I moved. The people describe these things as dingja on roller skates. All that it moved like it was nice, just took very often. So the way it moved what I saw clearly know that was a big book. I wasn't in my mind looking back at that I would say features and ninety feet thirty yards pretty close and I could get at height in my own my top six for two. This was just a little bigger than but it did not antagonize as it didn't bluff charge. I've done
bluff dargs around you, but didn't do that. I just shout off to the side. But it was nervous. You could tell it had to look on. Oh, I've been seeing sort of thing. And I think sometimes when you were around these things, and I said earlier, there's always a group, but I think they deployed the Jewey's a little bit. Let's see what these people are all about. So I think there was some of that
going. In twenty eighteen, I had another visual. So five people again on a trail above and this was in the mountains of Virginia, down in the southwest corner of Virginia. I won't give you the exact but nearest state park there. And we were above a lake and we had been walking on this trail that was on the side of the mountain above the lake. Again, just after dusk five of us we had activity above us. We could
hear them above us. We're doing the inch worm technique you may know that got popularized in the Finy Big Put Show a bit and if anybody's a member of BFRORO or reads the manuals and things, it's descriptively tactically used in there. Five people, you'd have one person walk ahead fifty or one hundred yards, two or three, then catch up and go buy that person. One
person come from behind. But if you're being observed from above, and again I think that's best practice, you want to get in a position you can be observed and give them the high ground. But it looks like a chain as it's moving along. It's people, don't these things. Watch people observe people. Hikers, hikers, Hunters are predictable what we do. Hunters take a position and they've got a gun, right I themselves observe abated field or
whatever. Hikers are out talking, walking in a groove, taking pictures and walking sticks with an inch worm. People moving in an inchworm manner very erradically catched up and passing. It's hard for them to distinguish what's going on. And when they're above and they see that, they get vocal. Sometimes I was picking up on my parabolic I had headphones in a parabolic. I was picking this up. You could hear them talking above and again. I don't
know what they're saying, but hear them scurrying around and talking. But this went on along this trail for part of it a half mile and we got to a point where we stopped and was show starting elevating and go around the bend above this lake. A couple of us had legged behind at three were ahead. I took the parabolic down because I look it up a ravine next to us as I was wrapping the cord up. Woman next to me, who was an investigator from Chattanooga, Lori Wade, I think you may have
better ear in a show at some point. Laurie's great friend of mine. I have a lot of respect for it. But she says, oh my god, what's that? And she sees the sync come down the ravine aboves down the left side of the ravine. I look up and I catch it as it gets behind a tree on the left side of the ravine stops.
I put the parabolic down and gentleman standing next to Jeff Garver also sees it, and this scenk takes off right across the ravine and we see it engage all them big muscles, engage arms, legs, and I've described it before as like a running back hit in a hole on a football game. This scene was powerful, black, huge, and we went back to try it a position because there was a tree across the little were part of the ravine. Put the tallest person we had behind that. Our guests is this thing
was easy, eight but maybe nine nassive. I recall next day, I wake up saying, how could anything that big go that fast? It just motored. Watched it run across pumpets, arms, run right across to a tree on the other side of the ravine. Stop there, look at us. I'll tell you the force and the power of that thing was scary. That stuck with me. One in Colorado. I just felt like it was
amusing. The first one I saw out in twenty ten. It really wasn't sure what I saw at the time, but I got the features and characteristics of it. Physically, this thing, I know what it was, and on the sheer scale, it was scary. Now we recorded all our observations on this. You want to hear a stream of cuss words, It's it's interesting to hear it. We're all just because we can't believe what we're seeing scale wise. But again, three people seeing this, the one in Colorado,
two of us saw. I had somebody with me to saw the one back in twenty ten. My wife is a good scale. People always say to me A nice thing is you got people with you every time you saw one of these. And I do think that's good because you can talk about it later. And we shared the same observations, and you listen to the recording again, which is best practice. You go out in the woods and you do this. You should always have a recorder going, but you listen
to your own observations. It helps you. Later you've got the pencil and paper out and drew. What we saw corroborates all that. It clarifies you're thinking, So those are three class as I have that I have no in my own mind. I have no doubt what I saw. It wasn't like I saw a glimpse of something or a shadow movement. I have plenty of that. I don't count that as class with these, all three of them. I saw the arms and legs ahead. I know these things weren't bears.
I know they weren't humans, and gilly suits I know what I saw, all three of them, even the second one when it activated started to move. All three of these things were moving at some point in my observation. What has struck me later is none of that movement could have been human. It's just too fast the things. I have to laugh. I go on expeditions, always tell people trust your vine senses, but you can't outtect these things yet out run them, and I don't think it can trick them.
And I don't believe that either. But if they want a locomo and they want to move, it's pretty dark fast. I got a buddy of mine, it will remain Anonymous is in South Carolina showed me a video a couple of weeks ago one of these things moving across his property because he's got cameras everywhere. He's eleven acres and he's got activity, and his wife's walking out to the car, and the SNK ticks so off and you can see it. It's in the woodline, but it's time of year. We could
see right through the woods. Full age is not out. And the thing starts on the right side of his fee and runs all the way across the top of the horizon through the woods and on the other side. Now he's got military connections due to his work. That's so it runs the video and showed it to him and gave me put it in the hands of some military scientists. They looked out and came back. The thing's going about twenty five to twenty six miles an hour. That's fast for a bike. I don't
know, Brian, I can't go twenty six miles an hour. I'm pretty sure you can. So. To my point, on their abilities physically, it's amazing, and that's what struck me in all three of these. It's just the speed, the rapidity of movement, how fast they can move if they want to is it's shocking. So I would call all three of those classes. I had a couple others. Probably a notable I'll just throw in at a research area in Wisconsin used to go to all the time. My
wife and I'd leave apples. I'd put them on a stick up fifteen feet in the air. I did everything I could to deep bunk and pick the turkeys and the squirrels out of the equation, but i'd lead bags of apples and things out anyway. We got back to the trailhead after doing it as one research air is off a horse trail as part of the Kettle Maraine Forest. Anybody wants to your listeners want to look that up. I researched in
the air for years northern unit. But as she gets to the vehicle, I get the vehicle to trailhead we're going to go, and I see this stick structure over the woods. I said, I got to take a picture that because I've written a book on that. Stick structures to me is an underserved area big foot research, and I've got a lot of photos of them. So I get out to take a picture of and I look back down the trail well and the trail goes twenty five yards of bi furcates each way.
And I just glanced on the trail and I see this four foot tall, black running bipedal like thing coming off a one branch of the trail across this the y intersection over the other side, and it just disappeared. I'm watching it. I see it come and it just runs across the spirit. Now I wouldn't call out a class A. I don't know what that is, but it's a physical observation. And whatever I saw that was running on two legs dispirit. I'ven't talked a lot of witnesses that I've had the same
sort of experience. Now you see it, now you don't. I don't know how that happens, but it is a characteristic related on big book. And then I was another expedition I think it was twenty eighteen. It was a Northern Georgia on a trail with three other people, and we were walking a trail around side of a mountain late at night and had some activity below
is ravine below we're knocking get responses and the forum us stopped. At one point I turned round turned around quick because one of us picked up a signal on their phone, not as were places no signal, and all of a sudden got serviced and we all turned to look at each other as I looked back down the trail. So this thing come up out of the ravine and it was gray and huge, and it crawled across the gravel road of the
two track smart too. It went from the where the moonshine was bright on one side of the trail into the shadow on the other and crawled up the high side into the mountain Laurel. We went back to that area, and so you could see where all the grass was flattened out where it crawled up out of the ravine, and it had to be four feet five feet wide. This signal belly crawled and I saw no legs. So here's the thing moving across the ground. Huge And then I say it at night to shout
again. I wouldn't call us a class A. But it was a belly crawling creature that was gray. They crawled across, came up out of a ravine, crawled across the trail and went up up a ravine on the other side. I don't know of an animal that can locomo like that. I know for sure it wasn't a coyo. It was too big of a mountain lion, maybe a mountain lion with belly crawl. But at Cavan area, we heard the knocks down blows that we had, We had interaction, We
knocked at the response call response type. Think again, I would call those significant encounters. Not a big but standing in front of me. So it speaks some discerting and I always tried a deep bok, but those are unique too. Let's talk a little bit about a couple of things. This came up recently. I had doctor Hogan Chiro on the podcast a couple of weeks back, and we got into a very unexpected conversation for me. I didn't do a whole lot of work before the episode because I thought it was just
somebody coming on to share their experiences, and he surprised me. PhD and primates and some other things we got into these conversations. One of the things that came up that Hogan brought up was why is it that bigfoot always is the biggest, baddest, fastest, largest, Wrong, It's got all the things right to his point, It was interesting because you do hear that often in encounters, and if these things are flesh and blood like I think they
are, it does bring up some things for me. So let me ask you, as a seasoned researcher who has had so many experiences seeing these things, do some of the very things that we were talking about. Something that big, let's say eight feet tall, even seven feet tall, being able to drop down and crawl the way you just described or moved twenty five miles an hour. I've been twenty five miles an hour on a knee bike. We were on an ee bikes up in Radium. When I was up there
with Todd last year, I was doing like thirty five. That's fast on a bike, right, I certainly can't run that fast. Just having the creature be as big as they are, the muscle mass that we're talking about, the perceived strength that would come with that muscle mass, and then being able to move that fast and in a way. Again, this has come
up recently over on that Bigfoot podcast. Win and I did an entire show about the max footage from the Great North film back in two thousand and what I see in that video, this thing is moving, like everybody has explained to me, almost like you said, on ice or on roller skates, or it even looks like a man on a bike. Honestly, the movement
is just so unnatural. There's a question in there somewhere. Let me ask you this, just in your opinion, seeing these things and researching these things, approaching it the way that you do, what is your explanation for them having all the things? It's almost like the superhuman, the superhero of the cryptids being so big, so strong, so fast. How do you rationalize that as an investigator in your own mind, having seen them do some of
those very things, and stay tuned for more Sasquatch out to see. We'll be right back after these messages. It's hard to rationalize. I am not an anthropologist, credited study or researcher of apes, humans how things evolve. But if you follow it from an evolutionary standpoint, you got to ask the question you're asking, which is why do they have these abilities? Did they evolve this way? So it gets back to if they're indigenous, dominad pognitive,
it's et cetera, et cetera. I relic commod got to be the words of the day a couple of years ago, and I've talked to Meltin about that a lot. But I don't know why they have these abilities. Do I think it's evolutionary? No, people say, because at some point you're gonna say, what do you think it is? Rick, And I'm going to say, I think they're physical creatures because I have an agreement with you. But I think they have paranormal ability and paranormal characteristics that they can
use if they need to. So for some reason they have these abilities, whether it's physical meaning they can really move fast, or now you see them, now you don't or mimicry Ei. They're very good at mimicking things. They're superhuman, and they do have superpower relative to other animals, relative to other cryptids. As you said, why is that? Are they indigenous? Is it evolutionary? Do they have abilities that they needed at some point for
some use on this planet? The more questions than answers you. I'm not a put of theory out there in front of you and say this is what it is. But I've heard theories that how they're not from this planet and maybe they were put here to what's Tom Powell say? They could have been put here to mine years ago or something, And I don't know that. It doesn't seem to me they have abilities that were natural on Earth in order to succeed. They see in the dark, look at all the things,
and who wind up looking at them saying what are the paranormal things? The physical characteristics or whatever? I think we got to stop thinking that way too. So let's stalk about a couple of those things with that give off when you're around them. They foul electronics. Safe to say, when you're around these things electronics fall, phones go dead. I can't tell you how any task cam recorders. I've had I just go dead after it's fully charged.
There's just some folks interesting. One guy at the phone was down to fifteen percent recharge around me. That's a new one. EMF readings go, you get high EMF around them or even places they've been. One of the gentlemen I do with the bituations got them on the site. He's getting THEMF readings down in the area that they come to all the time and his property and are twenty times normal. Now, how can that be? But I don't know. Eye shine, eye glow? What is that all about, Brian?
Why do they so people? You can call it whatever you want. I don't really care the nomenclature eye shine, eye glow, bioluminescence, blah blah blah. I don't really care what that is. I've seen these things different colors. I've seen amber. I've seen a light blue. I've seen the eyes project like a flashlight on the path in front of them. Light blue. I've seen white. I've seen red. So two pairs of white eyes with two sets of red down in front of them. The whites are
up around seven feet, the red were down off four or five. You see the shadows around. I belied he had two adults, two Jewy's below them. I've seen that. I don't know how that happens to me, it's all observational evidence. But for some reason they have the ability, superhero ability for their eyes to project and for their eyes to shine. It's not like catching a deer in your red headlamps when you're out in the wood, but they're bright and they do that infra sounds apping, that whole thing.
I've been around that bend zapped, experience it for sound, recorded it, seeing it down audacity. I don't know what all that. I do know in for sounds apping, and we could talk about that more. It's not a great feeling. But they have the ability to do that. Now you could say that's evolutionary and they develop that so that they could immobilize prey and then get the deer, and maybe it works for them that way. I could accept that to a degree. That to me makes some sense because it's
some big cats elephants out they mobilize. There's there's trailcam. I saw saw them little while ago up in Michigan. Trail cam got the deer in the foreground and a deer look like it's deer the headlights and the bigfoots in the background. So maybe that's something I could accept that way, But what's with the eyeshine? Why do they have that? And if they do have an ability to phase in and out, we talk about the predator thing and everything,
but what's that? Why why can they do that? They clearly could see in the dark and they see the way you know, way better and it's in the dark, but they're observed during the day two. I had a discussion with some folks a little while ago that was, you can mind the database of vet it out reports bfro has and more of the observations or in the daytime that at night. Somebody said, I really have to look at that. But okay, are they daytime creatures or nighttime creatures? Maybe
both? Mind speak and that comes up people get words and images in their mind when they're around these things. I have experienced that a couple of times. I don't know what that is. So it brings up a whole question. Why do they communicate they have a high mind, if they can communicate with each other telepathically, if that's an ability they and I don't know if
it is or if it isn't, why do they not. Well, whistle rock clack one observational characteristic which we look at and say humans don't have that and animals don't have it's superhuman. It's a superpower, you know what. As soon as you observe it, it brings up another set of question, which is really why this is a gift keeps on giving and a this while. And I find it fascinating it. But I'm okay with it all being evidence and just observing it and talking about it like we are. But yes,
they do have abilities we don't have. I don't think they're all evolutionary. Just in summation put two lines under this, and we may not have observed all the abilities they have. Yeah, it's one of those things that I've went back and forth on so many times because I've talked to so many people who have had very many of this same experiences that you've had that can't be explained. Let's take one step at a time. One of the earlier
interviews, I was just on another podcast. I was telling you I was a guest on a podcast earlier today, and one of the things I was talking about was some of the earlier interviews I did here on sasquatch Ot to see and I look back now on some of those interviews. At the time I was hearing these people talk, I thought they were crazy. I'm not gonna lie, just some of the things were so out there, but now have been vetted out over years of looking into this and talking to so many
other people who've had very similar experiences. One of the first ones talked about he called it being zapped or infrasound or something. Sitting on his porch and
he has these things. He said, he had these things in and around his property, and he believed that this big male would get pissed off at him because he would get too close to a couple of the juveniles that he was interacting with, to the point where he said he was at arm's length with his female trying to feed her candy, and he felt like he got zapped. He would get sick, he would experience things that a lot of
people have explained in the infrasound thing. I rolled my eyes back then, and frankly, I've done it a couple of times recently when people tell me those things. But when you hear it over and over, there's got to be something there because something physical is happening. There's a physical reaction that many people have when they have that experience. So let's talk about it. For you. You said you'd experienced that a couple of times. Let's talk about
those experience. What was going on when the infrasound situation or possible infrasound or zapping happened, and what was it that you experienced so one of them that it comes to mind really well, it's not an expedition. It was in north central western part of Wisconsin. There were five of us. We were out on a trail pitch black dark and came to a gravel road which went off of the land. We were on the park land and we saw some type of an orb thing in the field moving around below us. As we
were entering this really pitch black part of the forest. It got to the point we stopped and you could we heard some things around us, but we weren't all in that havey were being observed. Thought about it, so we did some stupid things. We turned on corn He started playing some rock music and different colored lights and I had some little halloween lights you could push on and they sent off strobes and colors and everything. I don't think that went
over well. So we did this in it dark for a little while and started to pick up and we could hear a movement around us. It started to get the creepy feeling, and let's get out of here. So we're going to reverse turn around and go back out to we had a ways to go a few hundred yards, get back to where it got clear, you know, because we're in this deep dark part of the forest, but we
think things are around it. And the other investigator with me, he says, I'll lag back a few steps, and I walked ahead with the other folks. They was a father, mother, and college son. So I started walking with them and we're going along and all of a sudden, behind me, this other research syst to me, I'm getting zap getting I said, what do you mean. He says, I feel bad. I got fight or flight terrible, and I'm getting this awful feeling like all all through
me. I said, where's it coming from? Because I believe it's directional, but they can send it, and he says off to my right, right at my two o'clock. I said, okay, I say it, just slow down, you I'm gonna come back. No, you guys keep walking a little bit ahead, and we just keep maybe it'll stay with me. And so we continue to walk, and all of a sudden, one by one, the father it's a wall. It's just like you walk right into a wall. And he says, whoa, I can't go any further.
And I said, what's the matter, And he says, it feels like electricity. The sun walks into it, bang, like a wall. And I still, I'm gonna step behind him. I haven't felt I say. He goes, I can't move, and he's uffing and buffing. I walk into it bang, and I could feel it and literally it felt like I stuck a screwdriver and an electric souck. It's going through my arms, over my shoulders. I can feel it tingly in my arm. And it's not good. It's immobilizing. It's not a good thing. It's all through
it. So now you get all of us. Here's a curious thing. A woman in the group doesn't get it. She's walking parallel with us. She's fine. Now the four men we all got it. We're standing there and you don't feel like you can continue. You feel like you can't walk. But you've got this feeling radiating through you of static electricity on ten and it's not good. And it's heaviness too. There's like a you're breathing, trying to catch up with your breathing, trying to work your way through it.
You can't fight through it though, you can't. That made that mistake a few times. You can't. But I said, all right, we've got to keep walking. We've got to keep going. So we're just taking slow steps. I'm talking to the woods, which I do all the time. All right, we're sorry we should have played all that music back there, and we're sorry for the lights. We mean no harm. We're leaving. This is your part of the woods, this is your place. We
didn't mean to be disruptive. We're just curious about you. We're going. Please let us go, and we continue to walk. Did you walking gradually? It subside dropped off as we got away, but it hung around a bit. It was at least three to five minutes where that was pretty pretty intense. Where it was four men all the mobilize having a hard time putting one foot in front of the other, and the kid golleg she was gonna get nauseous, so it was you're heavy breathing when you're it's like a shock.
That was not good. So that was one time. But said still the woman she didn't get it, and I figured that out. I could your eyes and say, we disrupted a family unit of them back there, and they're pissed off. It was because we're in the woods and made a lot of noise and maybe the alpha female of the group gave us a good zapping and it was sympathetic to the woman. Knew the woman in our group was not part of that and said, okay, you've met. I'm going
to let you all have it. But that was not good. That was not a good feeling. As far as napping i's happening experiences. That was not a good one. That one felt electric. I'll give you one of the quick one on it, because I'd probably forgotten more about the quitting than I'll remember. But I saw the one in Virginia that I described that class A and when we saw the come down the ravine and go across again, and I think they will single out the person in the group that's the leader
or the tallest. Usually at them, it seems almost like, if we make the leader of the group, who we perceive to be the leader of the group, feel uncomfortable, the others will subside. I got said I was tallest of the five, and I got this feeling, and literally it felt like somebody just all of a sudden, but a piano on my shoulder. It was this massive weight. I fight through it. I'm gonna keep
walking on the trail. I could take it out. I just was standing there again, You're heavy breathing, and the weight is just compressing right down on your shoulder and not letting go. Just an awful feeling. I didn't get no oxious or anything. I had somebody standing there with me. You all right, you're right kind of things. I'm all right, I'm buying, but we got to go back. This is it, and I want us to do any further. I'm getting the message and turn around her.
We did. Now. Interestingly enough, I mentioned my friend Lauria. She was there. She continued up the trail and went around the corner again. We're above this leg and she goes around the corner into the more Mount Laurel, thinking and stuff. She comes back after a few min we're slowly walking back the rest of it, she says, I can't go any further. That's why what happened. She says, I got a voice in my head when I came around the bend up there that said please turn around, please
go please stop, turn around, please go back. And she said I did it. She didn't get zapped, but she got these words in her head over and over which said turnaround. That happened when we had a visual. Three people saw that large black bigfoot come down that were being above us. So we got a class A someone getting zapped in a message and her mind. All at this encounter, I dismissed it all. If you want to to me again, it's all evidence. Let's talk a little bit about
the mind speak, the telepathic communication thing. You said you'd experienced that. What was that like for you, because I believe Laurie told me about that. It might have been in person when I hung out with her up in the Smokies last year, or she talked about it on the show, or possibly both. But what was the experience that you had specifically with the mind
speak of the telepathic communication. So one of the best ones that's very clear with me was years ago, and I mentioned the northern unit Kettle Maraine Forests in Wisconsin, a research area. I said, there, that's new to this. But bumble and bumble around when you're first doing this and you go in the woods and you do things, and later on you look back. I said, what, tack, I do that for you. It's pretty
stupid. But I would go insteadat's going out at night. I would get to some areas in the woods before the sun came up, and I would walk horse trails, or i'd go back in the woods and solo. I didn't know what tech I was looking for. I was just n't observed and see if I hear a knock or something. I'd walk along shallow and make noises, whoop noises or whistles. I'm in this area near the any of your listeners know there, near the Parnell Power which is a big observational tower
up in a hill and northern new to the Kettle Maraine. I was in a horse trail not far from there, and I'd been in the woods for a couple hours. So it got to a spot I went off the trail. I thought I saw a print in er a bog, and then I saw this area of all these bows, trees newly torn down, and saplings torn down or laid out almost in a nest. I'm saying, what kind
of creature could have done that? So I'm over picking these things up and looking at them, and they're all five feet long and laid down across each other. So what the heck? What kind of creature could have done this? I'm just puzzled. But you're a bigfoot and you're around You're looking and saying, who the heck is this human out here following my potential lipst And you know, seven thirty in the morning, the sun's just going on. What the heck's he doing? That's how I was looking back. I felt
it was an annoyance. So back out on the trail, walking along, I come to a clearing, I go and I step off and I walk them in this clear I see a deer standing in this clearing. It's dough. What struck me as I got very close to it, I didn't know why. I said, why is this things now moving its feet from me? And it's kind of look in its eye like you can't move, like it's scared to death. And I'm saying to myself, I didn't scare it. Why is it doing so? Later on, get back to our prior
conversation, and if they can use zapping to immobilize something. Maybe it was prey and it was in the prey window that moment. And here I comes froll along my back back and my walking stick and making noise in the woods and picking up part of a potential nest. Figure that out. It wandered away from me. As I stepped out of the clearing back onto the trail, these pebbles started coming out of the woods over my shoulder, and I'm
saying, what in the heck is that? Then some acorns they're hitting me in the back of my shoulder, and I stop and I pull out my binoculars and I look in the woods and say, what in the heck is doing that? And I'm calling out, hey, what are you doing? What is nothing? So I walked another ten twenty yards. It starts again, small pebbles, acorns coming out of the woods, flying over my shoulder,
hitting me in the shoulder. I stopped it again, pull out it, but I could stare up into the woods to my left, don't see anything. Now I'm starting to get pissed off. What the heck, is what is going on here? I take a few more steps. Third time happens again. A corns are hitting me the back of the head, on the shoulders. I stop. I got the binoctars out. I'm staring intensely
into the woods and I'm calling out and I'm saying, who's there. I'm yelling into the woods, and all of a sudden, a matter of feet behind me, twenty feet, a tree gets pushed over. I think it's going to hit me. I hear it right behind me, and this massive tree is cracking. We've pushed over. And that if you ever heard a tree get pushed over cracked in the woods. It's intense. This is close twenty feet it's close behind me, and I think I have to turn and
see this. But I'm scared, and in my mind I hear run, run the word run over and over. Run, don't look back. Run. I can hear it right now, don't look back. I take off running, but I don't look back, and I run two hundred and fifty yards plus to the head of the trail, get my vehicle and whole ass out of there. Now, I remember I'm driving down the road, and I call my wife, I say, you can't believe what just happened to me, and you think you're having a heart attack. It's just it's awful.
But I heard those words in my head. No. I went back within a day or two, dragged my wife back there with me, went down up just slide off the trail, and here's this tree that's broken off at about nine feet off the ground. Its snapped off right next to the trail, just off the trail. I was standing on the trail. This is just off the trail, Like I said, it was close twenty feet and it snapped off right there. And I stepped down to take a look.
There's footprints around, massive footprints I count I remember counting five, six, seven of them. There's grass around. I'm too stupid to know what to do. Then I don't have a cast to get. I don't know what this is. Earthie hot in my and I'm like, what am I looking at? And she's up just up in the trail a little above me, and she hears from the hill above us something goes and she says, she said, you hear that. I go, what was that? Because
I'm stepping around, she says, and it does it again. And she said, something is making a noise. It sounds like whoa above us. So I said, let's get out of here. So we take off, we get out. I drag another guy back in there within days. It's an investigator to leave anonymous, but I dragged him in there, and we go up the hill. It's just above that, and there's two on the hill in the foliage. Up there, there's two trees snapped off at about
eight nine feet in the air. We'll twisted snap. So this is stick structures. There's two of them side by side, and we find a pile of scat up there that's the size of a football. At the base of these things, I think it's an observation post area where they were looking at us. I think what happened to me with the tree be and pushed over below, I just happened to be and wandered up to an observation area. Because these things will have centrees and areas. They travels a lot, and
I think I was at that we saw the footprints. There were multitude of footprints in this place. That tree that was pushed over next to me. The other investigator that was with me, estimated is an engineering guy. That was eighteen hundred pounds in Now this thing being snapped at that high eight ten inches acrosstree kind of thing that takes a lot of four. The reason we're
multiple footprints are I think it was more than one. So you had a couple of alful males there and I'm yelling in the woods with my binoculars, who's fooling with me? Throwing rocks and pebbles out, and they decaid, We've had enough of this. They just snapped it. Reached up and grabbed this tree at eight nine feet above them and just twisted and snapped it over it behind me. Scared to snot out of me, But I did hear those words in my head as I ran, and I did not look back.
Mind speak, call it what you want. I remember those words clearly, scared to echo. That was one mine speak. I had another one in Iowa years later. Shorter story. I was with a group and weird a dark area near a swamp, and I closed my eyes and I was just talking, saying, I know, if you're there, let me know you're there. And I got in my mind that meant the image other an arch looked like it would have vegetation on it shaped like a Saint Louis arch,
and it was greenish yellow looming. I'd like if you had a glow stick you lit up a glows it was like that color. Months later, I was doing some research again. We had in the woods three thirty in the morning with a buddy of mine. This as the sun was coming up five thirty ish, we came over a hill and I saw an arch.
This is months later. I'd forgotten about the image in my mind. Here's this arch that's fifteen twenty feet across at the base nine feet high, and it's a bunch of vegetation all twisted and tied together into an arch over a trail. And the sun the way it's coming in is illuminating and lighting this thing up, and you can see it through the forest. I look at this, I said the guy with Steve. I've seen that thing. I
saw that thing before months ago. This is in September. That image was in my mind back in April and May of that year, so four or five months before I saw that same thing. Now I understand anybody's listening saying it's a bunch of woo and all that. I'm just telling you what happened. I didn't go out looking for this arch. I've forgotten about it. I remember getting an image in my mind months before that. I don't know what that means. I don't know how that can be. Those are two
incidents. One is an image that was conveyed to me my mind. The other words, I don't know how that happens. Maybe those are the superpowers you were referring to earlier, but it's part of the mystery. They say, you don't gotta go home, but you can't stay. I don't want to be a world happened, job, job, chard everything, joy for me, joy stay right to come in from the wayside. States still stays inside in st st state.
