Hey everybody, this is Less Drive. Yes, yes, I know aka Survivor Man, and you're listening to Brian on Sasquatch Otisy. Hey there, welcome back to Sasquatch. Thank you so much for clicking play. It is Wednesday. I hope you're having a week. We have an amazing guest lined up for you. But as always, I want to start the show by inviting you. If you've had an encounter and you'd like to be on the show, shoot me an email. You can get me a Brian at Pairing
them a World Productions dot com. Get head over to the website, check it out, become a member there and help support the show. I got to sit down and talk to Ben from the UK, who has a YouTube channel called the four oh one Files, and he had some really interesting information. He had some really interesting encounters to share with us, and he's got some pretty interesting perspectives on bigfoot in the UK and what he thinks these things
might be over there versus over here in North America. I think you're really going to enjoy this interview with Ben. Towards the end of this, about thirty minutes or so in I've actually incorporated a little bit of a clip. It's about five or six minutes of what you can expect when you go over
to Ben's channel. It's him talking about bigfoot in the UK and his recent experience on another podcast where he was kind of being pressured into a corner about saying whether these things are flesh and blood or not over in the UK. I think you're really going to enjoy it. Make sure you head over to the four oh one files on YouTube, subscribe to the channel show Ben some love. We're going to do some other collaborations here in the future, and
I'm really looking forward to that. I think he's a really cool guy, and I think you're really going to enjoy his stuff. But enough of that, I know you guys are ready to get into it. Ben's on the line, he's ready to go. All that's left for you to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. I don't want to welcome our guests to the show. It has been from the four oh one files, Welcome to the show man. Yeah, thank you for having me. It's abstuen pleasure. I am so glad to have you. I appreciate your
patience. I know we've been trying to put this together for months. Now that you're finally here, let's dig into this thing. Let's talk a little bit about what got you interested in bigfoot sasquatch and all the crazy stuff that
you're out there chasing in those woods. Yeah. So for me, this journey started from a very young age, and I grew up in a house that was very active with polergeist activity privy to some of the adult conversations taking place within that household, things that they could next slain and not really call my interest. But around about the age of ten years old, this was like nineteen ninety seven, I was a member of the cub Scouts at a
time a week being on a week camping trip. The camping trip itself was perfect beautiful, so was camping drip Away for that week. And it was on the way back that my life pretty much changed forever because we was on a mini bus who was heading home. The camp was great. Like I said, the cub Scout leaned or had just stood up in the middle of the boats and said, we're gonna plo over it any minute and just do a really quick random point of stuff for anyone that needs to jump off and
take a quick week. This would be a great time to do it, because once we're done here hitting the road again. I remember it. I was like the back of the bus, me and my friend at the time, and we decided to jump off. We stood at the side of this road. It was quite a busy road and where we were standing right in front of us was small grass embankment. Being ten years old, I didn't
really want to stand shoulders shoulder with my taking a pee. I was a bit of a shy kids, so I decided to go up this embankment. While I was standing at the top of this embankment, I could now see clearly through this wooded area. I remember seeing what I thought was like a little outbuilding, little outhouse made of brakes, but it hadn't been used for
a while. That was clearly obvious that brooks missing, those ivy growing all over this thing, and I remember thinking that looked really weird, like where is the rest of this done? Why would't there just be a little tool shed almost in the middle of the woods. So I started to look around in this woods, obviously still standing there, just moving my head scanning through the woods, and I saw something moved over to my left, I saw
this green creature. This thing was tall. It was about six feet tall, over six feet, but it walked with a stem. Now I can't tell you. It was just so long and downlee. That's the way its gate was, That's the way it walked, or if this thing was actually trying to keep a low profile. But it looked at me. I looked at this thing, and it must have only been a few seconds, but didn't feel right, even as a small thing year old child, even back
then, it was something I'd never seen before. But my initial reaction to this experience was that this must be a crime. They're trying to trick me. They're trying to make me believe how we got you, the new fall for it kind of thing in my young I decided that I would do a bit of reverse psychology. I thought, okay, you've gone through all this time and try and trick me. I'll thetend I never saw it, but jumped back on the bus and I waited for someone to say, how we
scared you, and you got you as you're scared. Nobody did nobody ever spoke about this tall green creature walking through the woods. I waited, and when nobody said anything. I then convinced myself that, Okay, maybe my mum's in on this, but I'll wait till the bus starts and my mom picks me up, and maybe she don't say something, and I'm pullost even on the camping trip. So I'm not sure why that would have made sense, but when she d never mentioned anything, it blew my mind a little
bit. The weird thing about this story is that for years and years after this event, it completely was a race from my memory, like I never thought about this, I never retold this story. It was just like it never happened. And then, in my late twenties early thirties, just at work like any other day, this memory just me like a bomb. It was as vivid as any memory that ever had growing up, and I remembered
everything. I remember the way that this creature looked at me, and I remember the way that it was through the woods, how sunny that day was. I even remember how weird its feet looks as it brushed past these little white flowers that were spreading up through the forest flows. It was a very vivid memory that I had of this thing looking at me, and what through
the woods can you go into detail about the way this thing looked. Can you talk about the details of are we talking like a sasquad sort of creature? Are we talking about something else here? Just give us a little bit more detailed as far as what you saw. Yes, I'll explain to you as well how I transitioned from this to the quickest side of things. But this is creature. When I first went, when his memory first came back to me, obviously I didn't know what to tape in, so I just
started with what I saw. I started taking in green man or green creature, and eventually I came across what looked like a reptilian i'd been. Now, this thing didn't have scales like what people probably imagine. It was just a really green, dark olive skin swiming with very small heads, black eyes, and the head was way out of proportion to the rest of his body. It's a very small head. One thing that always stuck with me from
that day is why did this creature that saw me? Why did it not freak out as a young child running up with this embank when that box had taken it by surprise, didn't expect the bustcle over where we did. Why did it not freak out. It was so calm, it was so collected, it almost knew. The impression I got is that it almost knew I wouldn't bros screaming. Now, I don't know how it would know that, but the minute we locked eyes and made eye contact, it just put its
head back down and carried on walking in the same direction. And yeah, I've always found that very strange. But the reason I now get out into these hot spots in the UK and investigate strange phenomenon like cryptids in the UK, wild man UFOs and things like that, is because during about research and trying to find out maybe what the hell is was I saw I found that a lot of people here in the UK are seeing what would essentially be the UK version of a bigfoot. To me, that just didn't make sense.
We live on an island. A lot of the landscape here, a lot of geography here has been explored many times. We had the Vikings lived here, that the Romans tumors, the Normans. There's not an area of land really here that you can step on that hasn't been stepped on a thousand times. To accept that idea that big foot was in here just it didn't sit
right with me. And then when I started speaking more to abductees and people that have had extrapress Hill encounters, some of these creatures wasn't just great creatures. There wasn't green like the stereotypical aliens that we see. Some of them did hasper, some of them were tall, some of them did look like Chewbacco, And there was a whole range of extra tressholds that have been seen on his craft and people that were talking to, and that really is what
bridged the gap. And I started to think, how do we know what kind of extra treasholds have We always assume that they're little great creatures with big black rap around eyes, but they could come in a whole range of appearances. And maybe these creatures that people have been seeing here in you here that resemble a big buss, maybe it's not. Maybe it's an extra thructural of some kind, or maybe it's interdimensional, or maybe there's a paranormal aspect to
it where it can just slip in and now our existence. I don't think they're situated permanently. I don't think that they were an undiscovered species. I do think that there is another elements of these things. It's definitely an interesting take on it because I've talked to so many people that have said there's no way these things could exist as a biological species, as a flesh and blood creature. In the UK, I've also talked to people who have had very
flesh and blood like encounters with these things. Daniel Barnett comes to mind. Daniel is a young researcher over in the UK who found some footprints that look very much sasquatch like if you're comparing it to what we see over here in North America and sent off the DNA and it came back Old World Monkey and some other weird sort of DNA. So that's a very physical thing. So I've always straddled that line of I believe that at least the North American sasquatch.
I'm still I'm about eighty five percent there on these creatures exist in a physical form over here. And I straddle that fence because I do have a lot of conversations with people who have a lot of strange, high strangeness, sort of the woo of Bigfoot, if you will, type of encounters that would tend to point you in the direction of maybe these things. There's more
to them. But I've also, as a researcher and somebody who's really been into the subject, I've had to pick a lane, if you will, to yeah my research, and I've always picked the flesh and blood lane of I think this is an undiscovered biological creature, some sort of relic tomanoid or relict tomin end possibly in the North American space. But you can't discount those other strange experiences. I was just talking to Wayne, my co host over
on that Bigfoot podcast a couple of days ago. We were talking about a scenario where I had a guy on from Tennessee. His name's Darryl, pretty well known in the bigfoot community. He's had quite a few experiences. He had some really strange things happened to him on an investigation where he's looking for bigfoot on these people's property. They had sort of a habituation situation and it was aggressive, so they were really trying to He and his research partner,
we're trying to help these people get rid of the bigfoot. If you will. You see some orbs while they're out on an investigation, and one of these orbs starts floating towards him and his research partner. There's no way around it. He said, the orb turned into a possum. It sounds comical to even say it out loud, but this is a He's pretty much a flesh and blood researcher, and he's telling me. Look, I know you're going to think I'm crazy dude when I tell you this, but this orb
turned into a possum right in front of me. That's not a flesh and blood thing, right, So it's difficult for me when I'm pushing down the lane of flesh and blood, to reconcile that. And I used to separate that stuff as an investigator. I'm almost five hundred episodes into Sasquatch Odyssey, and I've talked to a bunch of people who have had strange things going on,
sometimes simultaneously with bigfoot and experiences. Sometimes it was just before or just after, and I used to separate those and say, there's no way that could be involved in the Sasquatch part of this. I think you just have strange lights and maybe these UFOs that are happening that you're seeing, and you might have bigfoot experiences and encounters going on at the same time. But it's harder and harder each day for me to separate the two. How do you
handle that when you go out and do your investigations. Are you just completely open mind to the fact that this may not be a flesh and blood phenomenon, it's more of a supernatural, possibly interdimensional, it's connected to extraterrestrials. Is that sort of how you approach this as you go out and investigate it
is? And on my channel on the start, as what I talked about a lot there is that I'm open to being wrong at any point if it comes forward at any stage in time that these things are and I'd been just as happy as everybody else. I'd be, and it would change the course of how I operate and how I investigate. But there is no denying when we look at the twoh phenomena, the cryptids nomena and the threshold phenomena, there are so many crossovers between those two genres. For example, we have
minds feet in both before the U threscial encounters. There is weird smells always reported with abductions, and the cryptis phenomena we have orbs of light that they can transition from both phenomena the ability to disappear without a trace is common in both phenomena these things. It bridges the gap of the cryptids and inter treashoals once again and strengthens the idea that there is something more to these things.
Now they are outside influencies as well that can change my mind. Like you've just mentioned there in the Pacific Northwest, in that's the US and kind of the other parts kind of the I do believe that it could be flesh. But in those in those areas, it's hard things to investigate and explore. For that reason, that is why our remain up in minded, because the only reason I think it's got to be something more in your new cage,
just because of the land masks. It means you were sat here right now having this conversation about America like I would be saying, I do believe it could be blessed blood. There are other things as well to their in mind. Are the cryptids working with the extra treashows that are they some kind of I don't want to say grown, because that means it's not even more.
Do they have an equal interest in these cryptids as we do. They might not be related, or they might the cryptids might not be extra thresholds themselves, but the extra thresholds might also know that the cryptids here on Earth and having an interest just as we do. So that's why they're always seemed together, either before or after. There's so many different roads and avenues that we can go down when when we're discussing these two subjects, I just think to
outright deny that there is some kind of relation. Is it's not a smart new who've got it the upper minded to everything. And like I just said, if I'm proven wrong at any point, I would be more than happy to pull my hands up and the beat and joining the celebration with everybody else. But yeah, there are so many prop servers between the two on their ipes that not entertain the idea. Yeah, I think I'm definitely right there
with you. Again, I approach it from the flesh and blood side of things, and I stay open minded to people's experiences because there could be some co mingling amongst the two. I just it's very difficult for me to reconcile. And I'll ask you this, as an investigator, how do you deal with talking to somebody, for example, who sees one of these things let's say sasquatch, Bigfoot, or even a dog band for example, that are doing very flesh and blood type of things hunting game. I've talked to plenty
of people who have seen what they think they're stalking deer. They clearly leave behind a lot of signs that are very physical, like footprints, for example. Arguably that's probably one of the best things that we have as far as evidence for the existence of bigfoot, for example here in North America, is
the footprint evidence. And of course there's been photos and videos. Wayne and I were just again where we're recording an episode of our other show, that Bigfoot podcast today, when we were talking about the IMAX footage from I think two thousand and one of what looks like a purported sasquatch doing a very physical thing, and it looks like it even has a baby on its back. That's a very physical thing. Patty, for example, Patty is a very
physical being. If you're into the Patterson Gimblin film and you think that's a real sasquatch, I tend to error on the side of it being a real sasquatch in that video. It's again a very physical thing. I guess That's the thing that's hard for me to wrap my brain around is if these things are interdimensional or they're even connected in some way to extraterrestrials. They're seen doing
very physical, almost mundane things in a lot of cases. As an investigator with an open mind, and you're going out in the field and you're talking to people and you're investigating certain sites, how are you reconciling that and maintaining your open mind when it is finding very physical things left behind, tree structures and other things that would lead you down the road of it being a physical creature or more of a terrestrial creature versus extraterrestrial. How do you deal with
that as an investigator? And if we consider that these cryptids could be echitrescural, and we're trying to, like you just said, get our minds around the fact that they're doing very human, animalistic things that wouldn't be too much to had to imagine interterrestrials themselves do human things. There's a lot of abduction stories where we hear they're interested in human anatomy. That is a very human
trick. So even if these cryptis were extrescial, the fact that they least footprints behind the fact that they carry their young and do all things that we would associate with animalistic behavior. It doesn't change the back that they could be intratrectual because, like I've just said, extra stressural to do human things. They're interested in our nuclear silence, they are interested in human anatomy and future
of the planet. These are all very unite for it. Yeah, again what I'm saying, but it's very possible that they could be both either either completely but enzyme. They could be cryptid or animallystic in their behaviors in the way that they do things, but they could also have an extra threshold on them there as well. So let's talk about some of your investigations. I know you've done tons of stuff. You've got tons of videos over on the
four h one files. Let's talk about some of the investigations that you've been out on. Let's talk about maybe a couple of the ones that have stuck out to you, some of the places maybe that have stuck out, some of the experiences that you've had, or maybe some of the stories that have stuck out that people have shared with you that have spurred some of your investigations. Let's get into a little bit of that and talk about that for the
audience. Yeah. So there's a few really good potspots here in the UK. One a of the places is place called Howard Forest. This is notorious or cryptic sayings, and I've spent a few days investigating there, but lots of strange things. You've got to remember as well. While I'm out there investigating, I'm not purposely looking for any specific It's not like I'm going out
there with the equipment look like USOS and spread rules or specifically cryptid. I'm out there in these hotspots where reports are coming in in the hope of experiencing something anything. So I never really go out there knowing what what to expect. But there has been some really good experiences from Howard Forest. For example, I walk up one morning. You've got to remember as well, this
is quite a remote area even you gare. There's not many cities or town They're honest this location and I wake up and there's a weird structure made up of sticks logs situated outside my tent early about ten meters await. Now, that definitely was not there when I pitched the ten And if anybody was dragging sticks and twigsted the forest during the night. I would have fitd that.
And even on the footage when when you see me going in there and you're seeing saying the ten, the ten, and pound past this certain area and there is nothing there. It's not one or two sticks, this is a it's huge frame that's been created stacked against the tree. Now, I have no idea again what that is. Is it more or streasural early and I have no idea. I can just report on what i'd find, but obviously that is very strong in the cryptic Doom and his stick structures, tree structures,
things like that. There was another scenario where I was pigeon the tenter and I heard this really weird whirling sound. It was almost as if you could just grab the cable and started to with the cable around you know how it could through the wind. And you can clear up here this very clearly coming through the woods. It wasn't wind. The forest was completely silent at this point. There was no birds whistling, there was no leaves rustling.
But this whirling sound couldn't through the forest. Was very creepy and in fact, all the heads on the back of my arm stood at this point, so I climb back out of the tent as I'm turning my sleeping back in and I just sit there at two minutes listening to the forest. And I have no idea which direction this was going from or where it was being generated from, but it was very creepy, had me on edge. So I stand then in the middle of the forest. This noise eventually dies down and
I heard a very distinct whistle. It was a whistle that this went. And I can't tell you how scared I was at this point, but it was off the chart. I was absolutely terrified. Now my first thought was, oh my god, there's a dog off Someone's walked through the forest of that dog off the lead, and they realized that. I heard there trying to whistle this dog back. But I never heard nothing. I didn't hear a human being walking through the forest. I didn't hear anybody calling a dog.
I didn't even hear the dog if it was. It was just me on my own in the middle of nowhere I heard this. I've never heard an animal, never heard a bird or any of the animal make a noise like that. But yeah, all through that night. In fact, obfuly that week while I was investigating them, very strange things happened. I'm not a mutually a believer in doing tree notes or anything like that, but on this particular an investigation, I just thought, for a lot, I'll do
a huge tree knocks. Now. I had responses straight away to doing this, which lead me away because I wasn't expecting anything. And stay tuned for more sasquatch Ota sy We'll be right back after these messages. So scenarios like that, when I go out and I investigate and I get results like that, it makes me think, is there really something marveling on here? Is
there something that people answering because not everybody can be lying. I think we all agree on that, But what is doing this is not natural to hear those kinds of things. Are experience that kind of stuff. So yeah, it leaves me with a lot of locked questions. I'm right there with you. I've had experiences that I can't explain in the woods here on our land and radium with Todd standing last year in October wood knocks whistles, whoops,
what sam did like Samurai cheddar that I can't explain. And I've yet to see anything thing physical to go along with that, outside of seeing tracks standing in areas, particularly in Radium, where there was something heavy clearly there there was what looked like seventeen eighteen inch foot prints in the mosque there in the ground. I've cast prints here on my property in North Carolina and heard vocalizations that are similar to some of the stuff that I heard in Radium. So
I don't know. It's what keeps me coming back. Man, in your investigations, has there been an experience, whether it was earlier on, you mentioned something about living in a haunted house. I can relate to that. I lived in a couple of hundred houses as a kid. That's got my interest peaked at an early age in some of the unknown things. And certainly i'd love for you to talk about some of that, if you're okay with
doing that. But even from those experiences earlier on, seeing what you saw when you were ten, and now going out and doing these investigations, is there anything that has stuck out to you as far as an experience or something that you've seen or evidence that you've found that point in a direction of Okay, there is definitely something going on here that makes me want to dig a
little bit deeper into the subject. Yeah, so I've got a few stories if here don't mind me telling them, are sharing up with your listeners. My first UFO sens so where my main stomping ground of where I investigated is an area. It's five hundred and fifty four square mile area called the North Yauction Moos and smack bang in the middle of the North yuch Mos is a military base shrouded in mystery itself, like it's a top sequet military base.
I think it's actually American run. It's called Aria Filing Dales. Now. The motto for Arid Filing Dales is videolamates, which means we are watching mysteriously creely enough. But yeah, all around this base in the huge area, one of the biggest hot spots in the UK have a very stranger reports and one of the reports is obviously i UFOs sightings. Me and my brother had gone up to a place called Blamboroughhead. It's like literally on the coastline of
the UK. You're looking right out across and O Sea. We've gone up there hoping to see some strange lights people have been report. We never expected to see anything because it was our first time there, and that would just be unbelievable. We sat out for about two or three hours. We had the chairs pulled up on the coast class, just looking out to see them, and it was starting to get really cold, as it does on the coastline. So we decided, look, we've not seen anything. Let's just
get back to the van. Let's get back out there. And on the footpath, going back to when the vand was part, we saw these four and the lights dressing across the sky. Now they were evenly spread apart, very bright amber, and they blinked out and then reappeared further along in the sky, blinked out, and then again reappeared, always going in the same line of the same amount of travel. So I saw, originally this could be a playing that's just fall five for a second, it could be a
plane. And then it did something really weird because it blinked out and where it should have appeared it had now gone back on itself. It blinked then and it was like zig zagging across the sky. The impression I got at the time was that weather's flying this plane is extremely confused. They don't know what they're doing. Their planes out of control or they're just lost. And as we stood there, none of us said a word. There's no conversation
taking place between me and my brother at this point. We're just looking at this weird display happening in front of us, with these lights in the sky, and with that, two fighter planes switched above our heads, and this thing that we've been watching that just shot out to sea, and it must
have been about twenty miles out to see. Within the blank of an eye, this fighter plane, these two fight brains rolled across our heads in the same direction, chasing these lights out to see now, when they got out to when the horizon would have been out of sea, these lights disappeared, and obviously the engines of the fight brain died out. We both stood there, absolutely and completely amazed. None of us said the words, but for a good minute or team we were just like, what the hell was that?
And then as we stood there, literally the only cloud in the sky at this time above us, these four lights emerged eerily from this cloud. It was the most bizarre, surreal thing I've ever seen in my life. And they went across the sky a little bit and then it disappeared, and we never saw them again, but we never saw those lights come back. When they appeared them about our heads. We didn't see them make the return
journey back to that crowd. It just appeared. And we spoke about this all the way home in the van, adrenaline running through our bodies, and I said, you know what I think happened. I think that whatever those lights were, they knew that those fighting planes were inbound, and they was
trying to figure out what their next move would be. And that's why it was going backward to the ballwards because of the very last minute they darted out to sea and then lo and behold, these two fighting plans come in the same direction, chasing them out. So yeah, very weird. Well that was my first UTO experience and my only UO experience of the honest but one has completely explode my mind. And if you want, I can dive into
some of the paranormal as well. As I mentioned at the start of our conversation, I grew up in a very hunted house full of paranormal activity. One of the stories that really sticks out. First of all, let me just say that this house took on the progression that you see in the movies. But first died with people seeing a shadow in the corner of the rye. In that parition, things would move, things would go missing and then turn up in an obvious place they had already been searched, like many times
before. It was very much the way the movies should trade in that sense. And eventually this thing, this spirit ghost, whatever it was, did start trying to communicate. And one of the creepiest stories, some of the creepy stories, came from my dad. My dad was a long distance lorry driver, so he was driving articulated lorries up and down the country to Scotland and back. He was awake quite a lot of my childhood with that job in that role. So by the time my dad would finish, everybody in
the house would be asleep. He'd usually turn up three in the morning for in the morning because his brain had been so active while driving, he couldn't just put it to bed and switch off. He always had to hell on and make himself a comptee. One moore, did I get up and I'm on the way out of the door to school, and I look in the kitchen and my dad sat there. And that's not like my dad normally, he's in bed by this been out at work on it. He's very share,
couldn't it's white. And he proceeds to tell me this story that he came home last night and he'd gone down into the fridge to get the milk out, and as he did so, a female's voice over he's left there said, now, my dad's name is Gary. So whoever this thing was or whatever it was, knew my dad's name. And he said it was so realistic, it was so believable that I actually turned around and almost said
yeah. I almost answered it, thinking that he was your mum, and it wasn't, he said, all the hairs on the back of the next to U. I was bent down on the bridge, and I just I could not move, he said, because I know I heard it and all, like I said, all heads and neckad stuff and everything. But the weirdest thing he said for me was knowing that something that shouldn't be here he knows my name, and I can't get my head. I can't wrap my
head on that. That was one experience that my dad's had. If we fast forward a few more years, my moment Dad at the point of going through a break book puts him at the boat. So my dad's actually now living in the house on his own, and he'd just had new carpets laid throughout the house. And I don't know if you ever pulled a door against the newly laid carpet, but it's a very distinct sound. You can hear
it brush against the carpet. So we'd gone around the house, he'd locked all the windows, checked full of doors, and he got upstairs to sleep, and he said that must have only been laid there for ten to fifteen minutes, drifting off when the bedroom door pushed against the carpet, and he said, my eyes instantly bollied open. And I was laid there in the dark, or in the house on my own, thinking someone's in the house,
someone's broken him. And then now in the bedroom still have the doorway, And obviously, as he's telling me this, I'm getting freaked out. And I said, well, what did you do next that? What did you do? He said, I didn't do anything. I laid there all night looking at the bedroom window away the sun's clock, just praying to God that there was nobody in the house. And sure enough, when he woke up and the sun did come back through the window. He turned over and
the bedroom doll was pushed wide open against the new mid cap. There was nobody there, so somebody had walked in the bedroom to the foot of his bed. And yeah, there was nice, but these stories are coming. It wasn't just me, wasn't my dad or my mom. It was friends of the family. There was also having experiences in the house. We went away on a family holiday once and we left because we had a dog at that time. The dog was called bouncer building Labrador. We had my auntie
come over and let the dog out. The dog while we was away on this holiday. We must have only been away a week, and she rings that MoMA hysterically crying, you're gonna have to come back. You're gonna I'm sorry, I can't do that. You're gonna have to come back. I can't look after the dog anymore. So my mum eventually calmed down and off to the bottom of what happened, and she said that she was all the way upstairs and she couldn't move past a certain point on the stairs to what
do you mean you couldn't ink past? What do you mean you could move? He said, it was like somebody was pushing me back, and I kept trying to lift my leg to go up a step further, and I couldn't do it. The dog was going crazy. Scrapped in at the door back in. Yeah, after about two or three extemps, she realized and I was like, this is really not right. She ran out of the house and never went back. It was just a really creepy place to live.
And even now I'm thirty seven years old, even though I went every at least once a month and have a nightmare, I'm back in the house and the nightmares aren't always prepeed. There's not stuff chasing me or jumping out of me. Sometimes it's just me in that house in the dark and I'm stood there, but I wait with sweating and terrified. And Yeah, it was creepy time of my life. It definitely sounds like it, man. I can definitely relate to being in a creepy house at an early age,
and that stuff sticks with you. Man. It's hard to explain if nobody's ever experienced that kind of terror that comes with the unknown voice and scratching and walking and opening doors and things disappearing. It's just a really eerie experience that frankly, not a lot of people get to go through and it clearly has spurned you on to investigate look into this more. You started your show the four oh one Files. Let's talk about that. Let's talk about what people
can expect when they go over there. What kind of videos do you do, how do you approach your investigations, and when they check it out, what can they expect to find on the four oh one files. Yeah, so online videos I get out, I don mini style documentary videos that really one. I hit quite polished videos of me getting out into these hot spots, and I go out there on my own right solo wildcamp in these hot spots, and I talk about things that are quite thought provoking. Miami is
too spy curiosity with people that maybe are on the fence. I want people to leave my channel and think, actually, what he said I don't agree with, but he's got a point. That's the kind of impact that one, because there ranks so many different possibilities out there that we can't just gidging whole ourselves. And the aim of my channel, the content where I come trip most of my energy and time is the UFBO encrypted phenomena. Sometimes it's
solely just about cryptids. Sometimes it's sly, just like UFOs. Sometimes I property over, but it's always creepy. It's always me out there and I don't jump again, I don't. I don't fake anything if nothing happens. But one thing you will get from my videos is all the rookie content, stuff that you'll go away with and sit back and be able to think goo. Hi guys, thank you for joining me back here again on the four
to one files. I'm gonna do another fill of video for you. What I'm going to chat to you today about is an experience that I had a few years back, so a long story show. I was asked to be a guest on the podcast. I was asked to attend on the podcast. There was going to be a panel of maybe three or four different people, and everything felt good, like the vibe was nice. They seemed interested in what I do and what I talk about. So I obviously agreed, and
no sooner I agreed, No sooner. What we went live on this podcast, the atmosphere was a bit different. It wasn't what I was expecting, and it was quite clearly obvious from the open that these people were trying to back me into a corner and trying to get me to say something that would make me look stupid. Now why they would do this, I'm not sure. But they kept going on about the big Foot, the UK big Foot, Why do I think there is a big Foot wondering undiscovered in the UK.
And I kept happing to correct them all the time. That's not why I believe. I've never said for a minute that I believe there was a seven to eight feet nine ten feet tall creature and discovered walking around the English
countryside. I've never said that. Even back in the early days of the four to one files, when I really didn't know what direction I was heading in, I still always speculated they could have an extraterrestrial element, and that is something I've always stood by. And if it's not just terressural, would be supernatural, interdimensional, paranormal, whatever it is. I just don't believe
that they have flesh and blood creatures undiscovered. I just don't. There has to be something else, some underlining layer to these creatures that we don't fully in the stand right now, And for me, that was the extraterrestrial crossover. So yeah, I kept correcting them. I kept saying Look, I don't believe that there is a big Foot in the stereotypical sense, a ten foot tall creature covered in hair walking around at some discovering. I don't believe
that, but they kept pushing it and pushing it. I'm thinking, have they got the right guy on the podcast? Do they know what I talk about? What I do? And I think, like maybe twenty thirty minutes into the podcast, it just twigged that these guys wanted a title. They wanted something to puke from that, something to latch onto and maybe even ridiculo me over. But I wasn't going to give them that. Like I was just sticking to my guns, are saying, I don't think that. That's
not why I believe. This is what I believe. But they couldn't get on board with that. They couldn't get their head around the fact that I thought Bigfoot could be an extraterrestial. For them, it was just too weird, too sci fi and futuristic and a bit que key. But then when I said to these guys, look, I think a thousand years from now, do you think it's possible or likely that we might have extra tress rules living here on us alongside us. Yeah, I think that's possible. Yeah,
okay, I think five hundred years. Do you think it's possible? Possibly? Maybe not. So what is it that's giving you this illusion when it becomes acceptable as to when it doesn't. Because you've said that five hundred years is maybe, but one thousand years is probably definitely. Why is it that now we can't have extra terrestrials living amongst us? Because when they're okay, now where five hundred years or a thousand years, we don't have no
say in it. They're not here because we've said, come on, it's fine, now you can arrive. They're here because they want to be here. And so I try to explain to these guys that your only reason for disbelieving the extraterrestrials could be living right here, right now amongst the humans is based on a human factor's and that is a stereotypical thing that we humans do
a lot. We are very entailed. For example, when we first started looking to the heavens to space, we believe that everything evolved around us. Again, it's a very entitled viewpoint. We think that we are God's will only chosen children. Again, a very entitled viewpoint, And when I put it to them in this way, like why tell me why you think they can't be here now? But in five hundred years possibly, and in a thousand years most definitely. Your reasoning is based on what we're doing. But
for their actually treasures that come in here, they don't care. They couldn't care less what we're doing. If they want to be here, they will be here. It doesn't matter what you're think, what you believe, what stage have advancements we're at, if they're coming, and that's that. So, Yeah, they didn't seem to like this approach for me. They didn't
seem to like the fact that I saw this far outside the box. But I guess I'm just trying to send this message to you, guys, is that you're going to meet people who have not only different opinions, but you're going to meet people that try and get you to say things that you don't want to say. Now, if you do believe that Bigfoot is a flashionable
creature, stick to that. You have your beliefs, your own personal experiences throughout life have led you to that opinion, and they're yours and yours only. Stick to why you believe what you're saying is true. Don't ever let anybody bring you down trying back you into a corner. If the season it
maybe you don't believe. And sometimes you're going to get people that laugh at you poke funny, and I've had that a lot, but I always have the last laugh because as times change and new things come forward, whether you're on the news or in newspapers about the subjects, it's always swaying more in favor of what I've always said. These things are real, they do exist.
You go back ten, fifteen, twenty years ago, people would shut you down straight away about talking of anything like extra threasturild has been related to cryptids. Now it's a possibility, and in fifty years again, like the people this podcast said, more people will believe it's even more likely, and further on from that, people will undoubtedly know that they exist. So stick to your guns. Will ever be pushed into a corner. And what you
believe is yours and yours only. You don't need to try and convince anybody. You don't need to build up a following of people that believe the same way you do. You'll believe unique to you and that's what makes us special. That is definitely the truth, folks. I will link to it in the show notes. To make sure you check out the four oh one files.
