Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich joins Sara to update his legal battles with the Biden administration over border policies. Fresh off a federal court win to keep Title 42 in place, Brnovich is now suing Biden to stop the Department of Homeland Security from being able to grant asylum instead of immigration judges.
