There are three bills out there that I bet.

Okay, are going through and they've been trying to get these Friends years. These these laws are essentially end communication privacy and they're doing it under the guise of all has always to protect the children, right? So what the goal with these bills are, is the basically all messages between, email, text messenger, end-to-end, encrypted messages. So the kind of message that you have with your doctor. You know, if you look there was another time and it's always,
it's always with the spin. And you know why, most people don't know about it is because they put it out, the guise of protecting children. Who the hell doesn't want to protect children? We all want to protect children. So, we just say, yeah, it's a good thing but we don't look at the fact you're back to the patriarch That's a fine example but let's talk about another bill about five years ago.

So it's like when you're talking about these porn bands, That they're putting on in this Festival, you know, specify say where they were really trying to like say no, it's not just going to be one state. We want the entire States United States to basically, not by porn that they wanted to make porn harder to accept. You know, to be accessible like taking it. Not just out of stores.
But also, you know, trying to put like one big red flag and scrambling people's accounts and saying that you cannot access But again, that's you know, cutting into the levels of free speech and media. And let's face it, is it really free Wayne. Now we're having keywords being taken out, and like you said, you got the driver's license
verification. So, now, the people's actual true identities are compromised, so 100%, you know, and then it just How's it you know, that it's the most interesting thing for that meat for me must have fire is the Geo. A the government accountability office which you can find a geo
geo a.gov that report came out. I'm sure you saw it since in and you know incest the fossils five years of being in into existence, there's been 12 cases that have been prosecuted under that one of those cases just won Miss Sapphire is for actual sex trafficking. The other 11 are Cases and lawsuits against platforms. And you know what, the end result of that was the confiscation of over 100 million
dollars from platforms. So you tell me that this me, come on but what it did do it hit the sex worker industry, so hard. So many sex workers have been put into and we don't have to get into that, but we do know that. I mean, they have been made so much more vulnerable. Salts are up. Rapes her up, murders are up incredible.
Because now, I mean before says the Vasa, these professionals have the opportunity to screen vet communicate about bad potential Predators. Yes, that's all been taken away and stripped away from these people for a profession, that's older than anything else, older than anything else. And not to mention it's a billion dollar industry in which most of that money funds. What we're living in right now? That's the shit that they don't want to tell you.
So then it's like, for organizations like yourself because that's next The list and we're already seeing that with social media bands left and right through Twitter through Instagram I mean our IP to you know the mother of all internet porn fuck I just blanked on the day I was going to say read it but that's next. Oh my God. What was that website? That every Tumblr, Tumblr. Wow. Tumblr, my brain.
I'm a little hungover. Y'all I'm, I'm powering through But like, all these things, all these things, you know, it's just one by one. And you know, when people are saying like, oh, you're being overdramatic. Like you don't just change up the code. I'm like, no, they're latching onto ways.

It's not just porn and I think, you know, they really have to take a look at it. What is considered poor
nowadays? prices for freedom of speech. And we we fought this battle for freedom of sexuality for adult entertainment. You know is something that is never going to go away. We're always going to like porn. We're always gonna want to go to strip clubs and the reality is we always are going to want. Brothels in the ability to have sex workers and they're never going to be a stop it. But here's the thing throughout history, it's a beginning of an unseemly man.

And so, when you take something like this Louisiana law, you know that now that everyone who wants to watch porn has to put their ID and it goes into a
database. The top companies in the tech companies in the world get hacked, then tell me this fucking thing isn't going to get hacked. Exactly. And the government has full access to it. You got me? Fucked up. That is the one-way Street to hell my friend. I was literally just talking about this on my last episode. I think it was with it was not mr. SK, it was with Anya and we were talking about how just not even recently. I want to say maybe it was about two years ago, that there is law
in place. That basically says jobs are not allowed to fire you based off of your sexual Your sexual preference or activities outside of the work environment. Now, of course, there are companies that are still trying to fight this and say, you know fuck that you don't want them to represent our country. But if you think about it, if a leak happens that's going to put a lot of, you know, jobs in Jeopardy. It's not like religious people
don't whack off the porn. It's not like political figures and other public figures healthcare workers don't indulge in porn. And again, what's considered, poor nowadays, I think is a little bit more, you know, way brought her on the Spectrum. You think, create that way on purpose but you know when you're looking at this, you look at this law ftk doesn't have a single video of sale. Like sexual activity on overall education, but the way the law is written. It says 35th more than 30% of is sexual content. All of my stuff is sexual education kind. Yeah, I mean, every damn article. So technically under their law me fucking I'll shut my website down before I let them. Do all fucking move to some
other country. I don't care, because I'm not going to have my members, have to put in their drivers license, to be able to come learn how to go home tonight and spank their partner without breaking their tailbone and that's what we do. Pharrell. And again, it's like, it's gonna, it's still causing a spiral effect. And then just, you know, recently I want to say this past week. Now, Utah is following
Louisiana's footsteps. And now, they want to, I was reading this on PBS and I'll add the link, you know, to the Bayou, for all these sources that I've gotten. But they basically are again, verifying the ages of their users. And it took effect just this past Wednesday. Today is the 27th episodes dropping on the 20th. Of course, you're born, you're probably listening between the 28th into Memorial Day weekend. So anyways it just passed on Wednesday that they are.
Requiring you know adult websites to verify the ages of their users and they're saying that it's a part. It's part of their job as a society. And you know one of the Republican sponsors is basically saying I'm not going to blame All society's ills on pornography, but I don't think it's helpful when a kid is forming their expressions of sex and gender to all of this filth and loot depictions on their mind.
I'm sorry, but it starts with the home, when you do not talk to your child about sex, they're gonna go and fuck around and find out somewhere else. Can we can we bring up Pulpit here? So you could preach? I mean, Jesus, when I was a kid, I, you know what? I got caught doing, stag of my dads. Hustler Magazine's, okay, and I got my ass whooped for it, you
know, right? By the way, there's 18 states, 18 states right now that are following Louisiana, sing 18 states, and half of them have this thing. There's no votes being taken by the People. By the way, you know, this is just going through getting done, just like every goddamn thing else, right? And so 18 states and I don't know, books and you know how this is gonna try and this was a bipartisan Bill and, you know, and you know, I'm just I'm, I am over it all together.
I feel you both sides. They All they want is control over us and if you know you look at what they can do with this data, okay, if you decide to start speaking out about certain something a certain subject, that's I mean you could take a take your pick of the Hot Topics today. There's tons of them if some facts would because, you know, on these laws like earn it and now there's state rights to access this data to buy the AG's. So what if the state decides because no State targets anyone?
I know, but let's just say a state within the target. A certain group of Of people. Well, now they can go to this database because again, if the government decides, what keywords are going to flag what messages, I can assure you, these people will be on a flag 99.9% of as they'll come up with a reason why that word has to be in there. Fixing, you know what happens? Yeah.
And we only do they know who you are and we see it already use that as leverage to shut people up when thousand percent and we already see that with the data tracking on our smartphones. Like, I'm so sick of people saying, like I don't have social media because I don't want to be found. I'm like, but you own a smartphone, right? So everything that you do, that's not even social media related. They got everything, they got
the lowdown on, you. They know you're pouring habits, they know, you know, your food habits, they know where you're going, how you're going, where you come in and go in. Because if you use Google Maps, it will literally show your Journeys for the past whenever you activated the maps. You people don't even realize when you turn location services off, they still track you. Exactly. Exactly. You know, exactly these companies know more about you than, you know, about you and I
can predict your next move. This is why advertisers by all this data because they could, they could predict your next move for the next six months. I know what you're going to buy, eat where you're going to go. Who you gonna see?
They know what your religious and political beliefs are when you're sitting there talking with your spouse or your best friend, and private over a nice fat joint on the back porch, you think your private you're not private know, everything is being gobbled up and that's the scary part of it.

I'm tired of it. And you never knew their real name unless they know no changed identities. And said I'm going to go into mainstream but she don't even have that.
Now, we're porn stars and other adult performers and M adult entertainers are trying to, you know, hide their identities. But they can't because of the technology that we have today, you Type in someone's name and you could get their address their phone number and in everything. So just like an assay for the crime against adult entertainers would knots on the rise with more of these bands because people have to put in verification, Yeah.
Actually I wouldn't want an adult when adult Entertainer wants to retire and go and live their life. You know. They used to go to do that because you know you're not going to recognize someone if they do a few different things. But now it's all right there, you know exactly where they're going, what they're doing and it's a sad day in hell, that's been around for a long time.
My biggest concern is when the government starts putting in laws like this and restricting the opportunity for freedom of speech and expression. It's Not doing anything illegal. What they're doing is perfectly legal work but yet you're targeting them and you're doing it under the guise of what we all know is bullshit and you can only do that because it's sex, it's ridiculous. You know if it was anything else you can't do shit. The biggest drug dealers on the
world are not cartels. They are Pharmaceuticals. You wouldn't do this shit to them you know but they'll do it to sex and because they don't want to talk about it even though that For overall health and mental health. Your sexual expression is key to a happy life. I've been with my wife, the kinky Smurf for 20 years, I miss after. Let me tell you something. I never once have looked across the counter and said, oh my God, I'm so glad I learned how to balance a checkbook with you.
I look across the counter and I say, 20 years later and I am chasing this myth around the house. I come here. I want a piece of that ass and that's what's kept us. Are they going to do that to teachers later on and they're going to do that to healthcare professionals? All you make too much money but it's not good money. You work for the Mart of pharmaceutical company but it's not good money.
Like it's the most the funny thing about that is the IRS will come. Come out and say we don't care how you got your money. If you if you got your money from you know working the streets, we still want you to report it. Okay. But you don't even give us a legal way of doing so it only way for a for most people in the adult Learners are if they want to keep it clean is to break the law.
If you're if you're if you were if you're a working girl or working guy if you're if you're in the sex workers industry that's not legal. So if you want to be able to report it, you got to do what you got to break the law, sort of felonious company, something like a cleaning crew or something. So you can actually Put your money in pay taxes, pay your bills, have a mortgage. These people are no different than a restaurant worker. They do the same things. You want your money as a

Like what are you going to do you You know, if more of these bands keep coming up in States, especially where you're most active users are, what steps are precautions have you already taken as far as like this censorship going on for the users that may be affected in. You know, one of those 18 states that are already taken the band. Like what are the substitute we're about to take for that? So ftk future is changing quite a bit.
We are always going to provide spaces for empowerment education and Community but we will we will not be able to provide those if they win. And I'm not in this is this is a war on sexuality and I'm sorry it is and so the loudest voices, the people who are willing to be the loudest voices, I don't give a shit. You can come from it. You can take, you can't cancel me, you can't turn me off. I work for myself. You shut one system down on me.

You have to fight, you know, because you got to fill up that cup man, you gotta fill up your
cup if you just keep drinking. I let other folks drink from your cup without putting some time into and filling it up. You don't wear out 100% ftk Mac. I always call you both because I mean shit, you embody everything.
