How you manage your state and your mental well being is vital towards your success. If you're like me than you naturally have a strong anchor in your mind that immediately pulls you back to base. However, if you're not as fortunate then this lesson is definitely one you want to pay attention to. It's impossible to transfer certainty if you're less than a 10, and with the proper anchor you can always be at a 10.
