If the New Orleans Saints can beat the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday, they would be back in the thick of the NFC playoff picture, and interim coach Darren Rizzi would take a step toward consideration for permanent status.
If they lose, December is going to be almost meaningless in the standings — and possibly for Rizzi, too.
