Welcome to InnovAiT podcast with Dr Hussain Gandhi. I’m a GP partner in Nottingham, owner of eGPlearning and eGPlearning podblast LMC and faculty board rep and treasurer for GP Survival.
In today's episode, we have two interviews. The first is with our current president of the RCGP Prof Mayur Lakhani where we talk about the RCGP, the challenges of being a GP, a direct discussion on the costings of the CSA exam, and how the college can support its members. This is followed by a brief round-up of the articles in recent InnovAiT journals.
We finish off with an interview with the current GPC sessional chair Dr Zoe Norris. Zoe is the epitome of a portfolio GP and we discuss her career including being a locum, salaried, partner, media GP, representative, and mum. Of key note is the discussion about appraisal in context of the recent Bawa-Garba case.
