We all know life can be hard, lets talk about it! I'm Serina and I want to create a safe space to talk about all of the difficulties and curveballs life can throw at us - while balancing the heaviness out with some laughs and fun. We're going to dive deep into mental health, sexual assault, domestic abuse, things that need to be talked about on a larger scale. Rest assured, Sadgirl Hours is also a place to talk about the good things in life. How we can practice self-care, breaking generational curses, and dealing with trauma in healthy ways. This is where I come to share all of my thoughts and I hope in doing so, this can be a safe space for others to connect and heal, together.
