¶ The Impact of Bullying on Self-Confidence
So more about my bullying stories. Boys were raiding girls on what kind of clothes they wore. And I just think if you're gonna read a girl on what kind of clothes they have, that can bring down her self confidence to a very minimum level. And I don't know where your heart or brain was at because I just think that's very, very stupid and nobody should be doing that.
But also another thing I want to talk about in this episode is That you don't really need to bully someone because of how they look or what they wear or how they talk. what their families like Because that can bring down a person's self-confidence. Is very important if you would like to like yourself and Be confident and Be able to appreciate yourself and that's something that I and many other people lack.
Because we don't know whether to feel good or bad about ourselves. We just kind of don't like our appearance and We don't really know if we should Like each other or even have important things in our life because we feel As if sometimes it gets really bad to where we feel we don't deserve things and all of that na But it's something a lot of people kind of lack, and that's something that's wrong with the world.
¶ Building Self-Confidence and Battling Depression
So now I'm gonna kind of talk about self-confidence and how this whole self-confidence deal works. Why we feel things. we feel things about ourselves because We want to feel good about ourselves. But some of us just don't have the ability to do that. Our brains are playing tricks on us that we aren't beautiful, we're not smart, we're not worth it. But listen to me. You are, you're beautiful, you're smart, you're worth it, you're worth every last penny. So I know, I feel the same way.
But you just can't let it ruin your day. You gotta keep telling yourself, look at yourself in the mirror. Go in your bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and say, along with I am beautiful. I am beautiful. I am beautiful. I am smart. I am smart. I'm smart. I'm worth it. I'm worth it. I'm worth it. I'm so worth it. And maybe that'll help you feel a little better. But it doesn't always do that.
So um self-confidence is a big big part in our lives and we need it to If your self confidence gets bad enough, it can turn into depression. Depression is not a good thing that it's gonna turn into because If you get depression, you won't feel okay all the time. You'll feel quote unquote fine. And fine is not a good place to be. Fine is under everything on the emotion radar. And if your depression gets bad enough.
You might have to find a solution for it as in like medicine support animals and you don't really want that.
¶ Navigating Arrogant People and Personal Power
So it's okay to have that stuff. But it's just Hard because not everyone in this world is going to be nice to you or think you're good enough for They're gonna think they're too cool for you. And guess what? They're not. They're just over-lacking. No, over they have too much self-confidence. And that's called being arrogant. Nobody likes an arrogant person
Because they are rude, they're cocky, they can't stop talking about themselves. And I mean, come on people, do we really want to talk with someone who only They aren't even interested in what you want to talk about. They just want to talk about themselves. So just try to avoid those really arrogant people who think they're better than you. Because they're not. You are better than them. They can't tell you what to do. They are
You're in charge. Don't take this the wrong way because you're not the queen of the world, but I do know that you are in charge of your own body and your emotions and how you feel. So that's a little thing that you might want to focus on. Just don't take it too far because that would be kind of bad.
