Episode description

Everyone wants to feel safe in relationship.

You also want to grow in your capacity for deep intimacy.

In this episode, I normalize very common fight/flight patterns that we carry as humans that impact our capacity for intimacy. We want connection, but our bodies are often sending us smoke signals that it needs us to pay attention to.

At the basis of all connection is the nervous system.

Supporting the nervous system can and will take you to deeper intimacy if you listen to the signals it is giving you.

Thank you for sharing 100 episodes with me!

May this episode serve your love evolution.

Much love,

Sarah Poet
