25: Living with Integrity
Episode description
Living with integrity can be extremely challenging. It requires us to be who we claim to be. Sometimes when we are faced with judgement or potential rejection, we bend the truth, or say yes when we mean no. Living with integrity requires us to be honest and truthful with ourselves and others. Sometimes this means facing hurtful feelings or difficult conversations.
In today's episode, I invite you to journal or reflect on what integrity and authenticity mean to you. How can you live life honestly and authentically?
