Episode description

A new $25 million social care and community health services hub is being built as part of the Mount Barker City Centre Project.

Non-profit organisation Community Living Australia (CLA) have entered into a Development Management Agreement with Burke Urban Investments to create a new centralised space for their operations in the growing Adelaide Hills town.

Construction will get underway on the 4-storey building by mid-2023 and will include ground floor social care, allied health and disability services, living green walls and a publicly accessible rooftop garden for functions and events.

CLA's Chief Executive Mark Kulinksi joins Jennie Lenman in this podcast to talk more about it.
