The main street of Gumeracha is about to look more spectacular as 55 stobie polls and 1.4 km of powerlines come down, following the recent installation of underground powerlines.
A new stormwater system is also being installed from next week, which should take between 6 and 8 weeks to complete.
The Gumeracha Main Street Project has been a major collaborative effort of the local community and the Adelaide Hills Council over the past five years.
