self love or to love yourself? I believe loving yourself isn't always pretty sometimes its saying no to things that are fun, sometimes its shining light into your own dark spaces, and often times its learning to celebrate the good without the need for others validation. loving yourself is a journey inward... its the uncomfortable moments that you push yourself through, and its the knowledge that your own voice knows what you need more than the world around you. loving yourself is a personal journey and I hope you see your worth your own time energy and love find ways to give those things to yourself they way you so freely give to those around you!
