Permission to be selfish

selfish is not the same and self centered... the world does not revolve around you but, if you don't intentionally create time to be selfish and do things that fully only benefit yourself then your holding yourself back from the next chapter. I challenge you to find time to be selfish because if you aren't showing up for yourself how can you expect to recognize when others are showing up for you?
