If food is love, Elton John and his husband David Furnish fell in love over food.
He asked for my number that evening he said, we'll we'll have a Chinese takeaway. I sounds like I love Chinese food. So I arrive at the house and there's four giant cardboard boxes on the kitchen counter and the table set for two, And I said, who else is coming? And Elton didn't know what I like, so he ordered the entire menu.
I'd marry a man like that, I mean, I'd marry you the minutes somebody did that. Tony Blair came to the restaurant and went straight to the kitchen apron chef's whites and stood next to the chef who was doing the Rottolo di Spinacci.
You actually make all the pasta yourself, all the fresh pasta. So this is like one of the reasons why when I was in gunment we did a lot on early years education and school meals. Indeed, is because could she not go to school and be hungry, and to give them an appreciation of good food early and healthy food is important.
I spoke to Greta Gerwick about the food of her childhood and how it influenced the way she eats on the set of her movies.
I actually tend to revert to really juvenile food habits, like I eat cheetos, cheetos and diet coat in sort of like astonishing quantities.
Our first episode will be my friend Guillermo del Toro, who is in London directing his new movie Frankenstein.
With Frankenstein, I wrote the opening fifteen pages, and the student said, how was he going so fantastic? Because I started writing that movie the idea for more than twenty years ago.
This is a podcast that is slightly influenced by having spent fifteen minutes drinking tequila at eleven o'clock in the morning. But we had a great time this is what you told me to get.
