Good news here Fox. The Supreme Court has decided to take the case of Mark Janis. He's an Illinois state employee who objected to mandatory union fees in his state. Thirty five thousand government employees are represented by various unions. In early two thousand sixteen, a similar case brought by a California school teacher was brought before the Court. When Justice Scalia died, the court split forward to four, leaving
the issue unresolved. It was widely believed that the full court, with nine justices would have ruled against the state unions, which would have been a huge blow to liberals, loosening their stranglehold on the twenty two states without right to work laws. Now, don't think for a minute the left
doesn't know what's at stake here. The four largest government unions and National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, the Service Employees International Union, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, they're all unhigh alert. They're calling the case a well funded plot to use the Supreme Court to further ring the economic rules against everyday working people.
This case is about giving everyday working people the right to opt out of a rigged system that benefits Democrats. Government employees are forced to hand over hard earned money to unions, which then funnel that money right back to the Democrats. Next June, the Supreme Court can finally unrigged this particular money laundering scheme. That's why the unions are in full fledged panic, as it should be
