There is a huge unanswered question in the story I'm about to tell you, But first the facts as we know them. Lynda Hampton is a preschool teacher in the Waco Independent Public School District. She saw that one of her young students was in distress. The little boy had stuffed so much pizza into his mouth and began to choke. So Miss Hampton ran to the child and performed a finger sweep. But a year later, state regulators reviewing the situation moved to take away Lynda Hampton's teaching license. Apparently, a classroom aid had a different perspective. She claimed a teacher's finger sweep was just a mean spirited attempt to deprive the five year old of his public school breakfast.
