President Trump has been clear about what has to be in an immigration building at him to sign it. He calls them the four pillars. One is Trump wants funding for the border wall. Number two, he wants an end to the diversity lottery. At three, he wants to end chain migration, and finally, he wants Congress to come up with a DOCA fix to provide a path to citizenship
for one point eight million children brought here illegally. The Senate is now debating immigration, but instead of working toward what the president wants, a group of centrists calling themselves the Common Sense Coalition, have come up with a bill that ignores Trump's pillars. It doesn't end chain migration or the often abused diversity lottery. Now we've been down this
road before. Under Bush forty three, the so called Gang of Eight came up with an immigration bill that was so bad, it was so weak the House never even bothered to vote on it. Polling data show seventy percent of Americans want immigration fixed. Paul's taken right after the State of the Union address revealed overwhelming support for Trump's approach.
But if Senate centrists and liberals stay on this path to failure, there will not be an immigration bill or a DOCTA fix, and they'll deserve all the blame that can be heaped on them for failing America once again. Unless they get their new voters registered illegal immigrants. The Left isn't going to go for it. This is the same no coalition. With Rush seven.
