and the White House. At seven am on Christmas Eve morning, they rammed Obamacare through the Senate. It did not get a single Republican vote. Earlier this year, a group of Republican governors and state attorneys general filed a lawsuit. They argued Obamacare's individual mandate, which forced people to buy health insurance, was unconstitutional, and so was the entire law. Last Friday, Judge Reid O'Connor Federal District Court in Northern District of
Texas ruled in their favor. He found the individual mandate unconstitutionally tossed out the entire Obamacare law. So now it comes to guessing game. Some politicians predict O'Connor's ruling will be overturned. Others predicted it will end up at the Supreme Court, and this time the right thing will happen. O'Connor's ruling will be upheld, in Obamacare will be going. All the speculation would be moot if Republicans had really done what they promised nine years ago and just repeal
