Ep 15. Gist processing is discussed and identified as a perceptual driver in social and survival settings. The OODA loop is addressed relative to stress and speed of stimulus presentation and how it impacts our fight flight response. Also discussed is gross motor dominance and fine motor skill degradation with escalation of environmental and bodily stress in domestic and survival situations.
