Gene Epstein Returns to Discuss "Basic Economics"

Gene epstein brings the knowledge to this episode talking about Thomas Sowell's book: “Basic Economics.” In The first 30 minutes, or so, Gene and Rob discuss why they enjoyed this book and some of the ways that the Government gets in the way of economic growth. For the next hour and half, Gene educates us on 10 big ideas, “Basic Economics” either overlooks or doesn’t fully explore.

Fans of Economics will love Gene’s insights into what Austrian economics gets right that others either overlook or don’t understand. Those who have never touched upon economics, will hopefully feel inspired by the way Gene and Rob nerded out over it. Thomas Sowell will hopefully listen to this and fix the errors and send us checks for moving some books and making the necessary corrections to his masterful work.
