Sarah Keyes - No Races, No Problem

This week we pinned down Sarah Keyes to catch up on what she has been up to and what her revised summer calendar is looking like. Sarah is a nurse, coach, race director, and professional ultra runner. She has an impressive list of FKTs and race results but over six years of training and coaching experience which makes her a really good resource for all things running.
