The Ex Perfectionist - In this episode of ‘Run The Business,’ Ant talks to Amy Farnfield, CEO and Founder of Notebook & Pen. Amy’s company provides PA, HR and business services support to busy professionals & small businesses. 

Before setting up on her own, Amy worked for 20 years in private and public sector organisations supporting CEO’s and took her knowledge and experience of the corporate world, along with her exceptional organisational skills to established Notebook & Pen in 2018.

Amy is an avid runner - she’s a qualified running coach and supports and volunteers at events with her local running club. Her job requires some serious organisation, and she’s found that lessons she’s learnt in business along the way, such as ‘done is better than none’ are applicable to her running training too.
