As President and CEO, his focus is on helping the company reach its vision of becoming the most admired marketing communications agency for the life sciences - something he strives to do through promoting a healthy work culture.
Dillon and Ant talk about the parallels that running and business have when it comes to knowing when you are at your best to perform during the day, adjusting the plan when it comes to running a race and running a business, and knowing what’s important now and focusing only on the things that are important in that moment.
