This week, thousands of women shared their experiences with sexual harassment and assault using the hashtag #MeToo. But now what?

There's a really great meme making the rounds online. It says "boys will be boys" but the second word 'boys' is crossed out and, "will be held accountable for their actions" is written below.

I know this is a really tough issue, but this movement can't end with women speaking up. We need to see change.
