'ВИДЕТЬ' (Imperfective aspect) // 'УВИДЕТЬ' (Perfective aspect) - to see - вижу дом - to be able to see - плохо вижу в темноте - to meet someone - не видел тебя давно - to understand - вижу=понимаю Imperfective verbs have Present, Past and Future tenses. Perfective verbs have Past and Future tenses, no Present tense. If you have just started learning Russian, you can repeat the forms and sentences after me.
