When you use a product or products for years, you take things for granted. Sometimes, you don't even realize that how you know how to do things? It's not the same for someone using a different platform...so when new folks start using new hardware...it's worth looking at some of those hidden gems. 

This is where Jim and John come in, with their 5th Stray Dog covering a few "unsung functionalities" within our RUCKUS controllers.

And, this one was so good...it's going to spawn even more shows shedding a light on some lesser known, but very useful, tips and tricks!
