Picture this- a TA leadership role in a company that grew from 1600 to 7000 employees within 2 years! 1000 active vacancies at one stage! *grey hair alert!
This was the reality for Dave in his current role with Scope Australia. And what an incredible job he has done.

We walk through Dave's career, from a Coal Mining Town in NSW, to the Blue Mountains, to Sydney, to Daydream Island, to Glasgow, to Perth, and now Melbourne! Geez! It's quite the journey.

We also discuss the hugely important topic of Recruiter burn-out and mental health. An authentic and beautifully vulnerable Chinwag.
