Another woman at the shopping center sees OP feeding her child and just automatically assumes that OP is some drug addict who's shooting up in public, and that her baby's birth defects are caused by drug abuse. Luckily, security guards arrive to put a stop to her insanity and permanently ban the woman from the shopping center.
