All of these good things happen when you are grateful, you feel good, you affirm good. And you imply and reinforce your own power and you create good stuff on the back backend that makes your just being grateful for what you have now is literally creating a manifestation in the future for you to be grateful for something.

What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Uh, welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, where we discuss confidence, mindset, manifestation and more. I'm Roxy Lee. I am a mindset and manifestation coach, but I also, okay. So as I was recording this podcast, which the original version, I forgot to hit record on the sound.
Um, but it's funny because I had a moment where I was introducing myself. Like I do every time I said, I'm Roxanne, my mindset coach and I'm and I am, and then I just paused. And I was like, and I am, I just am. And it was really funny. And my husband and I were laughing. It, it just made me realize that I am.
And, and what I mean by that is that I've been listening to a lot of Kyle cease lately, which I talk about on mindset Monday, I talk about on the podcast and his, um, approach to loving yourself and opening and expanding and being a space for your own love and expansion and growth has really been helping.
I've been reading his book. So. I'm realizing, as I said that I was I'm Roxy and I am, I just was like, that's it. I just am. I think that I'm practicing, seeing the fears living with the emotions, like we talked about last week. Like all that stuff of loving yourself through the fears that his work is working, because all I wanted to say, um, and I just kind of noticed that on my own, as I was getting ready to record this podcast right now, Um, just relaying information to you that is happening for me in my world as a manifestor.
Um, you know, I don't want to just talk about techniques and theories and things like that here. I also like to talk about what's going on in my life, what I'm doing as a manifestor and what's going on in my clients' lives, because the, the hands-on tangible advice, I think. Sometimes more powerful and easier to understand than the esoteric concepts and trying to explain what's happening.
Right? So, uh, as my favorite one star review on the podcast pointed out, sometimes I do treat this podcast like my diary and I do it with love and I do it so that you can understand what's going on in the mind of somebody who's super on top of their thoughts all day long. And who's super on top of.
Handling their feelings as best they can and learning to love themselves and understanding all this content and growing and helping other people like I'm in the thick of manifesting all like a lot. It's everything I do think eat, breathe, sleep, right. So I think my thoughts are valid. And I think that what I experienced on a day to day is just a human being as valid to share with you so that you understand that a, what you're going through is normal and B it's.
We're not looking for some sort of perfect linear. Ascension or, you know, just from a to B, this is a constant every day for the rest of your life. Dedication. This never stops. 360, never ends. That's why the name is 360 8 is not about just turning corners. It is about everything that you can do in every moment, all the time forever.
Always to be and live as your best self and love yourself as much as possible and love the life you have, even if you don't like what's going on around you. Right. So that's kind of what I wanted to talk about today. So if you're on YouTube, hit subscribe. Have grace and love and appreciation for the stuff we don't like and, and what it's doing to our manifestations. When we think about and revel in Inspiral it and soak up all the things that we don't like and all the reasons why is in the house and the winds. So, you know, that stuff that is in the way, the actual blocks, like the current timeline blocks that are in the way for you.
That's what we're going to discuss that. Why and how those things are in the way, what you're doing in the present moment to like keep pushing things away from you and how you can harness the power of gratitude to amplify your manifestations, SU the beast within and kind of make everything in your world workout.
So stay tuned. If any of that sounds interesting because we're going to be talk full of information and stuff is up. So first things first. I do want to make clear. This is something that I see a lot of people misunderstanding. We don't want to flip our feelings. Okay. We're not trying to flip our feelings.
We're flipping our thoughts. Flipping your feds. Don't get too far, like is the required for jumping, dancing, swimming along the again. Okay. Anyways, my point is that flipping our thoughts as the goal with 360 360 is about flipping the thoughts, allowing the feelings. I see a lot of people on the YouTube comments in the Facebook group and things like that who are getting.
Into trouble because they're trying to flip their feelings. They're trying to take a feeling and transmute it into something else. But the problem is that a, your feelings, aren't the thing manifesting. It's your thoughts that are doing that. So if you're not controlling the thoughts during the feelings.
Fucking holding up already and too, when you don't allow yourself to process the feelings in the way that they need to be processed, which is usually by experiencing them and not running away from them, hiding them, smashing them down, or stewing them on to other people. When you actually sit with the emotions and live and be with them, they go away.
So when you avoid. Feeling what you're feeling when you try to flip this, I feel sad. So I want to make myself feel happy, or I'm gonna try to make myself feel happy. You run into frustration because that's not how it works. The sad feeling does not want to be made into happiness. It wants to be recognized for the sadness that it is and loved in spite of, and because of that.
Right? So trying to turn your feelings into something else, run away from them, hide from them, shove them down. Call call, call it something else is just not helping you in the long run. And it's again, going to keep you doing the same things over and over again. It's going to keep the wound there and needing to be picked and messed with.
And it's going to keep you from ascending and transcending because you use. Problem as evidence of your inability to achieve and manifest or whatever. So it's like this self self-fulfilling prophecy that you don't want to be a part of, obviously, because you're here trying to figure out to not be right.
So it's important that you recognize when you are feeling. And allow yourself to feel and love and comfort yourself, but not let the thoughts go off the rails simply because something happened that maybe triggered a feeling that you don't like. Okay. Just because you feel something you don't like, it does not mean that things are ending.
It is not mean your manifestation is over, does not mean that it's not going to work for you. So if you want to find out how to. Handle your feelings in an appropriate way while you're manifesting. So you don't let them change and skew your thoughts. Check out last week's episode, where we talk about just that exact thing, how to love yourself through.
And basically, like I said, to handle and deal with your emotions in the best way possible while still consciously manifesting that's our goal here, right? We don't want to hamper the emotional part. We don't want to stand in the way of our emotions flowing the way that they need to. We don't want.
Prevent ourselves from the actual healing that needs to be done by ignoring and running away from the problem. We need to look at it, stop calling it a problem, call it perfectly worthy and wonderful. And thank you for being here, but treat it that way so that it can leave peacefully on its own accord versus.
Smashed and cramped up and like compacted down into your soul and your psyche. So we're opening up, we're expanding, we're allowing, we're releasing, we're letting ourselves feel because we know feeling through it is the only way to get to the other side. And we're keeping the thoughts on track during this process, because the thoughts are what take us to the other side while.
Feeling the way we're feeling. I said it before I say this to my clients all the time, but every thought you think is not formation. Every thought you think and say is an affirmation. And every thought you think and say is essentially like wonderful. In any direction. So if you can keep your footsteps going in the right direction or in the same direction, you can get to that reality faster, easier, quicker, and most harmoniously, of course.
So the more footsteps you can get into place and line up towards your ideal reality, the more footsteps you can take towards your ideal reality, the easier, faster, and better quicker you're going to get there. Let's talk about gratitude now because gratitude is really important. I call gratitude the great multiplier of manifestations because.
When you are grateful, you are implying several things, you're implying your ability to do and create and make things happen. You're also implying that the universe does what you say. Yes. I manifested that. Yes, the universe brought it and you're amplifying it with the feeling of completion, satisfaction, wholeness, happiness, which you get to experience in that moment.
So it's a bonus, right? So all of these good things happen when you are grateful, you feel good, you affirm good and you imply and reinforce your own power and you create good stuff on the back. And that makes your, just being grateful for what you have now is literally creating a manifestation in the future for you to be grateful for something.
That's how it works. Living with and radiating in gratitude is very isn't. It's like a life hack essentially. And I discussed that in a recent episode as well. Radiating in that truth all day long, specifically about gratitude for the gratitude collection and it will help you reinforce those notions and lose. Amazingly blessed to self that you wish and desire to be.
Right. And we all want to be the blessed, most blessed version of ourselves hashtag blessed. Like that's the thing for a reason, but gratitude is, is a way to get there without manipulating. Right? It's not about like, I'm going to do this thing so I can manifest no it's wow. I'm so powerful. And look at all these amazing things that come to me with.
Love myself and love my life and welcome what's coming to me. Even if it doesn't appear to be what I want at first, I welcome it in because I know that no matter what happens, no matter what comes to me, the universe is on my side. Everything's always working out and things always fall into place for me.
If that story remains, if you can maintain that story, then you can navigate through your 3d experiencing things that you don't necessarily like and still maintain the attitude of gratitude by saying thank you for what it is. No. Even if this step doesn't feel right on the path or doesn't look right, you know that ultimately it's leading you to where you want to go, because you're doing this in saying, thank you for my reality is getting you there.
And that's why hating your circumstances, looking for answers, looking for signs, wondering why it's not here yet wondering when it's going to get here yet. That's what all of that is. The opposite of what you want to manifest. It is the energy of lack. It's the energy of it's not here yet. And the more you think these things and reaffirm them and question and wonder these specific things and things like this, and think in this manner, you're reinforcing what it is that you don't want.
You're reinforcing your. Proclivity to spiral and think negatively and look at your circumstances and say, it's not good enough. And I don't like this. Well, we have to do is learn to look at the 3d and say what we want. Right? Like last week we talked about the eyeballs. See, the brain says you can experience your 3d.
You can feel it to your core, even if it hurts, even if it's painful and still know, and be there for yourself through these. No one trusting, believing that it's going to be okay on the other end. It's even better because you're here in these moments. It's a good thing that you're here. Now things can finally unfold the way that you need them to, because you've worked through something that was in the way.
So again, the energy of searching the energy of wondering the energy of just like, Ugh, this sucks, this isn't what I want. Why can't it be what I want? That is the exact opposite of gratitude. It's the antithesis of gratitude. And what is gratitude is the great multiplier manifestations. So what would complaining or hurting your circumstances or hating your life?
The great divider, a detractor, right? It's the thing that takes away. It's the thing that gets in the way. So we have to learn to look at what we have and say, thank you. See what comes our way and say, thank you. Yes. I love that. Yes, it's working. Thank you. Even if it's the worst possible thing that you can think of.
Thank you so much. You don't know what the path looks like. You maybe understand a cause you're standing on it and you understand Z because that's where you want to go. But the rest of the alphabet is a fucking question, mark. Okay. You have no clue what that progression's actually going to be like. Okay.
Like what I just saw in my head was like the ABCs, the alphabet versus like a keyboard, you know, same thing. But if I were to. I expect my keyboard to, you know, go a, through Z in succession with, you know, and not be able to function without it. Then I have a problem because I'm staring at a Cordy keyboard and my.
She's my alphabet. Isn't a different order, but that doesn't make a, any less a, and it doesn't make Z any less Z and it doesn't make P any less P either. I don't know why I picked that letter, but I did. And all of the keys are valid. Right. And all the keys on my board here, I could push at any moment. If I typed M I'm going to get an M on the screen, the order that these, these letters are in, it's not really up to me.
The alphabet existed before I got here, the alphabet is. But again, a is just as valid, whether it's at the beginning of the alphabet, or if it's in the middle of my keyboard, it's still an age. It's a Z is still an a Z, whether it's at the end of my alphabet, my journey, or it's just, all right. Actually I don't need the AI on right here in my keyboard, but it doesn't make it any less Z and your realities where you have what you want and you don't have what you want are just as valid as the achy and the Z key.
And none of them is more important than the. I could push them both all day long and get a jumble of shit, but it certainly wouldn't be zzz, zzz, or AA if I wanted that. Right. A lot of us are doing a lot of AA. You're doing AA, starting port starting point, starting point starting point. I'm at my starting point.
This is where I am. This is where I am. This is where I am. It sucks. I hate this. This is where I am. This is where I am. I hate this. I hate this. I hate this. You're trying to type a beautiful essay and you're only pushing the letter a so. Expanding how we're thinking about ourselves and what the world is and how it works and how we can work it to help us, and also using the things that we know to be powerful to our advantage, to not just manifest what we want, but to also enjoy life while we're here.
Okay. That's the thing about gratitude again, is not just, we're not just using it to manifest we're using it because of. Hey, man, if that was great, it's for the manifest, but it also feels good to feel good about what you've experienced and what you have. It feels so much better to look at a 3d circumstance and say, thanks instead of, oh God, why?
How could you, right? Like in that moment, the circumstances, the circumstances, I can't change that. I have come to this moment, but I can change where I go next so I can take. Shitty and a moment, for example, in a moment, my old reality, my current, that I'm just over, oh, just confirming. I hate this. I hate this.
This sucks. I don't like this getting this it's this it's not what I want. It's not what I want. It's this. And I hate it. I don't like it. And why can't it? And where is it? How come it's not coming and why isn't it working? Just as hard for me. I don't want to deal with it all that. That's like a key AA at the beginning of our journey, day one.
This is where I'm at day zero. If you will, if you will. And you must so AA over and over, right. Wondering why Z is nowhere to be. The only way you're going to see a Z pop up on your screen is to take your finger off the EA and put your finger on the Z. And then you can put a Z all day long. If you want, you could explore the other alphabet.
My point is, is your starting point Z is your ending point that you're choosing the road between those two points could look any number of ways. So you must be able to look at the outcome. Let's say that you get a T you look at a T and you call it over Z. You look at an a, and you call it a Z. And not that we're denying the a yeah.
But we're not thinking it's the end of the world. We're not thinking that because I have an a in my life because I'm seeing what I don't want, that I can't get out of this. And this is never ending. It's that thought and itself that makes it never-ending. So let's say you get an, a experience and you get a feeling to match it.
You can't necessarily feel Z right now, but you can think a Z type thought and a Z type thoughts. You at your ideal understands that the road has ups and downs. You at your ideal understands that sometimes things hurt that sometimes things are difficult. Sometimes things challenge you, but you, at that Z point welcomes the challenge because you at the Z point sees the whole alphabet for what it was and sees how important that out every letter of the alphabet led you to.
Right. So it can appreciate the a, because it knows that the AE is on the journey to the Z and therefore the AE is necessary. The AA is welcomed and loved. We needed it to get here. Thank you. So when you experienced something in your 3d world, that is not a Z, right? Again, a is a starting point as you today, Z is your most ideal, ideal version, right?
Most you, which your best version, if you get any letter on the alphabet between a and Z, if you can affirm Z and feel the letter that you feel feel H today it's okay. If the H comes along and you feel H as long as ultimately your Z is the one conceptualizing it, you, your body feels H but Z is the one experiencing it, right?
So Z is looking at H and saying, thank you. Thank you. What if and what if H is a breakup? What if on your way to the happiest version of your life, you break up with somebody you thought was the love of your life. What if that's H and that's just part of the journey that you need to go on to be your ultimate happy self, and maybe H happens with the same person that Z happens, but that's what happened to me.
That's my journey. I had an H moment with my Z person and we're still at Z and everything's great. But if we hadn't had that H moment, I wouldn't have learned how to be. Z. Okay. So gratitude helps you recognize in the moment that no matter what's happening, it's a good thing because everything is always unfolding to lead you to your best.
And we're affirming that or implying it. We are confirming it when we experience it in the 3d, we're practicing it. We're meditating. We're using our affirmations. We're journaling. We're doing the shit that brings me joy. We're staying in the mind frame of somebody who does appreciate what's happening around them.
Even if that stuff does not appear to be what we want.
If I had taken my H moment and affirmed, H I probably would not have my Z with my current person right now, I had to feel H and a, from Z to get Z. And that's exactly what I did. So.
Remember that your words are always manifesting. Your sentences are creating the world and your body. K your feelings are experiencing the fallout of what your thoughts do, because your thoughts are always creating the future. And your body is always living in the past a manifestation, essentially a past.
Technically you're in the now moment, but the time you realize it's now it's already in the past, right. It just goes by so fast that it's almost like you're always, your body's always living in the past while your mind is always creating the future. So you must be able to look at what the body is experiencing and feeling and affirm the correct or the chosen future in order to get there.
So, yes. Gratitude as a way to dismiss the idea that your circumstances suck. If your circumstances suck and you hate your life, what you're doing is feeling disappointment or pain or worry or whatever in your body, what is your body doing? Living in the past? Remember? So what you're actually doing is feeling the pain of your past.
And then if you take that opportunity to agree that it sucks to say that it's a problem to think that it's not working now to think you did something wrong, all of whatever, or any iteration of that, what you're doing then is taking the pain of the past that your body is feeling and then manifesting it for your future with your thoughts.
So you're taking yesterday's pain and asking for it to be redelivered to you tomorrow. Ooh. Remember that pain from my breakup. Cool. I would like to have some of that tomorrow, just as I start to get over it. If you could send me something else that reinforce that pain, that will be great because that will help me continue the story about it.
Not working, it's not happening. It's so slow. Where is it going? How come it's not my life. You have to get shitty manifestations when you use shitty language, because otherwise you think you were crazy. That's what they say is it has to show up the same way. So we don't think we're crazy, but ultimately the way that planet earth works is that we conceptualize and then something creates a 3d rendering based off that conceptualizing over and over and over constantly until you die.
That's an escapable. There's nothing you can do about that. So while you're here, And I also want to say, don't try dying just as to get out of it because you'll probably have to come back and do this shit again. Okay. So work on getting it and understanding it now and loving it because part of the Ascension to the next dimension is loving.
Person right here. Okay. That's again, it's the same thing. You got to love what you think you don't like, you got to love what you don't like in order for it to change and grow and evolve. So if you feel the feelings in your body, like we said, last week, let them happen. Love yourself through it, affirm through the feelings in a healthy way, not to switch them into deny them, but to say, Hey, it's cool that you feel that way.
And I love you still. And I'm still here for you. No matter what. And I got your back, you can cry. You can cry all day. You can scream. You can journal, you can do whatever you want, but I'm not going to abandon you. I'm not going to leave you. I'm not going to let you swirl and fear. I'm going to keep you focused so that you don't go off the deep end of fear worries, doubts, and is what's not working again, reinforcing the stuff you don't like over and over again.
Okay. So this is constant awareness and discipline the cornerstones of the 360 method, which is my signature method. Always working towards. Maintaining the awareness that you are creating and everything is stemming from your words alone. Okay. So love what you don't like. Don't let the 3d shake your resolve and your trust that what you're doing is working out and everything's falling into place for you and use gratitude to amplify your manifestations, reinforce your power and feel good.
Through times that you would normally allow yourself to trigger a negative feeling or a negative thought gratitude will help ease and lower the amount of negative emotions that you actually feel because you'll be manifesting less negative emotions and it makes you feel good. So it brings you up in a multitude of ways.
