I hope you had a decent new year and are staying safe, whatever you're doing, whatever part of the world you are in. But, you know, I hope you are. Uh, I intend that you are making the best of it.

Thinking about letting go of our past and embracing what we are facing bracing. What's new embracing what's coming forward and coming to us, um, instead of allowing what has happened to us in the past, kind of dictate where we go next and.
We have to really understand that hanging onto the past can be very detrimental if we're not careful with what [00:03:00] we're doing with our memories or with our definitions of ourselves. Um, if we are going down memory lane, let's just put it like that. You know, I think there's a few areas, of course, where.
Acknowledging your past is useful and helpful. For example, like appreciation of course, of where life has brought you have is good. Um, gratitude is very powerful. Um, one, because it affirms your own power to bring about what you want in your life. And also it puts you into the energy of abundance and the presence of what you want, which of course helps you manifest more as you know, Being in the presence of it manifests more of it versus being in lack of it.
So obviously appreciation gratitude for what you've experienced in life is good and productive can work for you. Um, reflecting, you know, reflection on your growth, um, and understanding yourself, um, [00:04:00] can definitely put you in a Headspace of progression allowing you to move forward. Um, and. You can use where you've been and what you've gone through as navigation for where you want to be using it, to allow personal forgiveness, seeing yourself as a person and a human being.
Who's just operating in an uncertain world and understanding that know what you've gone through is okay. And it's not your fault. And. The whole goal here is to move forward in spite of what you've experienced, not let it, you know, cloud you and, and send you in places that you don't want to keep experiencing.
Um, and of course, you know, nostalgia positive. Hello, cat. Um, you know, feeling nostalgia for your past in a positive way, again, that gratitude, um, appreciation of what you've been given, using our past in a productive way to help propel us forward experiences that we enjoy.
Right. Because when we're thinking and remembering we are we're manifesting, cause we're always manifesting. We're always, always, always, always, always manifesting that never stops. So. We can use our memory or our past to our advantage in ways like this appreciation, reflection, gratitude, you know, things like that.
The stuff that you do, like just like with, with regular present day life, the stuff that you do, like go ahead and put a magnifying glass on it. The stuff [00:06:00] that you don't definitely do not put a magnifying glass on it. Put the other way, a D magnify. We want them to get small, small, small, small, small, tiny, tiny, tiny, and just kind of whatever, not even really worried about it.
So with the past stuff, you know, the issue comes in when we start using our past in a nonproductive way, when we are hanging on to the notion that things from our past are currently not available to us. Or we're resenting or hating what happened to us in our past and what that did to us. Right.
Conversely, cause that's really the real issue. Um, and of course, most importantly, defining yourself by past definitions or experiences. Doing the, when we use our past like that, we are using it to our detriment and we're failing [00:07:00] to use it as a tool, which, you know, we can make anything work for us. So let's make our past work for us.
And, you know, even beyond that, we don't even need to make our past work for us really. Cause you can make up any past and decide it's part of your story or no past, you know, like it's really whatever you can wrap your mind around. Um, thinking about time. Okay man, memories and past time is not linear. We know that time is not linear, right?
What we are experiencing as human beings is a constant stream of consciousness, but that isn't time passing in the way that our narrow perspective allows us to, to kind of experience and judge it, understand it, or, you know, a decipher it. What's really happening is that our consciousness, which [00:08:00] remember that's the thing that manifests our world very important.
The big, see that. Well, that's, I'm actually hold on. It was not called that the sea we'll call it the sea. Okay. The sea, the consciousness is operating within a decaying vessel. Me, us, we. On a realm or in around whatever that looks like with seasonal and geographical changes. But time itself is not moving in the traditional sense and the way that we have come to believe it, our energy, our see the consciousness is perpetually passing through these near infinite amounts of still images.
Or AKA realities and the super quick procession through these stagnant realities appears to be like a moving picture, just [00:09:00] like a movie, but these realities, they're all like already here. They're already in existence. Like I said, they are stagnant. The realities are been there. Been there. There, you don't have anything to do with that, but you are moving through them.
And each individual moment is comprised of billions of realities, all sandwiched together. So what is really happening is that these realities are not coming with us. We are moving through them as we experienced life. And that again is what we consider to be the passage of time. But because of that, again, you are a, a moving object flowing through stagnation.
Okay. That makes your past [00:10:00] a choice. Okay. It makes the past just as much of a choice as the future is because here's the thing, right? I'm going to drop a little bomb on you and maybe you already know this, but the past and the future are the same thing you are either in the present moment or you're not, that's it, there's no one between that we know of and that we know so far, right.
In the reality that we're in right now, this kind of version of earth. There is no, in-between, you're either in this moment or you're not. Right, right. And now, yeah, that's all we have. Right. We've heard that. It's just like, all we have is now. And when you are thinking of the past, you may think you're recalling your current versions past.
But what you're actually doing is assigning [00:11:00] your current version of past, right in that moment. Right. And therefore you're choosing, selecting, creating, manifesting all the same thing, a version of you with the implications and scars or X of that past. And this is the same thing that happens when we consider our future.
Okay. We are picking a future for ourselves out of the realm of unfathomable numbers of PA of probabilities, but the act of imagining or visualizing what is in front of us on our timeline. Is essentially like you're making a forward memory and that's what you're doing. When you are conjuring up your past, you're making like a backward memory, like, you know, thinking of something in the future, front memory for the face forward memory, something from your past, back, back of your eyes, in the back of my head, that kind of memory it's behind you.
So it's the same thing because the past and the present are the same [00:12:00] thing, those realities, like I said, they already are in existence. You aren't them. You're moving through them and you might move through a certain, uh, a certain reality at a certain time, but that reality isn't necessarily in the past or the future, because it's already there and it will be there after you.
And it was there before you, so. My past could be your future could be somebody else's past could be somebody else's future, but it's, you know, it could be the same snapshot of reality, but we move through it in different times or, you know, uh, in different energetic times. Or I know let's use that word time loosely here, but the point is that the reality is already exists.
You are simply a visitor for a brief quick, second, faster than I can even snap my fingers. So. [00:13:00] Anything that you attach to yourself, you've brought with you, you know, and. Again, all these realities, these moments, all of that stuff is already in existence, but your consciousness, your, your C the letter C when it moves through it in the now that's what matters because that's where your consciousness is.
So your consciousness is in that snapshot of reality, right? In that moment. And that's all that matters because the snapshots are already there. They're all already there and they're all just as likely cause they all exist. It's more so important. Which one are you looking at? Which one are you looking through with your, your human eyes?
That's what's important. So if it's not the present moment, then it is probability and potentiality. Always. Whether you think that's in front of you or behind you or next to you. [00:14:00] That's your opinion, but that's not the truth because your past already exists somewhere and it's still there. That snapshot of reality is still there and is just as viable and, and accessible.
If you will, and valid as the one we're in right now, it has to be, it has to be because time is not what we think it is. So more of the story. No, in your soul. That the past does not, and cannot define you unless you choose it as your past by thinking it's your past and therefore thinking it's unchangeable.
So when you start looking forward and defining yourself in a new way, this is like no limitations, no ceiling. Sky's the limit. You can be whoever or whatever. So do your best, not to assume that because you experienced or expected [00:15:00] something for yourself in the past, that there are only certain realities, that's you again, assuming your own past.

We also know right. That consciousness is manifesting. So whatever [00:17:00] it is that your awareness is on is sure to be in your world. That's just how it works. So when you go forth, go forth with open arms and an open mind and an open heart for yourself. Forgive yourself and your past because carrying around baggage makes you, it makes you a baggage handler.
Okay. And we don't need all that baggage drop the bags, travel light. You deserve peace in your new reality, you deserve peace in the new year. We can shed these ideals in these, these, the traumas or the pain of the stories or the past, or these expectations and these definitions from ourselves or our friends or our parents, or whatever, all of that is held in place by us.
And the second we begin to consider ourselves in our world in a different way, it starts showing up to you in a different way. It really does. It does not take long. So. [00:18:00] Just be mindful of who you think you are really truly, because who you think you are as who you are. So choose who you think you are and choose it wisely.
Choose the thoughts of that you want. Does that person think about and how do they think about themselves? What do they think is possible for them? What do they think is coming down the line for them?
Who do they think they are allowed to be with in a relationship? Or who do they think they are allowed to work for? Who do they think they are allowed to work as an employer of? Do you know, do you think that you're capable of. Being more than, than what society tells you or whatever. Right. I'm just making a bunch of shit up, but really like, this is stuff that we're all doing.
We're all carrying around these [00:19:00] definitions of self and who we are and what we're supposed to be and who we what's good enough. And what's what you're not supposed to do and what you should do. And, you know, it's, it's all shit that you're making up. Because the reality where that is important is just as valid and just as already in existence as the reality where nobody fucking cares.
So choose the nobody fucking cares road so that you can just go do what you want to do if you know, and understand and intend and repeat to yourself and just make it a mantra and a discipline to tell yourself that. Everything is fine. It's what you say. And everything is on board. Everybody's on board with you.
They support your ideas. They like what you have to say. They're like what you're doing, you're inspiring to them or whatever. It doesn't really matter. If you tell yourself every single day that what you want is okay and is happening for you. And it's great. And everything's working out then. That's what it'll be.
I've been doing that for like a year and a half straight. And it's still, that's just still what it is. So, [00:20:00] you know, all these things I'm saying to you really just. Take it to heart. Look at it at face value. Don't try to dig too deep into what I'm saying. Cause I try to be as clear and direct as I can with what I'm saying.
And you know, the metaphors come through as like images in my mind and actually people keep asking me for this, but I'm going to do a podcast probably maybe next week or the one after we're going to do an episode about psychic powers and abilities, because I want to, you know, of course. Uh, embrace and develop those within myself.
So we will be discussing that if not next week, the week after, but the metaphors, they come through as like images, it's like a quick images. It's like a quick image that just pops into my head. And, um, you know, so the, the metaphors, the analogies, that's kind of my way of trying to help you make sense of things.
But you know, when I'm explaining stuff, I really try to be as plain yeah. As possible, um, with how I'm explaining it, just because. [00:21:00] You know, I want you to get it. It's, it's very, it's very black and white and it's very much a reflection, but it's also like a weird kind of distorted reflection, kind of like how a mirror is.
And it's funny because as I was getting ready for this podcast, if you watch the video version on my website, you'll see, I've been like, kinda messing with my hair. Cause I have my hair in like a, like a, it looks like a big dumb pineapple on top of my head right now, but I've been using my monitor, my camera to do my hair and it's.
Like th not what Amir images or however that works. Like it's a mirror image, or it's not a mirror image, but it's not, when my mirror shows me, it's like the opposite. Right. And so I'm sitting here and trying to mess with my hair and I keep moving things the wrong way. And you know, when you're trying to do something in the mirror and it's like showing you something backwards and you're like, Oh, why am I doing this the wrong way?
Like messes up your coordination. It's kind of like that, right. When we're talking about. This reflective world. It's like, it's an exact mirror, but it's also like, kind of in a weird distorted. Like you want something. Okay, great. I'm going to show you wanting, you know, [00:22:00] instead of like, I want something, show me having it.
It's not going to show you the thing that you want. It's going to show you the thing that you are right now. So, you know, be careful when you're looking at the reflection of your world, um, and, and draw the correlation between. What is being reflected within you to, to have the outcome in your 3d world, because, you know, that's where your answers are going to be.
And of course, when you can put your thoughts there and keep your mind focused on that kind of stuff, then, you know, obviously work out for you. You keep your mind focus on good things and not on things that, that are. You wouldn't be happy to experience in, in the world, basically like the rule of thumb is if that fought manifested, would you be okay with it?
If that popped in your reality right now? Would that be okay? Yeah. Yes. Cool. Keep thinking if not, shut that shit down right away. Fill it [00:23:00] with something else. Fill that space in your mind, that time in your day with something else that you would actually like to experience, even if it's just, no, I'm fine.
Everything's okay. Because that's better than then. Maybe what you would be thinking instead of that. Right? So always be mindful. That's definitely my, my, my approach to it is being aware, being on top of it, not letting you know my thoughts. Go to two, a stray off the chosen path. And even if they do, I still know, ultimately that things are working out for me, just universally, it's going to work out in my favorite period.
It doesn't really matter. Even if I am having a little bit of a stumble, like who gives a fuck, I'm still like, I'm still me. You know, it's like, that's going to stop them. People always say, you know, they're like, it's so nice to hear that you, you know, you stumble or you. You know, you you're struggling with it too.
Not necessarily struggling, but working through it. And it's like, yeah, I'm definitely a person, but you know, if I, and I'm not, I don't want to make anybody feel like I'm talking shit or whatever, but I hear a lot of people [00:24:00] who like, you know, one thing happens and they fucking give up and everything's over.
I'm like, Can you imagine if I just fucking, Oh fuck fine. Everything's done. And just gave up every time I fucking stumbled. You would not be watching or listening to me on a podcast right now. Roxy talks wouldn't fucking exist. So it's like if I have a stumble or a doubt, Oh, I just stopped. We shut down the channel, everything's done my business, close it down.
Fucking, you know, you know what I'm done with the business? Let's just, you know, sell everything, close it off. Like we're good to go. I don't need it. Let's just fire. All the people. I had a doubt. I had a stumble. Something happened, I wasn't expecting like, are you fucking serious? I mean, this with love sometimes I want to be like, so you're just done now because that like, are you out of your mind?
Do you even want the thing you're talking about? Like, what do you mean adversity? I don't want to affirm it, but it might just be part of life. So, so I stopped everything because of it. No, nobody would ever accomplish anything. You think Beyonce doesn't have doubts? You think Oprah's never had a fucking doubt?
No. No [00:25:00] it's normal. So, you know, what's important is how do you respond to it? Do you just say a nice fucking try? Bye bitch. Get outta here. Or do you like, Oh, no doubt. No, I'm not going to, Oh no. What if this happens? Oh, darn. Now I'm fucked. Like, Hm, no, if I have a doubt or there's an issue, we're kind of coming up with a solution and then we're moving the fuck on that's it.
There's no other option. There is no other option. Just lay down and quit. No ridiculous. So, anyhow, there's a little rant for you, you know, it's just, it's like, I just, like, what's more important being right in your, in your doubts and your worries, or getting to where the fuck you want to go. Obviously, you know, my answer, so.

Um, you know, I like to choose, I feel like these choose these questions, choose themselves, and maybe they seem to similarly related to the topic of the video or. Maybe they're just right.
I'm not sure, but this one, Jeff definitely like wanted to be asked today and I'm going to actually, um, this, this thread has a few questions on it and I'm going to read them a few of them, just so people can, you know, those who have asked this question can kind of get, um, an answer to it. And it is definitely apropos to what we're talking about right now.
So I'll go ahead and read this dear Roxy. Um, Let's talk about parallel reality stuff. If somebody has wronged you and you keep focusing on their ideal version and move into the [00:27:00] reality where they didn't wrong, you didn't really never happen. I think the question is more like, can I forgive someone and truly let go of past hurts by knowing in another reality it never happened.
That's a really great question. Okay. And then someone else said, I love this question. As I literally thought to myself in regards to healing from childhood trauma, can I just move into the reality where I didn't experience said trauma and thus no longer have to actively work at healing it, and then.
Let's see, we have one more here on read. Um, this one says, I think that it has everything to do with pass revision. I've already seen many coaches saying that it really changes what happened in the past, but the quantum physics behind it is still not very clear to me. So I stumbled upon this same doubt.
Wondering if I can really let go of the old story by trusting that it never even happened and forgive the person. Okay. So just like we were kind of talking is it's that. It's not necessarily that it didn't happen because it did happen. Right? You were there, you, you, you know, it [00:28:00] happened, you experienced it, but is that going to be part of your chosen past?
That is a different story. Okay. In last week's episode, we talked about our chosen manifested world, AKA, our chosen current reality. Right now, what I'm talking about is your chosen path. And a lot of times when we're talking about manifesting what we want, we're talking about our chosen future, right? So yeah.
In this moment, the chosen past, did it really happen? Yeah, it did happen, but also every other possible plus anything you can ever not even fucking think of also happened. So they all happened. It's just that your energy, for whatever reason, not your fault brought you through this one, this reality, this experience, and that's okay.
But does that mean its part of your chosen path? Does that mean it's part of your story now? That's where the choices. Okay. So if it makes you feel better to [00:29:00] know that in another reality, it didn't happen then. Yeah, it definitely are definitely plenty of realities where it didn't happen. And they're just as valid.
They're just as already in existence. They're already there. Okay. So you can definitely attach those new ones to your story and be that, but you, you don't want to like dither, you don't want to be going back and forth between them because then you are not really offering a clear signal and a clear choice and it.
It's like, then you kind of have both in your story and if both are in your story, then like they're both liable to show up again. You know, it's like, you really like, think about like w what the outcome would be of having these two conflicting stories. Well, we know that any sort of conflicting idea, uncertainty always manifests uncertainty in your real world.
We don't know what it brings about because we don't know what we're offering, because we are the ones declaring and choosing. So if you aren't offering a fucking choice, I don't know what to give you. Think of, Oh, this is a good one. [00:30:00] Think about when you're not declaring, you're wondering you're doubting, you're stressing.
You're questioning. You're not sure. So I don't know if they feel this way. I think they did. I'm not sure if it worked out, is it really this? I think they might be butterfly, all that shit. This is the equivalent of somebody asking you, what do you want to eat? And you're like, I don't know, a hamburger meat.
I kind of want a burrito. And you're like, mm. Just seems, I don't know. Maybe some soup. I don't know. I guess I could have a, I guess I have a taco. Do you have any lasagna? I guess I could have that too. And they're like, um, Okay. Well, I guess I'll get, like, I guess I'll give you one of those things. I don't fucking know that's exactly what's happening when you are going back and forth.
So really all that really matters is that you say, I want a piece of pizza, you know, um, or whatever the fuck you want. I was a fucking French fries. I'll just have that. And I'll have this too. And I want all this other stuff too, you know? Understanding that you can have it all. If you want it all, you don't have to have any of it.
You could have something else. You could have nothing of it, but, um, it's, it's what you do with your thoughts and your memory and your, your, your [00:31:00] recalling, your, your, your contemplation, all that stuff, the focus, the awareness, the reactions, that's all part of what you are experiencing and why you're experiencing it.
So, If it makes me feel better to say that it didn't happen. Cool. Cause it definitely didn't somewhere in a lot of places, a lot of places, but when you decide that it did and you can't move past it, that's when it's a problem. And I like, obviously. You know, it's a problem you're living it. And I'm not saying either as good or bad or nothing like that, you know, not to put you down, anybody that's experiencing this, it's just that, you know, how do you move past it?
How can you deal with it? How do you, how do you go on living life, knowing that you are stronger and better and that's it, period. I'm not going to finish. I'm not going to qualify it. That's it. Period strong. And I'm great. That's it? That's really where we want to get to. So however you can get there, if you make peace with your past, by.
Uh, revising it, changing it to something else, or if you just drop it altogether and decide on something [00:32:00] else, either one or both is just as valid, you know? So, um, but just like, if you're, if you're choosing or if you're going to be dithering, at least other between things that you actually would like, you know, it's like, Oh, I didn't get either.
I've not experienced it or went my way amazingly, either one. Right. Either. One's fine. I'll take either one of those. Like, I could have a sandwich or I could have a.
A burger or whatever, and I'd be fine with either, like if you gave me either one, I'll be fine. Does that make sense? Like, you know, just, um, you know, choose, choose, because you can, you're always, always afforded that opportunity until you're not until you're no longer here. But until then, every moment is a choice.
Every moment is a choice. Every thought is a choice. Every reaction is a choice, even if it doesn't seem like it. Um, but you can get to the point where this shit is all. You know, automatic and that's, you know, what I teach, that's what my coaching is for. That's what, my 30 days of alignment. That's like the first thing I ever made for myself that ended up being like the first thing I [00:33:00] ever gave away was that, you know, this, this program of that, I made myself a bootcamp.
I made for myself that I could go 30 days of focusing only on thoughts I wanted to think. And, you know, that led me to my own practice, my three 60 method, which I'm, you know, in the process of creating a really amazing course, um, that I'm really proud of. World-class course, life-changing absolutely incredible course, um, that I, from all the stuff I've learned and all the people I've talked to and all the experiences and knowledge that I've gained, um, just from doing this for the last, um, I've been a couple of years now.
