With a cinematic franchise spanning 7 movies and a television show, it's hard to believe the movie that started it all off in 2002 is Rotten at 35% on the Tomatometer.

The Paul W.S. Anderson-written and directed action-horror flick may have not scored well with the critics, but audiences all over the world seemed to love this big-screen adaptation of the beloved Sony Playstation video game.
