Starting a Zero Waste Journey: Part 1

In this solo episode, Cat shares the beginning of her new journey towards Zero Waste. She talks about how she discovered this movement, some of her favorite influencers (like Lauren Singer, for example), cultural mindsets about waste in different parts of the world, and the slow awakening of her eco-consciousness. Cat also shares a few of the important pillars of behavior change, including goal-setting and resource-discovery as she begins a new change in her current lifestyle.
