The Gospel According To Mark: Part 2 - Mark 1:16-34

Ready, and action! After Jesus's announcement that the Kingdom of God is near, He jumps right into His public ministry and starts showing the people what this Kingdom looks like. What we'll see is that "the people" include: His first followers, people of Israel (the Jews) and people from the City, not previously part of God's covenant people. EVERYONE has an opportunity to see and experience the Kingdom, and in this portion of scripture all of this happens in one day... now that is urgency! Fasten your seatbelts, and behold the Kingdom, your mind will be blown!
