Psalm 23 is a well-known and popular Psalm.
A Psalm of David, declaring that the Lord is our shepherd.
As we entrust ourselves to this shepherd, he teaches us, day by day, that as long as we are near him, we shall not want. Even in discomfort. Even in rejection. Even in the valley of the shadow of death.
Jesus spilt his blood so we could lie down in green pastures . He laid His life in the grave so ours could be restored. Jesus is the good shepherd, and He invites each one of us to accept Him as our Lord and Saviour.
