This Psalm was written by David while he was dealing with the pain of loss, conflict, and betrayal. In the midst of it all, he chooses to cast his burdens on the Lord with faith that God can carry them.
We are a People of a Promise. Jesus has taken all of our afflictions to the cross. He has forgiven us so that we can freely forgive others. He understands your pain, He can carry it as He carries you.
Lay your burdens at His feet.
