1. Shaking voice: public speaking and something going on where you have to talk out (high pressured situation)
2. Cause you to get sweaty especially during the adrenalin rush along with shaky voice
3. Anxiety causes some people to pee a lot or poop suddenly
4. Overthinking!!! I master in this horribly annoying anxiety having habit!!
5. Get really foggy!! Almost like an OBE…Comes from incredibly intense situations The brain does a semi-shit down.
6. Get frozen and stuck and cannot perform any task. Anxiety performance/ Feeling unable and rooted in. Perfectionism and fear of failing or fear or stuff not being perfect. We mean and intend to do well and once that doesn’t happen…..we experience performance anxiety. Perfectionism
7. Hyper focused on small details: over control small details (small things) Get stuck over-planning
