The ribbon bears the motto: French: L'Union fait la force ("Unity Makes Strength"), which is also the motto of several other countries. This should not be confused with the national motto of Haiti, which according to the Constitution of Haiti is "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity." Where were you when this happened? What were your thoughts when this occurred?

They want to ban the usage of the word, “bitch” by fining people and putting them in jail when they get caught using it in public. Meanwhile… There are so many other useful things they could be doing with all of these really expensive resources. They drag and ignore important legislation’s and they make a joke out of everyone by doing this kind of thing. I hope your state is not as embarrassing as Massachusetts.
