Dr. Charles Levy is a Neurosurgeon who was also a 2nd Lt. in the Marines. He worked counter insurgency for the United States in the late 80's to help fight the communist movement in El Salvador. In an eerie and prophetic exposition, he explains how what's happening in the U.S. is exactly the same tactics, and behaviors he experienced in South America. The insurgent groups had political front organizations and received overseas financial support, identical to present day ANTIFA and BLM.
